Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers about efforts to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers through classroom action research. Classroom action research was chosen because the research is considered simple and very easy to implement for elementary school teachers. This service provides knowledge to participants about the basic concepts of classroom action research and research methods, as well as preparing CAR reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and demonstrations. Based on the results of this service, it was concluded that elementary school teachers were very enthusiastic and interested in classroom action research. This is evidenced by the many questions to the informants. In addition, the number of participants who attended was 35 people, indicating that elementary school teachers were very interested in this training. Participants become more aware of the basic concepts of classroom action research and the systematics of preparing reports, because so far elementary school teachers consider CAR as a difficult research.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried out by the souvenir home industry in Jember Regency, which includes product innovation, service/marketing innovation, and process innovation. This research was conducted in May 2022, with the target subjects being the owners of the local snacks industry. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain data on development of the number of local snacks industries, turnover, and regulations related to food/processing companies. The results indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has threatened business continuity in the three local snacks industries due to decreased revenue and product sales and delays in product marketing and distribution. This indicates that product innovation can lead to easier production; product innovation is also important for effective marketing and, consequently, the company's financial performance. Therefore, business innovation needs to be done in the context of business development, especially local snacks products, so that they can compete with other local snacks household industries.

Abstract

Abstract This research started with the researcher's interest in how the implementation of ZIS accounting was carried out and the financial reports prepared based on PSAK 109 at the LAZISMU Bondowoso branch in 2021. Based on this depiction, this consider points to portray the execution of PSAK No. 109 within the Bondowoso department of LAZISMU in 2021. This consider could be a expressive think about with an explanatory approach, separated into four stages, to be specific information collection, information diminishment, information introduction and conclusion. The area assurance strategy embraces the target region strategy, and the information collection strategy of this consider receives the meet strategy and writing strategy. The comes about of this ponder show that LAZISMU Bondowoso has executed PSAK 109 but has not recorded any notes to the money related explanations and therefore did not provide the information contained in the point of disclosure. Therefore, in the future LAZISMU Bondowoso is expected to continue to try tolearn to understand PSAK Number 109 as a whole. To improve work performance LAZISMU Bondowoso must submit complete financial reports by PSAK 109 namely compiling and presenting notes to financial statements so that information in other financial reports can be disclosed in more detail in this report. Keywords: PSAK 109, Acknowledgment, Measurement, Presentation, Disclosure Abstrak Penelitian ini berawal dari ketertarikan peneliti terhadap bagaimana LAZISMU Cabang Bondowoso menerapkan akuntansi ZIS dan menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai PSAK 109 pada tahun 2021. Maka berdasarkan uraian tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan PSAK Nomor 109 di LAZISMU cabang Bondowoso tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahap yang berbeda, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, teknik analisis digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif ini. Penentuan lokasi menggunakan pendekatan purposive area, wawancara dan dokumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa LAZISMU Bondowoso sebenarnya telah menerapkan PSAK 109, namun belum menyajikan catatan laporan keuangan sehingga poin-poin pengungkapan tidak dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, kedepannya LAZISMU Bondowoso diharapkan dapat terus berusaha belajar memahami PSAK Nomor 109 secara keseluruhan. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja, LAZISMU Bondowoso harus menyampaikan laporan keuangan lengkap berdasarkan PSAK 109 untuk penyusunan dan penyampaian lampiran laporan keuangan, agar informasi dari laporan keuangan lainnya dapat lebih akurat diungkapkan dalam laporan ini. Abstract

UD Donny Pia is one of the UMKM players in the manufacturing sector that has implemented cash management and is carried out by a special section. So that researchers are interested in analyzing the cash management carried out. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to describe the application of cash management to maintain business liquidity at UD Donny Pia. The results showed that UD Donny Pia always prepares a cash budget before starting production activities. UD Donny Pia's cash budget is prepared for production needs four days a week and does not include financing transaction posts. UD Donny Pia's cash organization was carried out by accelerating cash receipts from sales and slowing cash disbursements by implementing the purchase of raw materials on credit. UD Donny Pia conducts cash monitoring by applying the obligation to use evidence for each cash transaction, performs computerized cash records, and performs separation between the parties who store cash and those who manage cash. The level of business liquidity is known to be 1.29 which is still below the ideal standard. However, if viewed from the point of view of the ability to pay for production needs, then UD Donny Pia can be said to be in a liquid position. This is because the cash owned by UD Donny Pia is always sufficient to meet production needs. Thus, the implementation of management carried out by UD Donny Pia affects the good liquidity of its business.

