Abstract

AbstrakSepak bola merupakan olahraga favorit banyak orang di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Tingginya antusiasme dan fanatisme yang dimiliki para suporter terkadang menimbulkan suatu perilaku negatif, salah satunya adalah perilaku agresif verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fanatisme dengan perilaku agresif verbal kelompok suporter sepak bola di media sosial menanggapi kebijakan PSSI pada masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan dalam penelitian berjumlah 138 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Skala yang digunakan terdiri dari skala fanatisme dan skala perilaku agresif verbal. Hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi non parametrik Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara fanatisme dengan perilaku agresif verbal kelompok suporter sepak bola di media sosial menanggapi kebijakan PSSI pada masa pandemi. Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin tinggi fanatisme yang dimiliki seorang suporter sepak bola akan diikuti pula perilaku agresif verbal yang tinggi, dan sebaliknya. Kata kunci: Fanatisme, Perilaku Agresif Verbal, Sepak Bola.  AbstractFootball is a favorite sport of many people in the world, including in Indonesia. The high enthusiasm and fanaticism of the fans sometimes lead to negative behavior, one of which is verbal aggressive behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between fanaticism and verbal aggressive behavior of groups of football supporters on social media in response to PSSI policies during the pandemic. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Participants in the study was 138 football supporters, obtained using the non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The scale used consists of a scale of fanaticism and a scale of verbal aggressive behavior. The results of data analysis using Spearman's Rho non-parametric correlation show that there is a significant positive relationship between fanaticism and aggressive verbal behavior of groups of football fans on social media in response to PSSI policies during the pandemic. This means that the higher the fanaticism of a football supporter, the higher verbal aggressive behavior will be followed, and vice versa. Keywords: Fanaticism, Football, Verbal Aggressive Behavior.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi yang berlangsung dengan cepat membuat mudahnya pertukaran informasi melalui media sosial. Pertumbuhan penggunaan media sosial membawa banyak dampak bagi setiap pengguna jejaring sosial, salah satunya interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram terhadap interaksi sosial pada mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif  dengan  desain  korelasional. Jumlah partisipan penelitian berjumlah 105 orang berdasarkan teknik non probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Skala yang digunakan terdiri dari skala intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan skala interaksi sosial. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif dan tidak signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan interaksi sosial. Hal tersebut bermakna tinggi atau rendahnya intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi rendahnya interaksi sosial pada mahasiswa. Interaksi sosial mahasiswa tidak hanya tergantung pada faktor intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram saja melainkan dipengaruhi juga oleh faktor-faktor lainnya. Kata kunci: Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial, Interaksi Sosial, Mahasiswa. AbstractThe rapid development of technology makes it easy to exchange information through social media. The growth in the use of social media has many impacts on every user of social networks, one of which is social interaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of Instagram social media use and social interaction among Satya Wacana Christian University students. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational design. The number of research participants was 105 people based on the non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The scale used consists of a scale of the intensity of social media use and a scale of social interaction. The results of the study using the Pearson correlation technique show that there is a negative and insignificant correlation between the intensity of Instagram social media use and social interaction. This means that the high or low intensity of using Instagram social media does not affect the level of social interaction. Student social interaction does not only depend on the intensity factor of using Instagram social media, but is also influenced by other factors. Keywords: Social Media Usage Intensity, Social Interaction, Students College

Abstract

AbstrakRasa bersalah merupakan perasaan menyesal ketika seseorang melakukan kesalahan yang melanggar standar moral maupun sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara religiusitas dengan rasa bersalah pada narapidana di Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh narapidana yang berada di Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga yang berjumlah 166 narapidana dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 narapidana. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam pengukuran religiusitas menggunakan skala religiusitas, pengukuran rasa bersalah menggunakan skala The Guilt Inventory. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman dengan hasil r = 0,286, p = 0,002 yang berarti religiusitas memiliki hubungan positif dengan feel guilty pada narapidana di Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga. Kata kunci: Religiusitas, Rasa Bersalah, Narapidana. AbstractFeel guilty is a feeling of regret when someone makes a mistake that violates moral or social standards. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive relationship between religiosity and feel guilty in inmates at the “Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga”. The population in this study were all prisoners who were in the“Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga”, totaling 166 inmates with a total sample of 105 inmates. Data collection by using a questionnaire. In measuring religiosity using a Religiosity Scale, measuring feel guilty using The Guilt Inventory scale. Analysis of research data was carried out using the Spearman correlation technique with the result r = 0.286, p = 0,002  which means that religiosity has a positive relationship with feel guilty in inmates at the “Rutan Kelas IIB Salatiga”. Keywords: Religiousity, Feel Guilty, Prisoners.

