Abstract

Kampung Wisata (Kamwis) Purbayan, Kota Gede, D.I.Yogyakarta merupakan kampung wisata budaya yang sangat potensial karena beberapa aspek (1) kekhasan seni budaya, (2) keutuhan situs-situs dan artefak sejarah meski telah ada sejak abad 16, dan (3) menjadi sentra bagi para tokoh seniman berdomisili di Kamwis Purbayan. Potensi ini menjadikan kelurahan Purbayan sebagai ekosistem yang tepat bagi pemurnian seni budaya, eksibisi artefak dan produk-produk kekhasan budaya, dan kaderisasi generasi penerus ‘penguri-uri’ budaya. Hal-hal tersebut menjadi modal kuat bagi Kamwis Purbayan menarik para wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung, belajar dan mendapat pengalaman dari keaslian dan keunikan sebuah budaya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menguatkan kembali ekosistem Kampung Wisata Budaya yang sempat surut karena pandemi Covid-19 melanda melalui pendekatan pemasaran digital. Teknik ini diharapkan menjadi solusi sekaligus pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat untuk tetap mempromosikan Kamwis tanpa terdampak signifikan oleh pandemi. Metode yang digunakan di antaranya observasi, analisis kebutuhan, dan projek luaran branding bersama mitra. Hasil pengabdian berupa video profil dan vlog yang dapat dimanfaatkan pengurus kampung wisata guna mempromosikan warisan budaya Purbayan dengan jangkauan lokal dan mancanegara. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat terbantu dalam memasarkan Kamwis yang selama ini terkendala oleh turunnya peminat selama dan pasca pandemi.

Abstract

Evaluation of land suitability will provide information for land use in accordance with plant characteristics so that land can be used as it should. The purpose of this study was to determine the classification of land suitability for corn based on soil chemical properties in Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted from February to April 2024. Located in several districts in Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted using survey method. The technique used is by using Arc-GIS processing tools, digital land system data is cut with the administrative map of Pangkep Regency so as to obtain land system data for Pangkep Regency. Data on the chemical characteristics of Pangkep Regency were extracted from the land system data of Pangkep Regency to obtain data and maps of chemical characteristics of the Pangkep Regency area. Then the analysis of soil chemical characteristics for corn crop suitability matches the suitability of each soil chemical characteristic in Pangkep District with the requirements for growing corn crops based on the criteria of the Puslitbangtan Ministry of Agriculture. The conclusions that can be drawn from the study are 1.There is land with a land suitability class that is quite suitable (S2) ) for corn crops with a total area of 15,412 ha spread across several districts in Pangkep namely Kec. Balocci 3,275 ha, Bungoro 2,692 ha, Labakkang 116 ha, Mandalle 1,005 ha, Ma'rang 1,273 ha, Minasatene 338 ha, Segeri 1,334 ha and Todong Tallasa 5,378 ha. There is one sub-district where no suitable land was found, namely Pangkajene sub-district. 2.There is land with a land suitability class that is marginally suitable (S3) with a total area of 61,723 ha. Spread across several sub-districts in Pangkep district, namely Balocci sub-district 9,899 ha, Bungoro sub-district 6,207 ha, Labakkang sub-district 10,379 ha, Mandalle sub-district 3,519 ha, Ma'rang sub-district 8,212 ha, Minasatene sub-district 8,241 ha, Pangkajene sub-district 4,050 ha, Segeri sub-district 4,751 ha and Todong Tallasa sub-district 6,465 ha. 3.There is an unsuitable land suitability class (N) with a total area of 1,895 ha for corn crops in Pangkep District. Scattered in several kecematan in Pangkep district, namely Ma'rang sub-district 1 ha, Segeri sub-district 39 ha and Todong Tallasa sub-district 1,855 ha

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the problem of competency mismatch with the needs of the world of work, reflected in the high open unemployment rate of 9.42% (BPS, 2023). The community service program at SMKN 5 Barru aims to increase the capacity of teachers and students by utilizing the VocationalFive 4.0 portal based on Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). A participatory action research approach was used, including needs identification, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed improved skills with an average post-test score of 85.17 and increased teacher confidence in using AR/VR. The portal was also rated as relevant for publication of work, alumni tracking, and career navigation. The findings confirm the importance of digital technology integration in vocational education, which can create interactive learning and align with industry needs. This program has the potential to become a model for developing AR/VR-based learning with an alumni tracer system.

