Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Minat Siswa untuk Menyanyikan Lagu Anak PadaRentang Umur 4-6 Tahun di TK Istiqamah Bandung”. Lagu anak merupakan lagu yangistimewa dan pantas untuk dinyanyikan oleh anak-anak. Pantas disini merujuk kepadalirik lagu yang sederhana, tidak memiliki banyak kiasan dan sesuai dengan perkembangandan pertumbuhan anak. Tetapi dewasa ini, banyak kita temukan anak yang lebih senangmenyanyikan lagu orang dewasa bertemakan asmara, yang bahkan tema lagu tersebuttidak cocok dinyanyikan oleh anak yang duduk di bangku Taman Kanak-Kanak.Sehingga hal ini tentu akan berpengaruh pada aspek-aspek perkembangan anak sepertikognitif, psikomotorik, sosial emosional dan pembendaharaan kata pada anak. Olehkarena itu, penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengungkap fakta mengapa anak usia dinisekarang kurang minat dalam menyanyikan lagu anak, serta bagaimana realitas kegiatanbernyanyi yang dilakukan guru dalam kelas di TK Istiqamah Bandung. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif.Kesesuaian antara hasil wawancara dan observasi, bahwa minat siswa dalammenyanyikan lagu disesuaikan dengan dua indikator minat menurut teori Slameto, yaiturasa suka dan rasa tertarik. Pada hasil observasi dan wawancara, peneliti menemukanbanyak siswa yang memiliki rasa suka dalam bernyanyi, tetapi tidak menjadikan merekatertarik untuk menyanyikan lagu anak. Bahkan ada yang menyanyikan lagu untuk orangdewasa saat kegiatan di dalam kelas berlangsung. Tentu hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapafaktor diantaranya orang tua, guru, sosial media dan mulai meredupnya lagu anak diIndonesia.Kata kunci: Minat, Lagu Anak, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas bernyanyi pada kelompok penyanyi di GJKI Bandung Raya, peneliti melihat kelompok penyanyi bernyanyi saat Ibadah online pada saat itulah obsevasi dilakukan, saat kelompok penyanyi bernyanyi terlihat kurangnya support napas maka berdampak saat bernyanyi, kelompok penyanyi sesekali memenggal kalimat yang seharusnya tidak dipotong, bernyanyi masih di tenggorokan kurangnya pemahaman mengenaik teknik pernapasan. Maka dari itu peneliti memilih topik permasalah ini dalam skripsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penekitian Tindakan dari Kurt Lewin, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, sumber data yang diperoleh dengan cara video call dengan partisipan karena adanya pandemic Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bernyanyi yang lebih baik pada kelompok penyanyi dalam Ibadah di GJKI Bandung Raya khusunya dalam pengkalimatan lagu.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi mata kuliah instrumen pilihan wajib piano dan relevansinya terhadap tujuan kurikulum Jurusan Pendi-dikan Seni Musik Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berkomitmen untuk menghasilkan pendidik musik profesional. Untuk memenuhi tuntut-an ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus sosial inkuiri. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, lembar pertanyaan lanjutan hasil informasi, dan kajian doku-men serta dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa partisipan ma-ta kuliah ini belum mampu untuk mengggunakan piano sebagai pengantar pembelajaran musik umum. Informasi ini ditindaklanjuti dengan rekomen-dasi, penyempurnaan silabus dan implementasi pembelajaran mata kuliah instrumen pilihan wajib piano, seyogyanya dilengkapi dengan subjek peng-gunaan piano sebagai pengantar pembelajaran musik di sekolah.Kata kunci: ketidaksesuaian kurikulum, evaluasi, rekomendasi______________________________________________________________COURSE EVALUATION IN PIANO SUBJECT TO PRODUCE MUSIC TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS Abstract This study was aimed at evaluating "piano as compulsary course" and its relevancy toward the objectives of the curriculum of music edu-cation department of UPI that stated a commitment to provide proffesio-nals music educators. To meet this demand,  the  research methode used is Case Study In Social Inquiry. The research instruments are observation manual, interview manual, information question, and documentation. The research result shows that participants of this course have not shown capability of using piano as introduction to general music instruction. This information is followed up by the recommendations, syllabus improve-ments, and instruction implementation on the subject. It is recommended that "piano as compulsary course" is equiped with subject of piano usage as introduction of music instruction at schools.Keywords: inappropiate curriculum, evaluation, recommendation

Abstract

This study is aiming at finding out the audiation model of salendro musical scale and teaching it to the non-Sundanese learners. Treatment done to the learners whose hearing sensitivity has not been familiar with salendro tone during the audiation practice. A method implemented in the study was grounded theory. It was used to explore initial audiation theory from Edwin E. Gordon in Syntax Learning Sequence in Music that was adjusted with learning stages of salendro tone. This study resulted in an audiation model of salendro tone to sharpen hearing sensitivity of non-Sundanese learners who had not been familiar with salendro tone.

