Pembelajaran bermediasi Teknologi Informasi (TI) menghasilkan tantangan tersendiri. Disamping memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, pembelajaran bermediasi TI juga membawa risiko academic dishonesty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dishonesty academic dalam konteks pembelajaran bermediasi TI dan aspek-aspek yang memotivasinya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi di Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed) yang telah selesai melaksanakan pembelajaran etika profesi yang diselenggarakan secara blended. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner elektronik dengan teknik penyampelan bertujuan. Peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan delapan puluh data yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) berbasis varians. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa alasan akademik dan non-akademik menjadi motivator mahasiswa untuk melakukan tindakan academic dishonesty. Peneliti merekomendasikan dosen pendidikan tinggi untuk mengorientasi mahasiswa agar terkendali dari tindakan academic dishonesty dengan menyasar indikator akademik dan non-akademik yang kritikal bagi mahasiswa. Hal ini penting sebab tindakan academic dishonesty dapat berdampak destruktif jangka panjang pada perilaku belajar mahasiswa.

The hotel and tourism industry is essential to Indonesia's economy (GDP), especially in North Sumatra, which has the fastest tourist area. The Accounting Information System (SIA) in the hotel industry is beneficial in achieving company goals. Cloud-based SIA integration allows hotels to deliver real-time data so management can access information. This study aims to examine the effect of management support on the quality of SIAs moderated by cloud computing. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the hotel industry in North Sumatra Province. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of all employees in charge of accounting and financial information systems. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equational Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings obtained from this study showed that management support has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information systems, then cloud computing also has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information systems, and cloud computing moderates significantly positive relationships between management support and the quality of accounting information systems. The results of this study can be used as recommendations for improving efficiency and accuracy and improving the quality of taking proper business management when an organization implements cloud technology

Intrapreneurship skill has considered as the alternative learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education. However, entrepreneurship teachers need a complex learning program to develop intrapreneurship among business students. At the same time, The Ministry of Education and Culture of The Republic of Indonesia recommends university teachers implement case methods to deliver complex learning environments and build critical skills among students. Therefore, this study aims to i) examine the effect of micro small medium enterprise (MSME) cases on the intrapreneurship of business students, ii) investigate the influence of MSME cases on flow experience in entrepreneurship education and iii) investigate the effect of flow experience during entrepreneurship education on intrapreneurship skill. We used field experiments on entrepreneurship and digital business student in business development courses. The result indicates that the case method effectively developed student intrapreneurship skill and flow experience during the course positively impacting student intrapreneurship skill.

Informasi akuntansi yang berkualitas merupakan harapan yang diinginkan pengguna agar dapat dijadikan dasar dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Namun dalam kenyataannya kualitas informasi akuntansi sebagai produk dari sistem informasi akuntansi masih jauh dari harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kualitas informasi akuntansi. Survey dilakukan terhadap 172 pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi di pemerintahan Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas informasi akuntansi.

AbstractAlthough the developments of technology has been grown rapidly, some farmers in North Sumatra are still trapped in traditional farming methods. The problem of limited funds has always been a classical reason for explaining the stagnancy. Interestingly, the farmer community of Hamparan Perak, North Sumatra, which is a partner of LPM UNIMED, actually has advanced knowledge in the management of horticultural crops. Simple innovation seem to be able to drive farm productivity and efficiency. The general purpose of this community service activity is to implement the drip-water irrigation system at Agro-Holticulture plantation of Hamparan Perak Farmer Community in Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera. In particular, this community service aims to: 1) improving the efficiency of agricultural production with the implementation of such technology; and 2) increasing farm productivity with improved irrigation system. This Community Service Activities using technical guidance methods to farmer community. Furthermore, efficiency and productivity are met through minimizing costs and increasing farmer income which observed during technical guidance. Based on ongoing observations, farmers acknowledge that the process of agricultural production becomes very efficient while the performance of the crops becomes more productive.Keywords: Farmers, Horticulture, Efficiency, Productivity

Co-Citation Analysis of Pedagogical Leadership Research: A Systematic Literature Review (1998-2023). Objectives: This study aims to (1) analyze the development of pedagogical leadership research using bibliographical and co-citation analysis and (2) formulate future research directions related to pedagogical leadership. Methods: This study uses bibliometric and co-citation analysis techniques to understand phenomena based on published research. We collected articles from the Scopus repository as it is a significant and credible academic article database. This study collected 126 articles published in English-language journals from 1998 to 2023. Findings: The results show the demographics of the articles collected, publication productivity based on country, and five clusters, which discuss in detail the research development and the direction of future research issues related to pedagogical leadership. Conclusion: Implicatively, this literature review offers several future research agendas related to pedagogical leadership, which are described in the discussion section. This research agenda can be followed up by scholars and education stakeholders who have the potential to improve the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. This study aims to investigate the canonical relationship between positive and negative attitudes of economics and business students when using computer-based analytical tools. The subjects of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Medan. Samples were taken from two universities, including state universities and private universities. Using a random sampling technique, this study collected 247 responses, consisting of 47 male and 200 female respondents. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-Likert scale and analyzed by canonical correlation. The results of the canonical correlation analysis in this study revealed that Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceive Enjoyment (PE) were critical predictors of the construct set of positive attitudes. At the same time, Strain (ST) and Negative Affectivity (NA) were essential predictors of the formation of negative attitudes among users when using computer-based statistical tools. This study produces a new insight related to attitude toward Information Technology (IT) in a specific task, namely statistical analysis. This study also has practical recommendations for universities and lecturers to invest in and use statistical software that is easy and convenient for teaching statistics.

Mitra Usaha UMKM Madani merupakan suatu kelompok pengrajin purun yang berlokasi di Dusun I, Desa Cinta Air, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra yaitu proses produksi usaha yang masih tradisional dan manual dengan cara meletakkan purun ditengah jalan agar dipipih oleh ban kendaraan yang melintas di jalan. Cara ini sangat beresiko bagi keselamatan mereka, kualitas purun yang dihasilkan sangat buruk dan harus menunggu cuaca yang cerah. Pengelolaan pembukuan keuangan dan manajemen usaha yang belum tercatat sehingga tidak dapat mengetahui berapa modal, pendapatan dan keuntungan yang berdampak pada kesulitan dalam pengembangan usaha juga menjadi salah satu permasalahan mitra. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pelatihan, pendampingan dan praktikum dengan memberikan mitra alat TTG mesin pemipih purun. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan tersedianya alat TTG mesin pemipih purun yang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas usaha mitra dalam proses persiapan bahan baku yang dapat dilakukan kapan saja karena mesinnya dapat dengan mudah dipindahkan serta menghasilkan kualitas purun yang lebih baik tanpa pecah yang sembarangan dan lebih lentur. Hasil lainnya yaitu dalam bentuk peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan mitra setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampigan dalam mengelola pembukuan keuangan dan manajemen usahanya sehingga laporan keuangan dan manajemen usaha mitra tersusun dengan rapi dan lengkap
