Abstract

This research is experimental research conducted to find out whether there is an effect of using the Group Investigation learning model on the scientific literacy abilities of class IV students at SDN 017 Bonra. This study aims to (1) find out the description of the use of the Group Investigation model in class IV of elementary school, (2) describe the ability of scientific literacy of class IV elementary school students, (3) find out the effect of the Group Investigation model on the ability of scientific literacy of class IV elementary school students. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design research type. The population in this study were fourth grade students at SDN 017 Bonra with a sample of 32 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling technique. This study used two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, tests, and documentation. Data were collected from pretest and posttest administration and were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using parametric statistical tests, namely the independent sample t-test. The results of the study showed that (1) the use of the Group Investigation learning model in the learning process was in a very good category, which was known from the proportion of model use in the class of 92.31%; (2) There is an increase in students' scientific literacy skills; (3) There is an effect of using the Group Investigation learning model on the scientific literacy skills of fourth grade students at SDN 017 Bonra, Mapilli District, Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

The development of the hypercontent module for student development is the development of teaching modules that integrate various learning content with a student-centered learning pattern oriented towards student argumentation abilities. Argumentative ability influences students' understanding of the content of student development material, so it needs to be improved in the learning process. This development aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the hypercontent module for student development for the argumentation abilities of PGSD students. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE framework, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed was implemented in a small group trial (10 students) with an average response of 4.57 in the excellent category and a large group trial (30 students) to obtain an overall average response of 4.6 in the excellent category. The hypercontent module for student development for PGSD students' argumentation abilities has a decent/good quality category to be applied as a practical digital teaching module for student argumentation abilities.

Abstract

Educational transformation in line with the demands of the times is continuously implemented, one of which is through the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum still requires innovation in the development of a 21st-century learning design-based curriculum to facilitate lifelong learning. This literature review research aims to uncover and explore the potential innovations that can be applied in the development of a technology-based curriculum with the 21CLD approach, in order to contribute to a better and more relevant educational transformation that meets the needs of students in the digital era, particularly in the implementation of IPAS (Science and Social Studies) learning. The findings of this study reveal that educators need to develop learning designs that facilitate creative thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills that lead to long-term memory for lifelong skills. Innovations that can be implemented by educators in IPAS learning include the development of innovative learning designs, using problem-based and project-based learning models, which refer to active and enjoyable learning, such as gamification. In addition, the integration of technology and continuous assessment should be conducted to optimize the implementation of learning by educators.