Abstract

Becoming an achiever is not a desire of an individual. Because life in a penitentiary is different from life in society. After serving his sentence, the former prayed hoping to be accepted by society and change for the better. Former difficulties usually experience social pressure unconsciously and find it difficult to overcome them. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and what factors can influence the state of psychological well-being in former drug users. The subjects of this study were 2 people who were selected by purposive sampling with the characteristics of being able-bodied, male and cases of drug users. This study uses interview and observation methods. The results of this study both subjects have good psychological well-being after leaving prison, this is evident in the results of the discussion that the 6 dimensions of psychological well-being have good value. Then the factors that influence the psychological well-being of the 2 subjects are social support and evaluation of experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Hubungan Antara Konformitas Dan Perilaku Konsumtif Trend Fashion Pada Mahasiswa Ekonomi Di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang tidak diketahui berapa pasti jumlah mahasiswanya. Partisipan pada penelitian ini memperoleh 134 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan partisipan menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan skala kuesioner. Teknik korelasi yang digunakan untukmengetahui hubungan antara variabel perilaku konsumtif dan konformitas adalah teknik Pearson Product Moment pada program Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Hubungan Antara Konformitas Dan Perilaku Konsumtif Trend Fashion Pada Mahasiswa Ekonomi Di UKSW (Rxy= 0,437 r2= 0,191 p = 0,000). Variabel konfotmitas mempengaruhi variabel perilaku konsumtif sebesar 19%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi konformitas maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif. Sebaliknya semakin rendah konformitas maka semakin rendah pula perilaku konsumtif. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan kualitas sekolah secara keseluruhan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik kepemimpinan utama yang meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan, membina lingkungan kerja yang positif, dan memberikan dukungan dan pengawasan yang konsisten. Faktor internal seperti motivasi intrinsik dan kompetensi guru, di samping faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas pendidikan dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung, secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif berkorelasi positif dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan berbagai indikator kualitas sekolah. Studi ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi praktis bagi kepala sekolah, pembuat kebijakan, dan lembaga pendidikan untuk menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif yang dapat menumbuhkan lingkungan pengajaran yang kondusif dan mencapai standar pendidikan yang tinggi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan prokrastinasi dalam mengerjakan skripsi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dan analisa statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan korelasi Spearman rho. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 357 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari angkatan 2017, 2018, 2019, dan 2020 Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online google form yang disebar melalui media sosial. Abstract

Humans always have hopes and dreams. These hopes and dreams can be realized in various processes where the process begins when the child goes through the education period. Individuals are guided to go to school so that they can get an education that supports them in the future. This process can be done by preparing to adjust to work, the world of work, and changing jobs or by leaving the world of work. the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between parental social support for career decisions and self-efficacy in making career decisions for junior high school students.This research is a study with correlational quantitative methods. The results of this study found that career decision making self-efficacy significantly influenced career related parental support significantly in Christian Junior High School 2 Salatiga students.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine self-compassion and social support simultaneously as predictors of psychological well-being in female pastors at the Evangelical Christian Church in Timor (GMIT). Data collection used Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), and Revised Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (RMSPSS) which were distributed by sending questionnaires via Google form to the WhatsApp group and print outs were delivered directly to respondents. The respondents involved in this research were 105 female GMIT priests around Kupang City. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that the calculated F value (simultaneous) was 211.423 with p < 0.05, which means self-compassion and social support simultaneously as predictor of psychological well-being of GMIT female priests around Kupang City with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.806, meaning the contribution of the influence of self-compassion and social support to psychological well-being is 80.6%.

Abstract

This study investigated into the connection between learning motivation and mothers’ democratic parenting styles, exploring their impact on adolescent learning behaviors through a correlational quantitative approach. The research involved a sample of 216 high school students from Manado Independent School, carefully selected using simple random sampling. Data was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires, including the Learning Motivation Questionnaire, the Parenting Style and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ) for Adolescents, and the Learning Behaviors Scale, which provided valuable insights into the dynamics at play. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the partial regression analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and learning behaviors, with a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05). In contrast, the democratic parenting style showed no significant contribution to learning behaviors, as evidenced by a regression coefficient of -0.07 and a significance value of 0.770 (p>0.05). Overall, the findings of the study revealed a significant simultaneous contribution of both learning motivation and mothers’ democratic parenting styles to adolescent learning behaviors. With a coefficient of determination of 0.653 and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), the results highlighted that these factors played a crucial role in enhancing learning behaviors. This, in turn, holds the potential to improve academic performance and overall learning outcomes among adolescents.
