Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menerapkan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) untuk menghasilkan sistem penjualan sepeda online melalui integrasi basis data dan membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan secara lebih personal. Sasarannya lebih kearah memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui media yang lebih fleksibel dan lebih ekonomis. Pemodelan sistemnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Penelitian berbentuk studi kasus dengan metode penelitian research and development (R and D). Perancangan sistem perangkat lunak meliputi bagian front-end dan sistem manajemen konten yang secara spesifik meniadakan perantara, mengurangi biaya operasional penjualan, menpermudah pengiriman, dan penerimaan pembayaran secara online. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan proses digitisasi penjualan memiliki verifikasi yang akurat mengenai sistem navigasi, pendataan isi keranjang belanja, mudah menelusuri pemrosesan data pemesanan, dan konfirmasi penerimaan pembayaran.

Abstract

Abstract. This research results in a model of company architectural design to integrate all business processes, information systems and the application of information technology. By identifying and clarifying the needs for information related to the strategic activities of the UD. Sinar Surya can facilitate the activities of operational processes and integrate the business processes of marketing and logistics. This is a case study that uses descriptive analysis and exploratory. The data is collected from interviews and observation. Architectural design companies use top-down approach. Data analysis is carried out by using business area analysis on Critical Success Factor, case diagrams and activity diagrams. The results show the data processing and more precise distribution information by minimizing misinformation, procurement and sale of goods, stock information becomes more accurate and relevant, information becomes more consistent. Through synchronization, integration, convergence, and interoperability make the operational performance can be run more effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, Top-Down Approach, Business Area Analysis Abstrak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model perancangan arsitektur perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis, sistem informasi dan penerapan teknologi informasinya. Mengidentifikasi dan mengklarifikasi kebutuhan akan informasi strategis yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan dari UD. Sinar Surya serta mempermudah dalam kegiatan proses operasional, dan dalam mengintegrasikan proses bisnis bagian pemasaran dan logistik. Penelitian berbentuk studi kasus dan menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif dan eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dan observasi. Perancangan arsitektur perusahaan menggunakan pendekatan atas-bawah. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis area bisnis, Critical Success Factor, diagram use case dan diagram activity. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengolahan data dan pendistribusian informasi menjadi lebih tepat, meminimalisasi kekeliruan informasi pengadaan dan penjualan barang, informasi stok menjadi lebih akurat dan relevan, informasi menjadi lebih konsisten. Melalui sinkronisasi, integrasi, konvergensi, dan interoperabilitas membuat kinerja operasional dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Perusahaan, Pendekatan Atas-Bawah, Analisis Area Bisnis.

Abstract

Penerapan Web Brinet System (WBS) memiliki kontribusi penting untukmeningkatkan pelayanan kepada nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Putussibau. Aplikasi ini memiliki fungsi utama untuk memudahkanpenyetoran dan pengiriman uang, permintaan kartu ATM, notifikasi, dan daftar EBanking.Tujuan pengukuran kinerja aplikasi adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana aplikasi sudah dapat memberikan manfaat dan yang masih membutuhkanpenyempurnaan. Pengukuran kinerja aplikasi menggunakan metode IT BalancedScorecard sesuai masing-masing perspektif melalui deskriptif analitis, denganhasil tertinggi pada orientasi masa depan (24,32%), kedua keunggulanoperasional (24,09%), ketiga orientasi pengguna (23,81%), dan terendahkontribusi organisasi (22,33%) dari target masing-masing perspektif sebesar 25%.Hasil akhir pencapaian sebesar 94,55%, dimana telah berada pada level A atauvery good.

Abstract

Pengalokasian jumlah kapasitas bandwidth yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan menyebabkan kinerja jaringan internet menjadi kurang optimal. Belum adanya manajemen bandwidth mengakibatkan pengguna seringkali mengalami kesulitan saat mau dan sedang melakukan koneksi ke jaringan internet. Layanan komunikasi menjadi tidak optimal, kegagalan proses transmisi data, proses unggah dan unduh mengalami kondisi delay, menimbulkan tumbukan antar-paket data (congestion), hardware latency, dan losses. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembagian mengenai penggunaan jumlah kapasitas bandwidth untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan internet melalui pendekatan HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket). HTB memungkinkan client memperoleh bandwidth minimum yang disediakan. Pengaturan menggunakan perangkat Mikrotik sebagai gateway, DHCP server, bandwidth limiter dan NAT (Network Address Translation). Selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan sistem jaringan internet menggunakan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) dengan pendekatan Top Down. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan jumlah kapasitas bandwidth yang tersedia dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan operasional dan manajerial sehingga dapat mencapai sinkronisasi dan interoperabilitas informasi. Dalam melakukan proses manajemen bandwidth untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan internet adalah berdasarkan IP, Port dan Class.  Kata Kunci : Manajemen Bandwidth, Hierarchical Token Bucket, NDLC, Pendekatan Top-Down

Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan untuk memperluas pasar sasaran seringkali mengalami hambatan dengan keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia, fasilitas perusahaan dan hambatan dalam pemrosesan data transaksi bisnis. Meningkatnya biaya operasional, sulit menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, jaminan pelayanan informasi yang terbatas, tidak efektifnya media promosi karena masih menggunakan brosur, diseminasi informasi cenderung tidak efektif, keterbatasan aksesibilitas tempat usaha dan kesulitan membangun personalisasi konsumen. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan sistem pemasaran yang memberikan kemudahan transaksi komersial melintasi batas-batas budaya dan negara dengan biaya yang relatif lebih efektif dan personalisasi konsumen.  Perancangan aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan model sekuensial linier dengan pendekatan waterfall. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi E-Commerce accessories handphone berbasis komponen yang dapat memberikan kemudahan digitisasi pemasaran secara online tanpa bergantung kepada tempat dan waktu. Arsitektur aplikasi E-Commerce memfokuskan kepada penggunaan komponen menggunakan kerangka CSS (Cascading Style Sheet), PHP (Personal Home Page), javascript framework, jQuery, CI (CodeIgniter), dan memberdayakan MVC (Model View Controller). Pengujian aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan functional test. Perangkat lunak untuk melakukan functional test adalah Lime. Teknik Lime sudah terintegrasi dengan kerangka Symfony untuk bahasa pemrograman PHP sehingga mudah proses pengujiannya.  Kata Kunci : E-Commerce, MVC CodeIgniter, Komponen, Pendekatan Waterfall

Abstract

The purpose of the research resulted in E-Commerce system that provides easiness of commercial transactions across the boundaries of cultures and countries with relatively more effective cost and serves personal interaction among users. The marketing digitization provides a number of operational advantages such as an easier tracing of data processing of ordering, inventory system and a more accurate payment that can create a good relationship between companies and customers. Methods used to analyze the market expansion are market opportunity analysis, business model design, customer interface, market communications and prototype design. The production of E-Commerce system uses a component-based extreme programming method. E-Commerce system has front-end and back-end. The management system of content specifically negates intermediaries, reduces manufacturing and shipping costs, and stores information. E-Commerce architecture focuses on the component use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), PHP (Personal Home Page), Javascript Framework, jQuery, CI (CodeIgniter), and empowers the MVC (Model View Controller). The functional testing was used. The software used to do a functional test is Lime. Lime technique is integrated with the Symphony framework for PHP programming language so it is an easy testing process. The web-based sales information system can significantly expand the market share through a more dynamic and interactive business process and have a clear differentiation pattern for all segments of society.

Abstract

Software-as-a-service (SaaS) is an increasingly popular IT model and has become an IT trends. Yet, research on this topic is still rare in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to examine the latest IT trends of Cloud SaaS system using surveys and interviews as a research method to obtain data from 130 companies. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics approach to measure the IT trends. Findings showed the willingness to consider traditional on-premise systems steadily decreased, whereas over the same time frame, the willingness to consider Cloud SaaS systems steadily increased. This study provides managers and academia with a critical insight into the latest IT trends Cloud computing and SaaS and contributes toward IT solutions.

Abstract

The availability of service levels and informationtechnology governance supports immensely influences theperformance and competitiveness of the companies. The value ofthe maturity level of the information technology governance isgoing to affect the simplicity and the smoothness of punctuallyobtaining relevant and accurate information in the process ofmanagerial decision making. This research aims to cognise thematurity level and provides recommendations of the model ofinformation technology governance, particularly the electronicapplication system of procurement at DS (Deliver and Support)Domain through the use of COBIT 4.1 Framework. The result ofthis research reflects that the lowest value of maturity level goesto DS4 (Ensure Continuous Service) Process, i.e. 1.750. Theinformation technology governance of DS4 possesses theconnection between the control objective inputs comprising PO2,PO9, AI2, AI4, and DS1, and the control objective outputsconsisting of PO9, DS1, DS8, DS9, DS11, and ME1. To be moreeffective in reaching the third maturity level (i.e. defined process)with the rounding index of 2.50, processes linked to DS4 arerequired to build a relationship with the third party as theinformation service provider with a fine quality, to monitor theservice delivery through verification, and to ensure sustainableconformity and compliance.

Abstract

Online business marketing applied to expand market shares is inextricably connected with availability and reliability of IT governance. This model of marketing covers activities and transactions with a digital mechanism. This research included the sample of 30 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) businesses of traditional and finished clothes originated in Pontianak City. Stratified sampling technique was applied. In addition, questionnaires with each process divided based upon the levels  were  in  use.  These  levels  were  served  by  using Guttman Scales. The aims of this research were to cognize gap values of maturity levels and propose a recent model of IT governance to reach expected maturity levels. Results show that the lowest values of maturity levels are at PO8 (2.336) and DS5 (2.560). Therefore, redefinition of information architectures, IT resources, quality management, estimation and management of IT risks, system improvement of IT infrastructure management, IT investment strategies, and communication are of great importance. A recommended model shows that PO8 is related to input control objectives PO1, PO10 and ME1 as well as output control objectives AI1, AI2, AI3, AI5, DS2, PO10, AI1, AI2, AI3, AI7, ALL, PO4, and AI6. Meanwhile, DS5 is associated with input control objectives PO2, PO3, PO9, AI2, and DS1 as well as output control objectives DS8, DS7, ME1, AI6, PO9, and DS11.

Abstract

Determining sets of criteria and alternatives becoming main priorities is essential to guarantee the success of innovation adoption of Information System (IS) security. The goal of this research was to select and determine important entities as representation of each criterion for managers in making decisions of innovation adoption of IS security. This research applied Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) Framework, and Human-Organization-Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) Model to map relative importance variables of criteria and alternatives. AHP Approach was applied for computation simulation to determine priorities of criteria and alternatives. Results show that a principal criterion is manpower of organizations. The eigen factor score is 4.398. Moreover, alternatives covering complexity, financial resources, intensity of competition, and CIO innovativeness have these respective eigen factors scores: 4.326, 9.307, 4.376, and 4.545.
