Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions. This research aims to find out how relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions influence employee performance at PT Bank X. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 32 PT Bank X employees selected using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through research instruments, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Good employee relations will encourage employees to collaborate with each other and share information. High work discipline will make employees more focused and motivated to work.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload on the job satisfaction of PT United Rope Medan employees. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample in the study was 76 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload have a significant and positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee job satisfaction. Through the adjusted R Square value, it is known that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload contribute 52.4% to employee job satisfaction and the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, Indonesia telah memasuki revolusi industri kopi yang dinamis. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan di dunia bisnis, pelaku usaha harus mampu membangun merek lokal (brand local) yang kuat di hati konsumen. Dimana brand local dapat menjadi senjata utama pada perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dan menjaga eksistentinya dalam bersaing yang semakin kompetitif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh brand local dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sumatera Roastery studi pada pelanggan Sumatra Roastery di Kota Medan. Selanjutnya variabel pengaruh antara Brand local dan Kualitas Produk tersebut akan dianalisis secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Sumatra Roastery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan Sumatra Roastery di kota Medan dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dan data skunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji determinasi yang diolah melalui Software Ms. Excel dan SPSS ver 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Local (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan Loyalitas Pelanggan dan Kualitas Produk (X2) berpengaruh positif untuk menigkatkan, Brand Local (X1) dan Kualitas Produk (X2) dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel dependen terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square diketahui bahwa variabel Brand Local dan Kualitas Produk memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,371 % terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,228 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pada Era digital yang semakin maju, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia bisnis. Salah satu dampak terbesar dari perubahan ini adalah pergeseran metode pemasaran yang sebelumnya lebih banyak dilakukan secara konvensional, kini beralih ke digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh strategi digital marketing dan citra merek (brand image) terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap produk kosmetik Make Over di Kota Medan. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai efektivitas pemasaran digital dan peran citra merek dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik di pasar lokal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data prime dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Make Over di Kota Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaiitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan indikator utama berupa aksesibilitas informasi, interaktivitas, kredibilitas, dan informasi yang disampaikan melalui platform digital. Selain itu, brand image juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Uji koefisien determinansi menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara digital marketing, brand image dan minat beli dengan nilai R sebesar 81,3%.

Abstract

Employee wage payments at Home Industry Toge AN have problems regarding the full linkage between employee wages and the results of bean sprout sales each month. With this full linkage, the relationship between business owners and employees does not go well, this is because one party feels disadvantaged, namely the employee. This study aims to analyze the employee wage system using Islamic Business Ethics. The focus of the problem in this study is as follows: how is the practice of the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan? and how is the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan?. In this study, the approach used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach using the type of field research (Field Research), this study was conducted using the interview method with business owners and employees who work at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The results of this study are that in the AN Toge Home Industry, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan, in practice it is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely in the employee wage system which is fully related to the results of bean sprout sales and Islamic business ethics related to the principle of justice. Meaningful justice is clearly not in accordance with the concept of wages, because employee wages are linked to the results of bean sprout sales, so that wages change every month.
