Abstract

Bawang merah (Allium ascolanicum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman hortikultura yang banyak di konsumsi manusia sebagai campuran bumbu masak setelah cabai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pemulsaan terhadap hasil tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kepuhan, Kelurahan Agrorejo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta, dengan ketinggian tempat 273 mdpl, suhu minimum 220C dan suhu maksimum 300C, jenis tanah regosol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-April 2020. Bahan yang digunakan antara lain, benih bawang merah varietas thailand, pupuk kandang ayam serta mulsa plastik dan mulsa dari jerami. Alat yang digunakan yaitu: alat tulis, penggaris, kalkulator, gunting, kamera, meteran, cangkul, sabit, cethok, ember dan timbangan. Rancangan peneltian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) faktorial 3×3, yaitu:Faktor I : Pupuk kandang ayam (K)K0 : 0 ( tanpa pupuk)K1: 10 ton.ha-1 K2 :: 20 ton.ha-1 Faktor II : Pemulsaan (M) M0: Tanpa mulsa M1 : Mulsa jeramiM2 : Mulsa plastik hitam perak. Dari kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga didapat 27 petak perlakuan. Masing masing petak terdiri dari 20 tanaman dengan 5 tanaman sempel. Total tanaman sebanyak 540 tanaman dan total tanaman sempel adalah 135 tanaman. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis sidik ragam pada taraf 5%, dan dilakukan analisis lanjutan dengan menggunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (DMRT) pada taraf α = 5%. Variabel yang diamati panjang tanaman, jumlahdaun per rumpun, jumlah anakan, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, bobot segar umbi per rumpun, bobot kering umbi per rumpun dan hasil umbi per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pemulsaan terhadap semua variabel, kecuali pada variabel bobot segar tajuk per rumpun. Perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam dengan dosis 10 ton ha-1, 20 ton ha-1 memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil lebih tinggi daripada dosis 0 ton ha-1. Perlakuan mulsa jerami dan plastik menunjukkan berbeda nyata terhadap memberikan pertumbuhan lebih tinggi daripada tanpa mulsa. Perlakuan macam mulsa menunjukkan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap hasil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of storage time of red rice (Oryza nivara L.) pamelen variety and the dose of NPK Phonska fertilizer on growth and yield.This research was carried out in a self-help agricultural and rural research center (P4S) “Lestari Makmur”.Located on jalan Wates km 12,Semampir Hamlet,Argorejo village,Sedayu District regency,Yogyakarta. The agro-climatic nature of the research area is a low area with an altitude of 88 meters above sea level,the type of soil is regosol with a pH of 5,5-7 with an average temperature of 26-32 and a rainfall of 1.654 mm/year.Held in november 2021-march 2022.The experimental design used in this study was a 3x3 factorial design using a completely randomized block design (RAKL) and using a tile planting system with two treatment factors.The first factor is (A1) the duration of storage of rice seeds for 1 month, (A2) the duration of storage of rice seeds for 2 months, (A3) storage time of rice seeds for 3 months. The second factor is the application of NPK and Phonska fertilizer at a dose B1 (300) kg/ha,B2 (400) kg/ha and B3 (500) kg/ha. Obsevation variables included plant height, number of tillers,number of panicles, fresh weight of stover, dry weight of stover, percentage of empty seeds, percentage of pithy seeds,weight of 1000 grains,moisture content and weight of grain per hectare.Analysis of observations using variance at 5% level followed by the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) distance test at a level of = 5%. Research result can be concluded that There was no interaction between the length of storage of rice seeds and the dosage of Phonska NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield variables of pamelen red rice plants. The treatment of long storage of rice seeds showed no significant difference to the growth and yield of pamelen red rice varieties. Phonska NPK fertilizer dose treatment showed no significant difference on the growth and yield of pamelen variety red rice plants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of NPK fertilizer and the concentration of nanosilica fertilizer that provided good growth and yield for the local red rice variety Inpari-24 Gabusan. This research was conducted from January to May 2022, taking place at the PAS “Lestari Makmur” Self-Help Agriculture and Rural Training Center, Jalan Wates Km. 12 Semampir Hamlet, Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This study consisted of 2 factors, namely the first factor, the NPK Phonska, Mutiara, Yaramila fertilizers and the second factor, namely the concentration of 1%, 1.5%, and 2% Nanosilika fertilizer. This study was conducted with 3 repetitions of each factor and arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design RAKL. The observed variables included plant height, number of tillers per hill, fresh chestnut weight, dry shoot weight, number of productive tillers per hill, panicle length, percentage of filled grain, 1000 grain weight, and grain weight per hectare. Data analysis was carried out on the results of observations using variance at a 5% level, the differences between treatments were tested with DMRT Duncan's multiple range test at a level of 5%. Treatment of various NPK fertilizers and nanosilica fertilizer concentrations on the growth and yield of red rice of the Inpari-24 gabusan variety showed no interaction with all observed variables. Treatment of various NPK fertilizers on the growth and yield of the red rice variety Inpari-24 Gabusan showed no significant difference in growth and yield. Treatment of nanosilica fertilizer concentrations on the growth and yield of the red rice variety Inpari-24 gabusan showed no significant difference in growth and yield, except for plant height, number of tillers, and percentage of filled grain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the type and dose of organic fertilizers, namely cattle pens, goat pens, chicken coops and compost on the yield of the Bima variety of shallots. The research was conducted from January to March 2022 in Bunder Village, Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency, D. I. Yogyakarta, with an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, a minimum temperature of 20ºC and a maximum temperature of 33ºC. Rainfall 312.00 mm/year. The experiment in this study consisted of 2 factors, namely the type of organic fertilizer and the dose of organic fertilizer. This study was conducted with 3 repetitions of each factor and arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) so that there were 9 treatment combinations: M1D1, M1D2, M2D1, M2D2, M3D1, M3D2, M4D1, M4D2 and added with 1 control without fertilizer (4x2 ) + 1 = 9. Each experimental unit used 3 sample plants, so that there were 81 sample plants and the total number of plants was 162 plants. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves per hill, number of plants per hill, plant fresh weight per hill, plant dry weight per hill, tuber diameter, tuber fresh weight per hill, tuber dry weight per hill. Analysis of the results was carried out on the results of observations using variance at the 5% level if there were differences between the treatments tested with the DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at the 5% level. There was no interaction between the type and dose of organic fertilizer on the agronomic properties of the shallot variety Bima. The various treatments of organic fertilizers showed no significant difference in the yield of the Bima variety of shallots. The organic fertilizer dose treatment showed that there was a significant difference in the yield of the Bima variety of shallots. Treatment types and doses of organic fertilizers showed no significant differences in control and yield.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mixed inorganic fertilizer treatments and varieties on the growth and yield of green beans (Vigna radiata L.) varieties Vima 1 and Demak. The research was conducted in September December 2022, in Bungkus Hamlet, Parangtritis Village, Kretek District, Bantul Regency, I.Y. with an altitude of ± 10 m above sea level with an average annual rainfall of 1400 – 1900 mm/year, soil pH 5.6 – 6.0, air humidity 65 – 85%, light intensity 12 hours, light length between 400 – 550 mm and average temperature 24 32 ºC. This research was carried out with 2 repetitions using a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) covering two factors, namely the type of inorganic fertilizer consisting of (NPK, NP, NK, and PK) and the variety consisting of (Vima 1 and Demak). Analysis of the results was carried out on the results of observations using variance at the 5% level of significance, the difference between the treatments was tested with the DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at the 5% level. The results of the analysis showed that the types of inorganic fertilizers and varieties showed no interaction on all growth and yield variables of mung bean plants, the types of inorganic fertilizer treatments showed no significant difference on the growth of mung bean plants, the treatment of varieties showed no significant differences in the growth of mung bean plants. , the mixed NPK fertilizer treatment gave the highest green bean yields, the Vima 1 variety treatment gave higher mung bean yields compared to the Demak variety.

