Abstract

PT Family Ceria Group adalah perusahaan transportasi di Sumatera Barat. Adanya persaingan dengan PT. Duta Pasaman Ekspres dalam melayani rute dari Lubuk Sikaping ke Bukittinggi. PT Duta Pasaman Ekspres memiliki waktu perjalanan lebih cepat dan layanan yang lebih baik daripada PT Family Ceria Group. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dilakukan benchmarking terhadap pesaingnya dan mengukur kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan 5 dimensi SERVQUAL. Penyusunan kuesioner, penyebaran kuesioner, metode pengambilan sampel, penyusunan hasil kuesioner, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, menggunakan Metode Competitive Zone Of Tolerance Based Importance-Performance Analysis (CZIPA). PT. Duta Pasaman Ekspres sebagai kompetitor mengungguli jasa transportasi PT. Family Ceria Group dilihat dari nilai CZSQ dan nilai d yang positif. Atribut dalam kuadran I pada matrix CZIPA dengan nilai CZSQ dan nilai d pada matrix CZIPA masing-masing pada dimensi assurance/jaminan -2.00 dan 2.55, dimensi tangibles/bukti fisik -1.09 dan 1.56, dan dimensi reliability/keandalan -0.89 dan 1.57. Indikator SERVQUAL menjadi prioritas perbaikan (assurance), jumlah kursi yang memadai bagi setiap penumpang (tangibles) dan ketepatan jadwal waktu keberangkatan dan waktu sampai di terminal (reliability). Memastikan bahwa sopir bus telah mengikuti pelatihan secara profesional, memeriksa secara berkala bus yang dioperasikan, menambah jumlah armada bus, membatasi penumpang sesuai dengan kapasitas, manajemen operasional perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan pemakaian teknologi seperti GPS tracking system.Kata Kunci: Transportasi, SERVQUAL, CZIPA dan Benchmarking.

Abstract

Keterlambatan adalah sebuah kondisi yang sangat tidak dikehendaki, karena akan sangat merugikan berbagai pihak dari segi waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi, serta menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan tersebut. Dari survey yang telah dilakukan terhadap Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Cabang BRI Kota Payakumbuh, didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan  proyek konstruksi adalah adanya pekerjaan tambahan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 47,416%, kesalahan dalam perencanaan & spesifikasi dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 18,851%, terjadinya perubahan desain pada waktu pelaksanaan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 13,219%, adanya permintaan perubahan pekerjaan yang telah selesai dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 8,437%, perubahan lingkup pekerjaan pada waktu pelaksanaan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 4,365%, lamanya waktu proses persetujuan contoh bahan oleh pemilik dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 3,721%. Untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi gedung harus melakukan beberapa strategi diantaranya : Pihak konsultan perencana harus lebih teliti dan lebih akurat dalam mendesain, konsultan perencana harus memberikan data dan spesifikasi yang akurat dan owner harus lebih memperhatikan dan mempercepat proses persetujuan contoh bahan.Kata kunci : faktor penyebab keterlambatan, SPSS 29.0, eigenvalue

Abstract

Transportation is the activity of moving passengers or goods from one place to another. So far, PT Sarah Nursyifa Transport on the Tanjung Pati - Padang route has become one of the types of transport of interest to the community. With the increasing mobility of the population, the availability of adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure is required, so that inter-city public transportation services are needed that meet the good and proper requirements for passengers. In this thesis using the Likert scale method. By circulating a questionnaire of 100 respondents. This research was conducted by survey through distributing questionnaires to respondents. After that, testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire is carried out, then proceed with data analysis of the research results. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the analysis of the level of satisfaction of PT. Sarah Nursyifa Transport bus public transportation passengers according to the community with a value of 19% with Very Good criteria, 47% with good criteria, 28% with Less Good criteria and 6% with Not Good criteria. The results of the analysis of 20 respondents obtained the smallest reliability value of 0.621 and the largest reliability of 0.89. This value. While analyzing the respondents as many as 20 people got r count with the smallest value of 0.621> r table with a value of 0.255, it can be said that the data is valid.Keywords: Passenger Satisfaction Level, Validity, Reliability

Abstract

There are various kinds of development projects in construction projects in Bukittinggi, one of which is the construction of a culinary center, The project location is in the city center area, and around the project there are many people selling it is important to identify undesirable risks so that they do not hinder or cause failure in the implementation of the project. Data analysis using the Severity Index method has the aim of determining the probability (P) and impact (I) categories. SI  calculated based on the answers of all respondents. Next, they are categorized based on the magnitude of the probability and impact calculation results into the Probability Impact Matrix, which describes the level of risk that has been identified. Evaluation of the probability and impact of each risk is carried out using a probability and impact matrix which determines the combination of probability and impact that leads to the lowest, medium risk level. , or high. The results of the analysis showed that 1 risk was in the low category, 2 risks were in the high category, namely errors in the initial survey and errors in cost estimates. 15 risks are in the medium category, which is the dominant risk level. For risk response to high risk levels, it is necessary to consider minimizing errors by transferring them because if an error occurs it will have a huge impact on project .Keywords: risk;severity index; probability.

