Abstract

This study aims to describe how to grow an attitude of nationalism, the appearance of nationalism, obstacles in developing nationalism, and those efforts are made to overcome obstacles to developing nationalism among youths Bendho Agung Percussion Patrol Music Art Group. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis using interactive analysis. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. how to grow an attitude of nationalism among adolescents with doing various activities includes of dancing traditional dances and playing traditional percussion patrol instruments such as kenong, saron, tambourine, drums, plastic drum, iron drum, gong and all members should to memorize the national song and folk songs. The appearance of nationalism is that the members t-shirts have nuances or patterns of batik and it doesn’t have feeling inferior or inferiority when playing traditional musical instruments and dancing traditional dances. The develeoping nationalism among youths is also inseparable from the obstacles when realizing nationalism among youths Bendho Agung Percussion Patrol Music Art Group, these obstacles are the include the time clashes between school time and the time of the event and the lack of dance costumes of Bendho Agung Percussion Patrol Music Art Group. In overcoming these obstacles the Bendho Agung Percussion Patrol Music Art Group makes efforts to overcome them by giving permission to schools and borrow or rent dance costumes in an art studio Turen. Kajian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan cara menumbuhkan nasionalisme, bentuk perwujudan nasionalisme, kendala yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan nasionalisme, dan solusi dalam menghadapi kendala penerapan nasionalisme di kalangan remaja Kelompok Seni Musik Patrol Perkusi Bendho Agung. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Cara menumbuhkan sikap nasionalisme di kalangan remaja diantaranya melalui kegiatan menari tari tradisional, bermain alat musik tradisional patrol perkusi seperti kenong, dig dug, saron, rebana, kendang, drum plastik, drum besi, gong dan mewajibkan seluruh anggota untuk hafal lagu nasional dan lagu-lagu daerah. Bentuk perwujudan nasionalisme diantaranya kaos anggota ada nuansa atau corak batik dan tidak ada rasa minder atau rendah diri ketika bermain alat musik tradisional dan menari tarian tradisional. Dalam menumbuhkan nasionalisme di kalangan remaja tidak lepas dari kendala-kendala yang muncul saat mewujudkan nasionalme di kalangan renaja Kelompok Seni Musik Patrol Perkusi Bendho Agung, kendala tersebut yaitu waktu yang bentrok antara waktu sekolah dengan waktu event dan kurangnya kostum tari yang dimiliki Kelompok Seni Musik Patrol Perkusi Bendho Agung. Dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut, Kelompok Seni Musik Patrol Perkusi Bendho Agung melakukan upaya-upaya dalam mengatasinya dengan cara memberian surat izin ke sekolah dan meminjam atau menyewa kostum tari di sanggar seni Turen.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the existing religious activities, find out religious activities specifically aimed at developing students' religious tolerance attitudes, know the practice of developing religious tolerance attitudes through student activities carried out, know the obstacles faced in the development process attitudes of religious tolerance through student activities, and knowing solutions to face obstacles in the process of developing religious tolerance through student activities at SMPK Widyatama Batu. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis. The results of this study are (1) religious activities, namely faith building, religious holidays celebrations, interfaith prayers, and Christmas Action and APP, (2) religious activities devoted to developing students' religious tolerance attitudes are celebrations of religious holidays, interfaith prayers, and National Scripture Month, (3) development practices Students' tolerance attitudes at Christmas activities together are carried out by introducing students to a religious activity, examples from teachers, and active involvement of students, (4) the obstacles faced are the COVID-19 pandemic, and the decline in student enthusiasm during the activity, (5) the solution is the use of technology, the form of activity is changed to a competition, conducting interlude activities that attract students' attention again. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan keagamaan yang ada, mengetahui kegiatan keagamaan yang ditujukan khusus untuk mengembangkan sikap toleransi beragama siswa, mengetahui praktik pengembangan sikap toleransi beragama melalui kegiatan siswa yang dilakukan, mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengembangan sikap toleransi beragama melalui kegiatan siswa, dan mengetahui solusi menghadapi hambatan dalam proses pengembangan toleransi beragama melalui kegiatan siswa di SMPK Widyatama Batu. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kegiatan keagamaannya yaitu bina iman, perayaan hari besar keagamaan, doa lintas agama, dan Aksi Natal serta APP, (2) kegiatan keagamaan yang dikhususkan untuk mengembangkan sikap toleransi beragama siswa adalah perayaan hari besar keagamaan, doa lintas agama, dan Bulan Kitab Suci Nasional, (3) praktik pengembangan sikap toleransi siswa pada kegiatan Natal bersama dilakukan dengan mengenalkan siswa dengan suatu kegiatan keagamaan, contoh dari guru, dan pelibatan aktif siswa, (4) hambatan yang dihadapi adalah pandemi COVID-19, dan menurunnya antusias siswa saat kegiatan berlangsung, (5) solusinya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi, bentuk kegiatan diubah menjadi lomba, melakukan kegiatan selingan yang menarik perhatian siswa kembali.