Abstract

Green beans are one of the food commodities that are widely consumed by Indonesian people. Indonesia's mung bean productivity decreases every year due to the ineffective use of inorganic fertilizers and the use of inappropriate varieties. The use of appropriate and efficient inorganic fertilizers and varieties is considered capable of supporting the productivity of green beans. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction between various inorganic fertilizer treatments and varieties on the growth and yield of green beans. The research was conducted in September - December 2022 in Bungkus Hamlet, Parangtritis Village, Kretek District, Bantul Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta. The study was arranged in Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) which consisted of 2 factors, namely types of inorganic fertilizers with 4 levels (NPK, NP, NK, and PK) and varieties with 2 levels (Vima 1 and Jumbo). Analysis of the results using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that there was no interaction between the types of inorganic fertilizers and varieties on the growth and yield of green bean plants. Mixed NPK inorganic fertilizer treatment gave the highest green bean yield. Vima 1 green bean variety treatment gave the highest yield.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction of anorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of green bean plants, to determine the role of anorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of green beans varieties vima 1 and vima 3. This experiment was carried out in Parangtritis Village, Kretek, Bantul, D.I. Yogyakarta. The height of the place ± 10 m above sea level; soil pH 5.6-6.0; The average rain per year is 1400-1900 mm per year. The study was compiled in a complete group randomized design (RAKL) with two factors. The first factor of anorganic fertilizer is NPK, NP, NK, and PK. The second factor varieties green beans vima 1 and vima 3. Observation variables include plant height, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, number of plant pods, plant content pod weight, plant seed weight, yield per hectare, and weight of 100 seeds. Data were analyzed using a 5% level of fingerprinting followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a level of α = 5%. The results of the analysis showed that there were interactions in the number of pods, weight of the filled pods, and weight of seeds, the treatment of green beans of the vima 3 variety gave higher growth than the vima 1 variety, the application of NPK fertilizer gave the highest yield of green beans per hectare, and the green beans of the vima 1 variety gave better results than the vima 3 variety. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organic fertilizers and watering on the yield and vitamin E content of green bean plants on sandy beach land. This research was conducted in the sandy beach of Parangtritis, Kretek, Bantul Regency, DI Yogyakarta, altitude ± 10 m above sea level with an average annual rainfall of 1400 – 1900 mm per year and an average temperature of 24 – 32º C. The experiment was arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design including two factors. The first factor is that there are 4 levels of organic fertilizers including no fertilizer, compost, vermicompost, guanophosphate. The second factor is watering there are 2 levels covering : 1 day 1 time and 3 days 1 time. Based on the results of the study that organic fertilizer treatment gave a higher yield of green beans per hectare than without fertilizer. The treatment of watering once a day gave higher yields per hectare of mung bean than watering three times once. The combination of treatment without organic fertilizer with watering once a day gave the lowest weight of 100 seeds. The combination of treatments without organic fertilizers with watering once a day or once in three days gave a lower vitamin E content than other treatment combinationsIntisari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk  organik dan penyiraman terhadap hasil dan kandungan vitamin E  tanaman kacang hijau di lahan pasir pantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan pantai pasir  Parangtritis, Kretek, Kabupaten Bantul, D.I.Yogyakarta, tinggi tempat   ± 10 m di atas permukaan laut dengan rata-rata curah hujan per-tahun 1400 – 1900 mm per th dan suhu rata-rata 24 – 32º C. Percobaan disusun  dalam  Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap meliputi dua faktor.  Faktor pertama ada 4 level pupuk organik meliputi tanpa pupuk, pupuk kompos, kascing, guanofosfat. Faktor kedua  adalah penyiraman ada 2 level meliputi.  1 hari 1 kali dan  3 hari 1 kali.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk organik memberikan hasil kacang hijau per hektar lebih tinggi daripada tanpa pupuk. Perlakuan penyiraman satu hari satu kali memberikan  hasil per hektar kacang hijau lebih tinggi daripada penyiraman tiga hari satu kali.  Kombinasi perlakuan tanpa pupuk organik  dengan penyiraman satu hari satu kali memberikan bobot 100 biji terendah. Kombinasi perlakuan tanpa pupuk organik  dengan penyiraman satu hari satu kali maupum  tiga hari satu kali memberikan kandungan vitamin E lebih rendah dibandingkan kombinasi perlakuan lain.