Abstract

One aspect that teachers in learning activities must consider is the use of learningmedia. Appropriate learning media will impact students' learning interests so thatthey can easily capture and digest the material the teacher explains. The higher theinterest of students in learning activities, the results obtained by students will bemore optimal. This study aims to determine the significant influence of smartphonebased interactive learning media using Canva applications on learning interestsand student learning outcomes. The research method used is quasi-experimentalwith a non-equivalent control group design and two meetings. This study uses fiveresearch instruments: questionnaires, tests, interviews, observations, anddocuments. Data analyst techniques used in the study include the hypothesis test, ttest, and test path analysis. The results showed that there is a significant effect ofsmartphone-based interactive learning media using the Canva application onlearning interest, obtaining a value of 0.000<0.05; student learning interest onstudent learning outcomes obtained a value of 0.021< 0.05; and the effect ofsmartphone-based interactive learning media using the Canva application onlearning outcomes through student learning interest obtained a value of 0.031<0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the green marketing mix strategy in the Koplak Food Agroindustry. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The author conducted interviews, observations and documentation to collect data. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The result of this research is the application of green marketing mix on green product indicators indicated by organic products and during the manufacturing process while maintaining cleanliness. The application of Green price can be shown by setting a relatively more expensive price, but the price is in accordance with the quality of the product. The application of a green place can be seen that the production house is always kept clean. The application of green promotion is that the promotion is carried out in a transparent and educative manner through exhibitions and promotional media owned. Koplak Food's agroindustry has not included a logo on environmental friendliness on the packaging, namely eco label and eco brand. So the recommendation that can be given is to immediately register for ISO 14001 certification in order to be able to provide an environmentally friendly logo on the packaging.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang penting bagi guru dalam menjalankan pembelajaran yang efektif adalah mengembangkan kemandirian belajar siswa, karena hal ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penggunaan model pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang menarik, seperti model hybrid learning dengan dukungan flipbook. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model hybrid leanring berbantuan flipbook terhadap kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penggunaan angket, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilukakan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model hybrid learning terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, dan (b) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model hybrid learning berbantuan flipbook terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Sebagai rekomendasi, disarankan sekolah meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas dengan memperluas jangkauan wi-fi, terutama di area yang jauh dari pusat jaringan wi-fi, untuk memfasilitasi kelancaran pembelajaran dalam kelas tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher innovation in learning in the era of the co-19 pandemic. The research method uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted in Jember district with an economics teacher at the high school level as the subject. The data presented in this study is in the form of an overview of learning innovations carried out by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic seen from six dimensions: (1) learning objectives, (2) teacher’s role (s) (3) students' role(s), (4) ICT used, (5) connectedness, and (6) multiplicity of learning outcomes exhibited. The results of the research show that the learning objectives dimension is in the some new elements level category, the teacher's role dimension in the learning process is in the emergent level category, the student's role dimension in the learning process is in the some new elements level category, the ICT dimension used in learning effectiveness and learning was found to be in the emergent level category, the connectedness dimension of the learning process was found to be in the some new elements level category, the diversity dimension of evaluation of learning results used by teachers was in the some new elements level category.

Abstract

Aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas XI Akuntansi 3 SMK Negeri 1 Jember masih rendah. Rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa karena pembelajaran yang diterapkan sebelumnya, model pembelajaran konvensional artinya pembelajaran lebih berpusat pada guru, hal itu tentu berdampak pada kurangnya pemaham siswa sehingga hasil belajar siswa juga rendah. Perlu adanya perbaikan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 7E yang bersifat konstruktivistik artinya siswa mengkonstruk pengetahuan sendiri sehingga siswa menjadi lebih aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Learning Cycle 7E dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 3 SMK Negeri 1 Jember kompetensi dasar jurnal khusus Semester Genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018, serta mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 3 SMK Negeri 1 Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua siklus yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 3 SMK Negeri 1 Jember yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya model Learning Cycle 7E dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 3 SMK Negeri 1 Jember pada mata pelajaran akuntansi kompetensi dasar jurnal khusus semester Genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Pada siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa dalam kategori sedang yaitu 2,7 meningkat menjadi 3,4 kategori tinggi pada siklus II. Sedangkan, hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 78,4 dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal 79%. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 83,7 dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal 84%. Abstract

Abstrak Motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dikelas XI-A SMA Nuris Jember masih rendah, selain itu nilai rata-rata ulangan harian masih di bawah SKM. Hal tersebut dikarenakan penggunaan media pembelajaran masih konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar. Dalam rangka memperbaiki proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung selama ini, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi sekaligus hasil belajar siswa adalah media pembelajaran CD bentuk film. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari metode: tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran CD bentuk film dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI A SMA Nuris Jember pada mata pelajaran ekonomi standar kompetensi memahami kondisi ketenagakerjaan kompetensi dasar mengklasifikasi ketenagakerjaan tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Peningkatan pada siklus I yaitu 73 dengan ketuntasan kiasikal sebesar 70% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II yaitu 80,12 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 87,5% dengan kata lain ketuntasan siswa telah tuntas..
