Abstract

West Sulawesi Province is one of the regions that have the second highest stunting rate in Indonesia based on records from the Ministry of Health since 2017. The cause of stunting is due to a lack of knowledge and self-awareness in paying attention to fetal nutrition levels for pregnant women, the role of the government in conducting counseling to areas they need in order to reduce the stunting rate, for this reason, a system has been created that can determine, which areas to prioritize in order to support the decision of the Health Office in selecting priority areas to be handled using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method works by comparing each data as an alternative to the calculation criteria used, these criteria will be normalized first and weighted according to the level of importance of the existing criteria. The data used to fill in the criteria (pregnant women, unconsciousness of pregnant women, stunting, babies born, the estimated increase in stunting rate and distance) were obtained from the Majene District Health Office, which consisted of 11 community health center data as an alternative calculation. This system is website-based and the process of determining priority areas using the TOPSIS method is carried out directly on the website based on the data that has been collected and added to the website, then displayed through the geographic information system (GIS). The level of accuracy generated by the ranking that has been done is 81.81% by comparing the data obtained from the Majene District Health Office.

Abstract

Public service is one of the activities carried out to fulfill the need for services to the community or individuals. With the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus some time ago, it demands public service delivery to innovate so that public services can run well and optimally even in a situation of physical distancing. One of the innovations was utilizing technology or digital transformation in public services. The aim of this study is to analyze the role and influence of digital transformation in improving licensing services in Majene Regency through the use of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and the SiCantik Cloud application. The method used in this study is explanatory research with analytical techniques using Gartner Analytic Ascendency. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government of Majene Regency needs to take persuasive approaches to remove existing obstacles to the use of digitalization in licensing services, such as regulating the use of regional digital-based licensing services in a binding regulation, conducting thorough education for users of licensing services, conduct outreach regarding the importance of this digital-based licensing service and expand the reach of fixed broadband and mobile broadband networks in Majene Regency. These things can be done by involving the cooperation of related agencies such as the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding Services (Dinas Kominfo) of Majene Regency.

Abstract

Pantai Lapeo, Kecamatan Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Pantai ini dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pihak yang berkepentingan untuk beberapa fungsi yang berbeda, sehingga perlu sebuah ruang untuk mempersatukan gagasan yang dapat mengakomodasi setiap kepentingan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Peta pendataan potensi dan masalah serta perencanaan pengembangan wisata Pantai Ba’batoa, Desa Lapeo. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif interaktif yang didahului oleh Self Mobilization dari pihak mitra yang akan menjadi leader dalam proses pengumpulan dan pengelolaan stakeholder dalam penyusunan Perencanaan Wisata Pantai Lapeo kemudian dilanjutkan oleh pemetaan dan perencanaan partisipatif. Hasil Pencapaian kemajuan Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian Fasilitasi Penyusunan Masterplan Wisata Pantai Ba’batoa, Desa Lapeo saat ini yaitu tercapainya partisipasi aktif pada kegiatan workshop pemetaan dan perencanaan pengembangan wisata Pantai Ba’batoa serta peta zonasi perencanaan Kawasan pantai Ba’batoa, Desa Lapeo Kecamatan Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk pembuatan pengajuan pendanaan kelanjutan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan Kawasan Wisata Pantai Ba’batoa Lapeo

Abstract

This research aims to produce a website-based system by implementing the TOPSIS method into the system to solve the problem of determining prospective recipients of natural disaster assistance. The type of research used is the type of development using the Waterfall model. The test subjects in this study were the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency staff. Data on the response of the staff of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office regarding the implementation of the TOPSIS method in the decision support system for recipients of natural disaster assistance was collected through a questionnaire. The data collected in the trial was then analyzed using quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the research data show that (i) The results of the application of the TOPSIS method have succeeded in providing recommendations for determining prospective recipients of natural disaster assistance, (i) The results of testing with blackbox test show that this decision support system has no defects or errors, which means that the system created already meets the functional requirements, (ii) The User Acceptance Test (UAT) test produced 82% of users who stated that they strongly agreed with the existence of this decision support system which could assist in determining potential recipients of natural disaster assistance according to the criteria used.

Abstract

Pada era modern ini, penggunaan handphone telah merambah ke berbagai lapisan masyarakat di seluruh dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Penggunaan handphone yang semakin meningkat, baik di kalangan remaja maupun dewasa, membawa dampak positif dan negatif, baik bagi individu maupun masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu rumah tangga di Desa Lapeo, Kecamatan Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, tentang dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan handphone. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 November 2023 dengan melibatkan 50 orang ibu rumah tangga.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dapat meningkatkan kesadaran ibu rumah tangga tentang dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan handphone. Sebelum mengikuti sosialisasi, hanya 60% peserta yang mengetahui dampak penggunaan handphone. Namun setelah mengikuti sosialisasi, persentase tersebut meningkat menjadi 95%.Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pihak desa dan Tim Penggerak PKK memberikan dukungan yang signifikan dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan dan interaksi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research proposes an innovative approach that combines graph theory with spatial data to model surface water flow with the Single Flow Direction (SFD) concept, also known as the D8 algorithm. The objective is to show the water flow from the ground surface to a lower place. The research methodology involves collecting spatial data from the Digital Elevation Model (DEMNAS) in raster data type format. Test results show that the effectiveness of the graph approach in modeling water flow can produce clear flow output. This happens because each pixel traversed by water is connected by a line that forms a well-defined water flow path. This study significantly stimulates the development of more sophisticated modeling tools and practical applications in the future. This can help in more efficient management of water resources or produce more accurate flow modeling, contributing to improved understanding and better management of the environment.