Abstract

Tujuan: mengetahuii pengaruh pupuk kandang dan pupuk guano fosfat terhadap hasil dan kandungan protein kacang hijau (Vigna radianta L.). Percobaan dilaksanakan pada Januari hingga Maret 2020 di lahan pasir Depok, Bantul, ketinggian 10 mdpl. Percobaan menggunakan split plot dua factor. Pertama, penyiraman air sebagai main plot: penyiraman sehari sekali dan tiga hari sekali. Kedua, subplot: tanpa pemberian pupuk, pupuk kandang kambing, pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk guano fosfat. Hasil: kombinasi perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing dengan penyiraman 1 hari 1 kali maupun 3 hari sekali, kandang ayam dengan penyiraman sehari sekali maupun 3 hari sekali, guano fosfat dengan penyiraman sehari sekali memberikan hasil per ha lebih tinggi daripada perlakuan tanpa pupuk dengan penyiraman 1 hari 1 kali maupun 3 hari 1 kali, pupuk guano fosfat dengan penyiraman 3 hari sekali. Kombinasi perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing dengan penyiraman sehari maupun 3 hari sekali, kandang ayam dengan penyiraman 3 hari sekali dan guano fosfat dengan penyiraman 3 hari sekali sekali memberikan sum quality rate lebih tinggi daripada perlakuan tanpa pupuk dengan penyiraman sehari sekali maupun 3 hari sekali. Perlakuan kombinasi pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dengan perlakuan penyiraman tiga hari sekali pada tanaman kacang hijau memberikan kandungan protein tertinggi sebesar 24,32 % per 100 gram.

Abstract

Kedelai merupakan komoditas pertanian penghasil biji yang memiliki kandungan protein nabati tinggi sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi setiap hari. Pemuliaan tanaman merupakan salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan produktivitas nasional kedelai salh satunya dengan persilangan intraspesifik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan persilangan Edamame dengan tiga varietas unggul serta resiprokalnya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 hingga Februari 2023 di Greenhouse  Asrama Dewa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Keberhasilan persilangan ini menggunakan metode persilangan set dialel lengkap. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam pada level nyata 5% untuk parameter umur  berbunga, jumlah biji per polong, dan keberhasilan persilangan dan diuji dengan jarak berganda Duncan (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada level 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persilangan edamame dengan tiga varietas kedelai Wilis, Anjasmoro, dan Grobogan, tingkat keberhasilan persilangan yang paling tinggi pada varietas Wilis×Edamame (29,9%), sedangkan yang paling rendah adalah Grobogan×Edamame (26,7%). Parameter jumlah biji per polong menunjukkan paling banyak pada persilangan Edamame dengan Wilis (7,3 biji). Sedangkan pada persilangan resiprokalnya keberhasilan persilangan tertinggi dan jumlah biji per polong  ditunjukkan oleh persilangan Wilis dengan Edamame (52,3% dan 15 biji per polong). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut tingkat keberhasilan paling tinggi ditunjukkan oleh Edamame sebagai jantan dengan Wilis sebagai betina (52,3%).