Abstract

Unemployment is a serious problem, especially for young people graduating from vocational schools. Vocational education and training (TVET) is a strategic solution to prepare young people to become job seekers and creators. However, the number of vocational school graduates who become entrepreneurs is still low. This indicates a gap between the school entrepreneurship education and students' motivation to become entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge, family environment, and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial interest, with self-efficacy as a mediating variable, among students of the Computer and Network Engineering Vocational High School in Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method on 178 respondents, and the data is analyzed using SEM-PLS. The study results show interesting findings: entrepreneurial knowledge does not significantly affect entrepreneurial interest, while family environment and entrepreneurial spirit have a positive and significant effect. Self-efficacy was proven to strongly mediate between psychological factors (entrepreneurial spirit) and social factors (family environment) to entrepreneurial motivation. Theoretically, this study provides evidence that with these research results, Bandura's self-efficacy theory in vocational education can confirm that self-efficacy is the key to shaping students' entrepreneurial behavior. Practically, the results of this study emphasize the importance of project-based and real-life entrepreneurial learning that builds students' confidence in entrepreneurship, as well as the important role of the family in supporting students to become entrepreneurs. These findings provide important insights for educators and policymakers in strengthening entrepreneurial education in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Stress is a phenomenon that often occurs in everyday life that cannot be avoided and can be experienced by everyone. There are so many demands in the first year of college that some students find them very heavy and difficult to fulfill. Students' failure to adapt to exams in the new academic year is likely to cause students to experience pressure. The research aims to determine the degree of stress and factors that trigger stress in first year students at the Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Muslim University. This research is descriptive with a cross sectional method to measure stress levels based on stressors in first year medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Muslim University of Indonesia, class of 2023. The method used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 295 first year students, class of 2023, Faculty of Medicine, Muslim University of Indonesia. The results of the research found that 295 students from the Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Muslim University, class of 2023, on the Academic Related Stressor (ARS) factor, 130 people (44.1%) experienced a moderate level of stress, 152 people (44.1%) experienced a moderate level of stress on the Intrapersonal & Interpersonal Related Stressor (IRS) factor. people (51.5%), in the Teaching & Learning Related Stressor (TLRS) factor 121 people (41.0%) experienced a moderate level of stress, in the Social Related Stressor (SRS) factor 136 people (46.1%) experienced a moderate level of stress. Drive & Desire Related Stressors (DRS) experienced mild levels of stress as many as 168 people (59.9%), in the Group Activities Related Stressors (GARS) factor experienced moderate levels of stress as many as 123 people (41.7%). Based on the frequency distribution of stress levels, the number of stressors who experienced very severe stress was 35 people (11.9%).

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Contextual Teaching and Learning-Based Student Worksheet that is suitable for use in the thematic learning process on the theme "Caring for Living Creatures" in class IV elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. However, in this study the ADDIE procedure was used only up to stage 3, namely the development stage. The instrument used to collect data was a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely LKS expert validators, material expert validators and learning expert validators. The total score obtained from the LKS expert validation was 84.4, from the final validation of the material expert, namely 83.2 and from the learning expert it was 92.4. The average score from the experts' assessments is 86.6. From these scores it can be said that the CTL-based LKS with the theme "Caring for Living Creatures" which was developed is "Very Appropriate" for use in the thematic learning process for theme 3 "Caring for Living Creatures" in class IV elementary school

Abstract

Prinsip Pendidikan di Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Paud  adalah Bermain sambil belajar atau Belajar seraya bermain, maka keberadaan sarana bermain yang edukatif merupakan hal yang perlu untuk diperhatikan. Alat Peraga Edukatif  merupakan alat bermain yang dirancang dan diperuntukkan bagi  anak-anak dengan tujuan untuk menstimulasi seluruh aspek perkembangan anak dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun demikian, masih banyak sekolah yang belum memiliki sarana Pendidikan yang memadai, baik dalam kuantitas maupun kualitas. Salah satu sekolah yang belum memiliki sarana pembelajaran yang memadai adalah TK ABA Ambarbinangun. Untuk itulah pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini, memberikan/pengadaan sarana pembelajaran berupa alat peraga edukatif dengan harapan adanya tambahan alat peraga edukatiff mampu meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di TK ABA Ambarbinangun. Tim melakukan pengadaan sarana belajar (meja bundar dan kursi) dan beberapa alat peraaga edukatif. Dengan adanya sarana dan alat peraga baru yang digunakan dalam proses pembalajaran,  anak-anak lebih bisa mengembangkan diri. Selain itu penambahan alat peraga mampu meningkatkan semangat dan keceriaan anak dalam bermain sekaligus belajar.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the competencies of kindergarten teachers in conducting early detection of children's learning needs and to strengthen collaboration between teachers and parents in supporting the implementation of inclusive education. The program was carried out by the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Study Program team at Muhammadiyah University in collaboration with the Aisyiyah PAUD Dasmen Council. The activity employed a participatory training approach that actively involved participants through several stages, including interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and reflections. Participants gained an understanding of the concepts of inclusive education, the principles of early detection of learning needs, and strategies to build effective communication and cooperation with parents to support children’s holistic development. The results of the activity indicated an improvement in teachers’ knowledge and skills in identifying children’s learning needs at an early stage, as well as an increased awareness of the importance of teacher–parent collaboration in creating inclusive learning environments. This activity is expected to strengthen teachers’ capacity to implement inclusive education in early childhood settings and serve as a model for sustainable teacher professional development.
