Abstract

Household waste is one of the largest contributors of waste to the environment. We can start with waste management on a household scale by separating organic and inorganic waste. Efforts are made to reduce pollution and reduce the volume of waste piles, it is necessary to manage waste, especially organic waste generated from community activities and reused as fertilizer. BUMDes Sima Sari Dana has a waste management business unit, by carrying out business activities for collecting and transporting waste from the residents of Kesiman Petilan village; Garbage bank; Production of compost, and coal fossil fuel reduction pellets. Based on interviews that have been conducted with the BUMDes manager Sima Sari Dana, it is known that the problem faced is the lack of awareness of the people of Kesiman Petilan village in sorting organic and inorganic waste in their respective households, this condition causes delays in the composting process, due to inefficiency. time and costs faced by BUMDes. This condition also causes the potential for marketing and processing of fertilizers from the generated waste to be less than optimal. The stages carried out in this community service activity are to set targets for which socialization will be given about the importance of sorting organic and non-organic waste and how to process organic waste into compost at BUMDes Sima Sari Dana Kesiman Petilan, determine the form and media of socialization used , taking into account the cost aspect, and the latest trends in community communication, it was decided that the socialization would be carried out by making educational videos or socializing the importance of sorting waste and the process of making compost at BUMDes Sima Sari Dana Kesiman Petilan. The educational and socialization videos are packaged in a comedy genre, with an emphasis on knowledge about the types of organic and inorganic waste and the process of making compost. Furthermore, the video will be submitted to the Kesiman Petilan Village Government to be then forwarded to each Hamlet Head which is then forwarded to all residents in the area through communication media such as WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook. Not only that, this educational and outreach video was also uploaded to YouTube as an effort to disseminate information to the public other than the people of Kesiman Petilan Village.

Abstract

The institutional aspect emphasizes the order of moral values, patterns of human relations, and the regulations that apply in society. Organizational or institutional structure is defined as how a job has been divided, grouped or formally coordinated. Group dynamics as a method and process, is one of the management tools to produce optimal group collaboration, so that organizational management becomes more effective, efficient and productive. Group dynamics seeks to create situations in such a way that all group members feel actively involved in each stage of group development or growth, so that everyone feels part of the group and not a stranger. This community service activity is carried out in order to help the community, especially farmer groups, a combination of farmer groups and trading business groups in Sidan village, Gianyar to be able to understand more about the organization, institutional or organizational structure and group dynamics within the organization. After attending this training, it is hoped that these business groups will be better able to organize and manage their organizations and could manage the dynamics that occur in their organizations, so that they can be optimized to achieve their organizational goals.

Abstract

The existence of office inventory items requires the process of managing, recording, or reporting goods to find out the number of items, additions to existing items and to find out reports of mutations or deletion of goods. The problem that occurs in inventory management at Tiara Dewata is that checking inventory data distributed between departments every 6 months is still not good, there is still a lack of thorough SO inventory officers in each department when checking inventory data between goods that are still good and those that are damaged ( destroyed). Therefore, in order to provide a change from the actual situation that is currently happening and to improve in terms of checking so that it is accurate and in accordance with the data, it is deemed necessary to provide assistance to provide information related to the process of checking inventory data that is correct and in accordance with what is in the company Tiara Dewata. Overall, the assistance activities to increase the ability and accuracy in inventory management in Tiara Dewata's accounting department can be said to be successful. Apart from being measured by the three components above, this success can also be seen from the benefits after participating in the activity. The benefits obtained are being able to carry out inventory management activities better and it is hoped that all parties will always improve accuracy and better communication. So it can be concluded that the purpose of this activity can be achieved

Abstract

The Batur Village Credit Institution is a pilot LPD in Kintamani District that was able to grow and develop during the pandemic. Batur as a barometer of the economy in Kintamani District should be able to become a model for LPDs by other areas in Wingkang Ranu so that it is felt necessary to strengthen its economic institutions. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and oversight bodies in an effort to implement ESG and increase understanding in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. The method used is in the form of lectures by inviting resource persons who are experts in the application of ESG at LPD Batur as well as conducting outreach and assistance in implementing ESG practices in savings and lending activities at LPD Batur. The results of this community service activity increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and supervisory bodies to increase in efforts to implement ESG. Furthermore, through the socialization program provided, increasing the understanding of LPD managers and supervisory bodies in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. It is hoped that LPD managers and supervisory bodies can consistently apply ESG and community service activities can have a positive impact on LPD Batur customers, where LPD managers and supervisory bodies can implement strategies for sustainable ESG practices at LPD Batur.