Abstract

The availability of information related to disasters is one of the efforts so that the public better understands the actions that must be taken to minimize the risks that occur. However, the availability of this information, especially in the Majene Regency area, is currently still quite minimal. In fact, Majene is one of the areas with a fairly high Disaster Risk Index. This activity embraces the Voluntary Corps (KSR) PMI Majene Headquarters Unit as a partner considering that KSR is one of the organizations engaged in the humanitarian field and actively participates in disaster management. The activities carried out include the use of a disaster education information system by providing training to KSR members in managing the system and creating disaster education content. The results of the activities obtained show an increase in the ability of KSR members in terms of management and content creation using Canva and hopes that the disaster education information system that has been built can continue to be used for the dissemination of disaster information.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong perubahan sistem pendidikan, termasuk kebijakan perkuliahan online sejak pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan tersebut menggunakan pendekatan multibahasa dengan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan Naïve Bayes. Adapun aspek pembeda penelitian ini adalah penggunaan data dari bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah Sulawesi Barat, yaitu bahasa Mandar, yang menambah kompleksitas tahap preprocessing. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menghasilkan 1.680 opini mahasiswa, dan setelah tahap preprocessing menghasilkan 1.679 data yang siap dianalisis. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor terdapat 1002 kategori positif dan 677 kategori negatif. Kemudian pada algoritma Naïve Bayes terdapat 1020 kategori positif dan 659 kategori negatif. Berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi, mayoritas opini bersifat positif, mencerminkan bahwa mahasiswa menerima adanya kebijakan tersebut. Hasil evaluasi melalui confusion matrix serta K-Fold Cross Validation menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan klasifikasi Naïve Bayes mengungguli KNN dengan accuracy 74.87%, precision 74.92%, recall 74.87%, dan f1-score 74.64%. Sementara itu, KNN mencatat accuracy 72.84%, precision 72.80%, recall 72.84%, dan f1-score 72.67%. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa Naïve Bayes mempunyai kemampuan generalisasi yang lebih unggul pada konteks data teks multibahasa yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi evaluasi dan teknik preprocessing yang sesuai dalam klasifikasi sentimen multibahasa.   Kata Kunci - Analisis Sentimen, K-Nearest Neighbor, Multi Bahasa, Naïve Bayes; Perkuliahan Online.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor perbankan Indonesia mendorong peluncuran aplikasi Wondr by BNI pada Juli 2024 sebagai pengganti BNI Mobile Banking. Meskipun jumlah pengguna aktifnya telah melampaui 5,3 juta hingga akhir 2024, ulasan di Google Play Store menunjukkan berbagai keluhan teknis, seperti kesulitan login, kegagalan transaksi, dan proses verifikasi yang rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi Wondr dengan menerapkan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan mengoptimasi performanya menggunakan empat jenis kernel: Linear, RBF, Polynomial, dan Sigmoid. Sebanyak 2.000 ulasan dikumpulkan melalui teknik scraping dari kategori most relevant di Google Play Store. Setelah melalui proses preprocessing dan pelabelan otomatis menggunakan model Multilingual BERT, sebanyak 1.719 data yang berkategori positif dan negatif digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi. Ekstraksi fitur dilakukan dengan metode Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Evaluasi performa menggunakan metrik F1-score menunjukkan bahwa kernel Sigmoid dengan parameter C = 3 dan γ = 0,5 menghasilkan performa terbaik dengan nilai Accuracy dan F1-score sebesar 0,922. Analisis frekuensi kata menunjukkan bahwa kata “gagal” dan “verifikasi” mendominasi sentimen negatif, sementara “mudah” dan “cepat” banyak muncul dalam sentimen positif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pelabelan otomatis berbasis BERT dan klasifikasi SVM dengan optimasi kernel mampu menghasilkan model analisis sentimen yang akurat dan stabil untuk mengevaluasi layanan aplikasi perbankan digital.

Abstract

Gabah kering panen (GKP) merupakan komoditas pertanian strategis yang berperan signifikan dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Fluktuasi harga gabah yang tidak menentu menjadi tantangan serius bagi petani dalam menentukan harga jual hasil panen. Dalam penelitian ini, harga gabah kering panen diprediksi dengan menggunakan metode   Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Data yang digunakan diambil dari data bulanan yang dikumpulkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dari januari 2010 hingga desember 2024. Proses penelitian meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, uji stasioneritas menggunakan Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF), analisis Autocorrelation Function (ACF) dan Partial Autocorrelation Function (PACF), pemilihan parameter optimal (p, d, q) menggunakan pendekatan grid search, pembangunan model ARIMA, prediksi, dan mengevaluasi performa model. Hasil uji ADF menunjukkan bahwa data menjadi stasioner setelah differencing kedua. Berdasarkan hasil grid search dan nilai Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) yang paling rendah. Dengan nilai AIC, model yang paling cocok adalah ARIMA (1,2,2). Sebesar 2188,98. Evaluasi terhadap nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 8,90%, Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) sebesar 636,97 dan Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebesar 405731,65. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model ARIMA cukup andal dan akurat dalam memprediksi harga gabah kering panen.