Abstract

Volcanic ash contains mineral chemical elements such as Aluminum (Al), Silica (Si), Iron (Fe), Calcium (Ca), and Magnesium (Mg) which have bonding force when mixed with cement. This research aims to look at the presentation of the use of volcanic ash as a concrete construction material. The volcanic ash used was obtained from the eruption of Mount Marapi, West Sumatra, which was then mixed with Portland cement with a composition of mixing volcanic ash and cement 10% + 90%, 20% + 80%, and 30% + 70%, those characteristics were then seen based on spectrometric analysis. X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Based on the XRD test results, it can be seen that the volcanic ash from Mount Marapi, West Sumatra, has a composition of silica (SiO2) and alumina (Al2O3) which is proven to have pozzolanic properties. From the three mixtures, it can be seen that the highest XRD’s peak is quartz because of the high content of silica and oxide. These three mixing variables have been proven to be used as the basis for mixing for concrete formation. Keywords: Volcanic Ash, Mixing, Cement,  XRD

Abstract

The Kinali-Simpang Empat road in Kabupaten Pasaman Barat has a fairly high accident rate with a length   23 Km and an effective width of   7 m. This analysis is used to determine the characteristic of accidents and the factors that cause traffic accident. The method used in this analysis is the AEK (Accident Equivalent Rate) method and the correlation test using SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis, there is the highest number of each characteristic namely based on the type of victim as many as 91 victims with minor injuries category, based on the day 41 cases that occurred on Sunday, based on the time of the incident 141 cases of accidents that occurred at 06.00 – 19.00, based on the type of vehicle involved 169 cases with the type of motorcycle vehicle, based on the age of the suspect and victim 83 cases with an age range of 16-30 years, based on the type of accident what happened 71 cases with front-to-front collision type accident, based on the location of the accident 59 cases with locations in Rimbo Tampoeroeng, and for the main factor causing the accident 104 cases with the drive category. Efforts to prevent traffic accident are to provide traffic education and strict sanctions on road user who violate traffic regulations.

Abstract

The UM Sumbar Rectorate building suffered structural damage after 33 years. During service life, earthquakes have frequently occurred, the largest was 7.6 magnitude earthquake 2009 in Padang. The structural components have never been handled. This study aims to identify the existing condition as a basis for handling structural damage. Research activities are structure inspection, structural analysis, and determining structural improvements. The building has been deflected by 1° (± 10cm). The majority of structural elements are cracked due to overcapacity. Based on ATC 40 pushover analysis results, it found that 10 steps on x-direction and 11 steps on y-direction of push loads on the structure until it collapsed. Structure performance level is Life Safety, which is in a plastic condition. Strengthening are suggested to increasing column, building ductility, and implementing a dilation system. Evaluation the foundation structure and soil investigation are necessary before planning the strengthening.

Abstract

Parking is stopping and storing a vehicle for a while in a certain space. Vehicles may not move continuously, for a while or stop long enough. The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the capacity of parking space requirements at Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital. For parking patterns in the modeling of parking spaces using a 45o parking pattern, to make it easier to maneuver the car in parking. The research was conducted at Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital street.Veteran No.14, Koto Baru, Balai Janggo, Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. This road is ±11 meters wide and ±450 meters long. This road does not have a special parking lot, and this road does not have a shoulder, has sidewalks on both sides of the road and does not have parking signs. Where the results of the study obtained the volume of vehicles when parking for motorcycles most on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 as many as 117 vehicles / hour. And the volume of vehicles when parking for the most cars on Wednesday, April 05, 2023 as many as 59 vehicles / hour.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology in of Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) which is capable of simulating all information in a development project into a 3D model. The aim is to facilitate 3D modeling of Library Buildings in Padang Pariaman Regency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in architectural, structural and electrical modeling using the OpenBuildings Designer software. Data collection techniques are the methods used by researchers to obtain data. As for data collection in research using secondary data. Data collection is taken by getting AutoCad data. Then from the data that has been collected, a 3D modeling is made using the OpenBuildings Designer software. From this modeling, the results of Architectural modeling are obtained starting from walls, doors, windows, Structure modeling and Electrical modeling. OpenBuildings Designer has modeling tools specific to buildings, which make it easier for users to make more informed and accurate design decisions.

Abstract

The incidence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the urgent and increasing health issues every year. Hence, this condition requires high urgency to be handled. The research aimed to develop a prediction model for DM that could be used in general for the purpose of diagnostic analysis of DM cases against suspected individuals. The dataset was sourced from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), which had closely related parameters in diagnostic analysis without favoring certain groups. The targeted contribution was the result of a new prediction model that was specifically tested on the dataset using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. This model was developed through a baseline model that was tested and improved in performance through hyperparameter cross-validation therapy and L1 regularization. The formation of the model architecture through experiments to adjust the conditions of hidden layers and neurons in several configurations results in a model architecture with 8 input parameters. It contains 3 hidden layers with a total of 14, 20, and 26 neurons, with the ReLU activation function on each hidden layer and the Sigmoid activation function on the output part. The second test is carried out on a hyperparameter configuration. It produces maximum performance with a k-fold value of 10 and L1 regularization of 0.0001. The model performance results obtain an accuracy value of 0.947, precision of 0.895, recall of 0.914, and model loss of 0.215