Abstract

This study analyzes Javanese’s song ornament luk to strengthen vocal register. The movement of luk is either upward or downward has similarity to western vocal technique  portamento. Portamento ornament is usually used in strengthening the switching technique of vocal register. Register is a vocal technique that has an advantage in maintaining timbre, so that the timbre sounds homogenous when the changing of register occurs. The results of the study show that the Javanese’s song ornament Luke has successfully strengthened the vocal register on the practice of register intensification in western vocal disciplines.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of in-service teacher in supervising the pre-service teachers during the Teaching Practicum Program and in building the pre-service teachers’ character to be competent music teachers in the future. This study implements narrative inquiry as the method of research. Narrative inquiry method explains the variety of cases during the process of supervision by the in-service teacher. In addition, the research was held in Pasundan 8 Senior High School Bandung and was analyzed further by using qualitative methods with interactive analysis as it is formulated in the research question of this study. Results show that the supervision by an in-service teacher has been successfully enhanced the ability of pre-service teachers in teaching art and culture, particularly music lesson. The competence of pre-service teachers can be achieved by giving them examples, model, and music experience from in-service of the pre-service teachers.

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis model  pendekatan pembelajaran dengan konsep Barat dan Kearifan Lokal pada pembelajaran musik yang dilaksanakan oleh peserta Program Pengalaman Lapangan. Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan pendekatan pembelajaran berkonsep Barat dan kearifan lokal untuk mempersiapkan calon guru musik berkompeten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Narratif Inquiry untuk menjelaskan berbagai kejadian yang diobservasi pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Hasil penelitian mengungkap, bahwa kombinasi pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal  dan berkonsep Barat memiliki kekuatan untuk mengantarkan peserta Program Pengalaman Lapangan sebagai calon guru musik professional yang memiliki kompetensi mengajar musik dengan baik, serta soft skill saat melaksanakan implementasi pembelajaran. Hasil belajar musik yang dicapai siswa memberikan informasi yang signifikan. Siswa memiliki kompetensi musik yang baik disertai dengan kompetensi soft skill hasil dari proses belajar musik.Kata kunci: Kombinasi Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Kearifan Lokal dan berkonsep Barat – Calon guru musik berkompeten

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study develops teaching materials based on “Luk Keroncong Song Ornaments". The method used was designed based research that was developed from teaching materials which were based on the strength of the theoretical and applicative activities to test the strength of materials. The results of the study revealed that the Luk Keroncong ornaments, when it is used, strengthen the vocal technique used by the respondents. The result of this research revealed that the teaching material employed improve the respondents’ vocal technique. Notable areas of improvement and strengthening of the respondents were observed in their:-breathing management (Appogio), vocal registration, especially when there are changes in the timbre (passaggio), head-voice resonance, flexibility of tone, and stability of tone.Keywords: Instructional material based on luk keroncong ornament, Implementation, Strengthening, Vocal Techniques

Abstract

This research examines the power of listening, asking, and solving problems in training in using Indonesian language teaching materials for Indonesian language teachers for foreign speaker military officers. The problem identified is that Indonesian language teachers for foreign-speaker military officers must update their teaching materials according to student characteristics. Teaching materials need to be updated because there have been many changes in vocabulary, including the addition of several words in everyday life, including slang. The training participants are Indonesian language teachers who teach foreign-speaker military officers at Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia. The number of training participants was twenty people. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative research was carried out by interpreting the results of questions from training participants and quantitative quasi-experimental analysis to measure the influence of teaching materials training on understanding the use of Indonesian language teaching materials for foreign-speaker military officers. The research results showed that listening, asking, and solving problems succeeded in helping Indonesian language teachers who taught foreign-speaker military officers understand conceptually how to convey Indonesian language teaching materials to students. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang kekuatan mendengarkan, bertanya dan memecahkan masalah dalam pelatihan penggunaan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia bagi guru bahasa Indonesia bagi perwira militer penutur asing. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi adalah guru bahasa Indonesia bagi perwira militer penutur asing harus memperbarui bahan ajarnya sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Bahan ajar perlu diperbarui karena banyak terjadi perubahan kosa kata, termasuk penambahan beberapa kata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk bahasa gaul. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar perwira militer penutur asing di Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia. Jumlah peserta pelatihan sebanyak dua puluh orang. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan interpretasi hasil pertanyaan peserta pelatihan dan analisis kuasi eksperimen kuantitatif untuk mengukur pengaruh pelatihan bahan ajar terhadap pemahaman penggunaan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia bagi perwira militer penutur asing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mendengarkan, bertanya, dan memecahkan masalah berhasil membantu guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar perwira militer penutur asing memahami secara konseptual cara menyampaikan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia kepada siswa.Kata Kunci: bahan ajar; pelatihan bahasa; pembelajaran berbasis masalah

Abstract

The development of Indonesian language teaching materials requires the application of technology to make it easier for students to receive lessons. This research analyzes the need to develop teaching materials for Indonesian listening skills for foreign speakers (BIPA). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires by 10 BIPA teachers from various institutions and observing relevant teaching manuals. The analysis results show that most respondents have taught BIPA for over five years and use audio and video media in listening learning. They stated that they needed interactive listening media and used materials from the institutions where they taught more often, even though they found several areas for improvement in the quality and suitability of the materials. Most respondents also expressed their readiness to be contacted further regarding this research. Data analysis also revealed respondents' preferences for using digital-based media to learn to listen to BIPA, with most respondents using platforms such as YouTube and Zoom Meet. These findings provide in-depth insight into teachers' preferences and needs in developing BIPA listening teaching materials and the importance of adapting learning materials to students' needs.