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the development of android-based mobile learning media for the teaching of Civics subject at SMAN 1 Purwosari. This study aims at producing an android-based learning media on Civics subject, particularly about The State Institutions material. This development research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five steps, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of the media was validated by media expert, material expert, linguist, and practitioner. After the validation stage, a limited trial was conducted to the 10th grade students of SMAN 1 Purwosari. The results of the media feasibility validation and limited trial are as the following: (1) the media expert scored 3,97 with "very good" qualification, (2) the material expert scored 3,08 with "good" qualification, (3) the linguist scored 3,58 with "very good" qualification, (4) the practitioner scored 4 with "very good" qualification, (5) the small group trial result obtains a score of 3,61 with "very good" qualification, and (6) the large group trial result obtains a score of 3,46 with “very good” qualification. Thus, it can be concluded that the media product that has been developed is feasible to be used as a learning media in supporting Civics learning. Artikel ini membahas tentang penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran mobile-learning berbasis android pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 1 Purwosari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis android pada mata pelajaran PPKn dengan materi Lembaga-lembaga Negara. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu: analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Validasi kelayakan media dilakukan oleh validator ahli media, materi, bahasa dan praktisi. Setelah tahap validasi, dilakukan uji coba terbatas kepada siswa kelas 10 IPS 1 SMAN 1 Purwosari. Hasil validasi baik dari validator ahli media, materi, bahasa, praktisi, dan uji coba terbatas diperoleh nilai kelayakan produk media yang dikembangkan sebagai berikut: (1) dari ahli media diperoleh nilai 3,97 dengan kualifikasi “sangat layak”, (2) dari ahli materi diperoleh nilai 3,08 dengan kualifikasi “layak”, (3) dari ahli bahasa diperoleh nilai 3,58 dengan kualifikasi “sangat layak”, (4) dari praktisi diperoleh nilai 4 dengan kualifikasi “sangat layak”, (5) dari uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai 3,61 dengan kualifikasi “sangat layak”, dan (6) dari uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh nilai 3,46 dengan kualifikasi “sangat layak”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk media yang telah dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam menunjang pembelajaran PPKn.

Abstract

Abstract: The online investigation group learning model is a learning model that can direct students to be sensitive to problems in the surrounding environment and be able to adapt to technological developments, especially in the new normal era like today. This study aims to determine the applicability of the online investigative grub learning model. The method used in this study uses the ADDIE development method which has five stages in the form of (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. Trials of the online investigation group learning model were carried out by analyzing and categorizing student learning outcomes. Based on the trial implementation of the online investigation grub learning model, it was found that this learning model was effective and could be used in the learning process of the Citizenship Education course.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop service-learning-based short film media to improve critical, creative, collaborative, and social care skills. Test validity, test practicality, and test effectiveness used ADDIE model flows. The analysis stage obtained the characteristics of learners, curriculum analysis and learning resources. The design stage was carried out the development of short film media. The development stage was carried out validity tests and practicality tests. At the implementation stage, effectiveness tests were carried out. The evaluation phase was carried out. Data collection tools used were material and media validation instruments, interview instruments, instruments for prospective teacher and student users, and performance self-assessment test sheets. data analysis using Shapiro-Wilk Technique and Paired Samples T-Test. This film had gone through validation tests by several validators, and the results were declared feasible, interesting, and valid for use in learning. The media validation score reached 57.5, being in the range of 60-48.75, with very valid criteria for subsequent studies. Material validation achieved a validity score of 95.5, being in the range of 96-78, with very valid criteria. The teacher user candidate test showed a validity score of 68 out of a maximum score of 68, which when calculated as a percentage, indicated a validity score of 100% in the range of 68-55.25. Small group trials gave a score of 518 from the range of 600-487.5, while large group trials gave a score of 2,186 from the range of 2460-1998.75. The paired sample T-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to thoroughly analyze the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous online learning in two elementary schools in Jember. The two schools are, Tiga Bahasa Rukun Harapan Elementary School, and Al Baitul Amien 01 Elementary School. This study used a qualitative multi-site study method. The data collected relates to planning online learning, implementing online learning, and evaluating the implementation of online learning. The data analysis technique begins with single-site data analysis followed by cross-site data analysis. The single site analysis procedure was carried out with the Miles & Huberman analysis model. The cross-site analysis procedure was carried out using an analytic induction model looking for the final cross-site findings. The results of the study show that in online learning planning, educators need to consider online learning principles that are easy for all students and teachers to follow as a first step in planning effective online learning. At the stage of implementing online learning, the important thing for the teacher to do is to organize the platform according to the type of online learning into a digital class that ideally approaches real learning conditions. In the evaluation of learning the teacher again ensures the ease of communicating with students, the suitability of the platform for the type of learning, the ease of accessing material, ensuring the level of authenticity of student answers, and the teacher can collaborate with parents to control student learning activities.Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis secara menyeluruh pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring synchronous dan asynchronous pada dua sekolah dasar di Jember. Kedua sekolah tersebut yaitu, SD Tiga Bahasa Rukun Harapan, dan SD Al Baitul Amien 01.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif studi multi situs. Data yang dikumpulkan berkaitan dengan perencanaan pembelajaran daring, penerapan pembelajaran daring, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Teknik analisis data yang pertama menggunakan analisis data situs tunggal kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data lintas situs. Prosedur analisis situs tunggal dilakukan dengan model analisis Miles & Huberman. Prosedur analisis lintas situs dilakukan dengan model induksi analitik mencari temuan akhir lintas situs. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada perencanaan pembelajaran daring, pendidik perlu mempertimbangkan prinsip pembelajaran daring yang mudah diikuti oleh semua siswa dan guru sebagai langkah awal merencanakan pembelajaran daring yang efektif. Pada tahap penerapan pembelajaran daring hal penting yang dilakukan guru adalah mengorganisasikan platform sesuai jenis pembelajaran daring menjadi kelas digital yang idealnya medekati kondisi pembelajaran secara nyata. Pada evaluasi pembelajaran daring guru kembali memastikan kemudahan berkomunikasi dengan siswa, kesesuaian platform dengan jenis pembelajaran daring, kemudahan mengakses materi, memastikan tingkat keaslian jawaban siswa, dan guru dapat berkolaborasi bersama orangtua untuk mengontrol aktivitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

One of the problems encountered during the learning process was the low ability to speak in front of the class. This study aimed to improve speaking skills using the storytelling learning model in Pancasila and civic education subjects. This study was a second-cycle class action research consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analysis in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The analysis results found an increase in students' speaking ability at each meeting. It had proved that students' speaking ability in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects increased with the application of the storytelling learning model.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application and analysis of student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media. The study used classroom action research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with monopoly game media was applied in several stages, namely group formation, rolling dice in turns, followed by transaction activities in the form of a combination of answering questions, renting, selling, and buying assets until finally one of the students became an absolute rich person called a monopolist. The student's critical thinking ability before taking action measured through the pretest. It showed that the percentage of completeness obtained by students was 65.6 percent with a minimum completeness criterion of 75. The student's critical thinking ability after the action in cycle I showed that there was a change in the percentage of completeness obtained by students of 66.67 percent of the pretest results to 76.67 percent of the post-test results. In the second cycle, there was a change of 76.67 percent from the pretest results to 90 percent from the post-test results, thus student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media increased by 10 percent in cycles I and 13.33 percent in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the level of digital literacy, civic literacy, and personal resilience of vocational high school students in Malang City and analyze the influence of digital literacy and civic literacy on student personal resilience linearly and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Using the cluster proportional random sampling technique, a sample of 313 students spread proportionally from SMKN throughout Malang City was obtained. Data was collected using interview techniques, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The study results showed that the overall digital literacy of students was in a decent category. The overall civic literacy of students was included in the excellent category. Students' overall personal resilience was included in the excellent category. Digital literacy positively affected students' resilience with a significance value of 0.024. Civic literacy positively affected students' resilience with a significance value of 0.041. Digital literacy and civic literacy simultaneously affected students' resilience with a significance of 0.02.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the problems of instilling character values in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used is qualitative with case studies. The research results show that the character of students during the pandemic learning period faced problems including a lack of discipline and responsibility. Problems with instilling character values during learning are: not having found the right character education method, low response from Package C students, poorly understood material, limited facilities and infrastructure supporting online learning, and difficulty adjusting the learning schedule for all students.
