Abstract

ABSTRAK Sesuai dengan masalah yang telah dirumuskan diatas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk; Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Advent Ambia. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogic guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Advent Ambia. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Advent Ambia. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan penelitian dan kesimpulan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini maka dapat disajikan implikasi sebagai berikut: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 62,4 %. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 46,2 %. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif lingkungan sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa 92 %. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan, Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT In accordance with the problems that have been formulated above, the purpose of this study is to; To find out the influence of the school environment on student learning motivation at Ambia Adventist High School. To find out the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning motivation at Ambia Adventist High School. To find out the influence of the school environment and the pedagogical competence of teachers on student learning motivation at Ambia Adventist High School. Based on the results of the research discussion and the conclusions drawn in this study, the following implications can be presented: This study shows that there is a positive influence of the school environment on student learning motivation by 62.4%. This study showed that there was a positive influence of pedagogic competence on student learning motivation by 46.2%. This research shows that there is a positive influence of the school environment and pedagogic competence on student learning motivation 92%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

Hasil uji simultan (bersama-sama ) menujukkan bahwa Motivasi Belajar, (X1) dan Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variable hasil belajar (Y). Nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 20,45 artinya Fhitung Ftabel = Fhitung Ftabel =20,45 3,20 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. Nilai R square sebesar 0.833 atau 83,3 % yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara varaibel Motivasi Belajar, (X1) dan Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X2) dengan hasil belajar siswa (Y) memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di smp negeri 4 Tondano. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengecek keabsahan temuan dalam penelitian digunakan Triangulasi metode Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka SMP Negeri 4 Tondano sudah cukup baik dilihat dari: 1.Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, 2.Strategi Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, 3.Faktor Pendukung dan Upaya mengatasi Penghambat Implementai Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 4 Tondano. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is at SMP Negeri 4 Tondano. The study uses a Qualitative research method with a Descriptive Approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the findings in the study, the Triangulation method was used. The results of the study can be concluded that the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Tondano is quite good when viewed from: 1. Planning and Implementation of the Independent Curriculum Implementation, 2. Strategy for Implementing the Independent Curriculum, 3. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ekonomi petani Kacang di desa Tondegesan kecamatan Kawangkoan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh; 1) Pemberdayan Petani dengan pengenalan ekonomi digital dapat menumbuhkan kerjasama antara Pemerintah Desa, Kelompok Tani, petani kacang, serta dapat meningkatkan kemandirian, kesejahteraan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi petani kacang, 2) petani kacang dapat mengoptimalkan produksi mereka, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat 3) Dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat petani kacang, penting untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor penghambat dan memanfaatkan faktor-faktor penunjang. Melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga terkait, kelompok tani dan inisiatif penelitian, diharapkan petani kacang dapat mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Digital ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of economic empowerment of peanut farmers in Tondegesan village, Kawangkoan sub-district. This study is a qualitative study with 5 informants. The results of the study were obtained; 1) Farmer Empowerment with the introduction of digital economy can foster cooperation between the Village Government, Farmer Groups, peanut farmers, and can increase the independence, welfare, and economic sustainability of peanut farmers, 2) peanut farmers can optimize their production, improve product quality, and contribute to improving the economic welfare of the community 3) In an effort to empower the economy of peanut farmers, it is important to overcome inhibiting factors and utilize supporting factors. Through collaboration between the government, related institutions, farmer groups and research initiatives, it is hoped that peanut farmers can overcome existing challenges and improve their economic welfare. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan Hasil Belajar Menggunakan Model Problem based Learning (PBL) dan Project Based Learning (PjBL) berorientasi Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi di Kelas XIA dan XIB SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian quasi-eksperimen atau termasuk dalam bentuk one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas XIA 25 orang siswa dan XIB 25 orang siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes uraian (Pretest dan Posttest). Hasil Penelitian Secara Keseluruhan, Problem Based Learning (PBL) menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dari Project Based Learning (PjBL) dari nilai pretest dan posttest. Perbandingan antara model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) keduanya sama-sama memiliki kelebihan dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso. Kata kunci : Hasil Belajar, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of Learning Outcomes Using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Project Based Learning (PjBL) Models Oriented to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on the Learning Outcomes of Economics Class XIA and XIB SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design or is included in the form of one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this study involved 25 students of class XIA and 25 students of class XIB SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso in the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection was carried out through descriptive tests (Pretest and Posttest). Overall Research Results, Problem Based Learning (PBL) showed a higher increase than Project Based Learning (PjBL) from the pretest and posttest scores. The comparison between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model both have advantages and are able to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajar ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 54 siswa. Uji instrument yang di gunakan yakni uji validasi dan reliabilitasi. Variabel XI, X2 dan Y memiliki data yang normal. Uji hipotesis 1 dan 2 yang di gunakan yaitu : korelasi sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien determinasi sedangkan Hipotesis 3 di gunakan Uji korelasi berganda dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna, Variabel lingkungan keluarga (X1) dan Variabel lingkungan sekolah (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel minat (Y) sebesar 92% dan sisanya 8% di tentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Keluarga, Lingkungan Sekolah, Minat Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of the family environment and school environment on students' interest in learning in the subject of economics class XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 54 students. The instrument test used is the validation and reliability test. Variables XI, X2 and Y have normal data. Hypothesis tests 1 and 2 used are: simple correlation, t-test and determination coefficient while Hypothesis 3 uses multiple correlation test and F-test. The results of this study obtained that there is an influence of the family environment and school environment on students' interest in learning in the subject of economics class XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna, Family environment variables (X1) and School environment variables (X2) have a very strong influence on the interest variable (Y) of 92% and the remaining 8% is determined by other variables that are not examined. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL). Sampel penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di Kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 17 Halmahera Selatan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas individu. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dibagi menjadi dua sesi, masing-masing sesi terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan empat fase. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil tes pada Siklus 1 dan Siklus 2 dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-IIS di SMA Negeri 17 Halmahera Selatan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelangkaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada aspek emosional terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,99%, dan pada aspek psikomotorik terjadi peningkatan sebesar 14,51%. Pada aspek kognitif sebesar 12,30%. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, hasil belajar ABSTRACT This research aims to identify changes in student learning outcomes using the problem-based learning (PBL) model. The sample for this research is classroom action research carried out in Class X IIS of SMA Negeri 17 South Halmahera in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in individual classes. This classroom action research was divided into two sessions, each session consisting of two meetings with four phases. Data was collected using the observation method. Data analysis was carried out by comparing test results in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 using descriptive techniques. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve the learning outcomes of class X-IIS students at SMA Negeri 17 South Halmahera on the subject of scarcity economics. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are changes in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the emotional aspect there was an increase of 7.99%, and in the psychomotor aspect there was an increase of 14.51%. In the cognitive aspect it is 12.30%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada materi pembelajaran. Kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia di kelas VII semester 1 SMP Negeri Yenbeser Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Aktivitas Kebutuhan Manusia melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD di SMP Negeri Yenbeser Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD merupakan model pembelajaran kelompok dimana siswa ditempatkan dalam kelompok belajar yang terdiri dari 4 orang secara heterogen, berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan tingkat prestasi sehingga siswa dapat saling membantu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai minimal siswa sebesar 75. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The STAD type cooperative learning model is a group learning model where students are placed in study groups consisting of 4 people heterogeneously, based on gender and level of achievement so that students can help each other. The aim of the research is to determine student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model in learning materials. Activities meet human needs in class VII semester 1 of Yenbeser State Middle School, Raja Ampat Regency. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets and written tests. Based on the research results, the minimum student score was 75. This shows that the use of the STAD type learning model can improve student learning outcomes.
