Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan langkah-langkah untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) dan meningkatkan pembelajaran ilmu sosial tentang jenis pekerjaan pada siswa kelas III. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi, triangulasi sumber, dan validitas isi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA tentang jenis pekerjaan pada siswa kelas III yang diketahui melalui peningkatan persentase rata-rata ketuntasan siswa sebesar 60,71% pada siklus pertama, 76,78% pada siklus II, dan 89,28% pada siklus III.

Abstract

Interest in learning affects student learning outcomes in learning process. Lack of students’ interest in learning makes low social science learning outcomes. The study aimed to determine the positive correlation between students' interest in learning and social science learning outcomes and to determine the contribution of interest in learning to social science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020. It was quantitative research design with correlation method. The sampling method used cluster random sampling technique. The result indicated that there was positive correlation between interest in learning and social science learning outcomes with low correlation level which was 0.245. The adjusted R square value of interest in learning to social science learning outcomes was 5.96%. It concludes that there is positive correlation between interest in learning and social science learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah matematika tentang bangun ruang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan media konkret dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah matematika.

Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of the research were to prove significant and positive correlation between reading interests and Indonesian language learning outcomes and to determine the contribution of reading interests on Indonesian language learning outcomes to fifth grade students in Pejagoan Sub-District in academic year of 2019/2020. The research was quantitative correlational study. The prerequisite test used the normality and linearity test. The data analysis included simple correlation test and adjusted R square with significance level of 5%. The results indicated that there was positive and significant relationship between reading interests and Indonesian language learning outcomes. The correlation was 0.539 and Adjusted R square of reading interests on Indonesian language learning outcomes was 22.62%. It concludes that there is significant and positive correlation between reading interests and Indonesian language learning outcomes to fifth grade students in Pejagoan sub-District in academic year of 2019/2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh antara pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik dengan strategi ekspositori terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari kemampuan numerik. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 8 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Kebumen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan numerik dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik dengan strategi ekspositori terhadap hasil belajar matematika {Fhitung (3,972) >  Ftabel (3,917)}, (2) terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik rendah terhadap hasil belajar matematika { Fhitung (30,361) >  Ftabel (3,917)}, (3) terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dengan kemampuan numerik siswa {Fhitung (7,742) >  Ftabel (3,917)}, (4) untuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik tinggi, hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mengikuti strategi ekspositori {(Fhitung (0,3146) < Ftabel (3,936)}, (5) untuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan  numerik rendah, hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti strategi ekspositori lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mengikuti pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik {(Fhitung (11,4979) > Ftabel (3,936)}, (6) untuk siswa yang menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik, hasi belajar matematika siswa dengan kemampuan numerik tinggi lebih tinggi daripada siswa dengan kemampuan numerik rendah {Fhitung (39,6218) > Ftabel (3,936)}, dan (7) untuk siswa yang menggunakan strategi ekspositori, hasi belajar matematika siswa dengan kemampuan numerik tinggi lebih tinggi daripada siswa dengan kemampuan numerik rendah {Fhitung (3,3326) < Ftabel (3,936)}.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were: (1) to describe the steps in the implementation of concept mapping as learning strategy, (2) to improve social science learning outcomes in the theme of wonderful diversity in my country, and (3) to describe the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of concept mapping as learning strategy.The research was a collaborative classroom action research. The types of data were qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and tests.The results of the research indicated that: (1) the steps in the implementation of concept mapping as learning strategy were: a) the teacher explained concept mapping as learning strategies to the students, b) the students worked in small groups, c) the students expressed the ideas, d) the students determined the main concepts, e) the teacher guided the students to create concept maps, f) the students presented the results of the discussion, g) the teacher provided feedback, h) the students summarized the lesson, i) the students made evaluation; (2) the implementation of the concept mapping as learning strategy improved students’ learning outcomes, (3) the obstacle was some students disturbed other groups during group discussions. The solution to overcome the obstacle was the teacher walked over to the students and gave a reprimand.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan penerapan model Think Talk Write untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi dan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi melalui penerapan model Think Talk Write. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD N 1 Wonosari tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data dilaksanakan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Think Talk Write dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas III SD N 1 Wonosari tahun ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya (1) korelasi positif  gaya belajar dengan prestasi belajar matematika; (2) korelasi positif motivasi belajar matematika dengan prestasi belajar matematika; (3) korelasi positif  gaya belajar dan motivasi belajar matematika dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN se-Kecamatan Klirong tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pada analisis data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 18 dalam menganalisis korelasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi antara gaya dan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 0,501 dan besar sumbangannya yaitu 25,1%. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gaya dan motivasi belajar matematika dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN se-Kecamatan Klirong.

Abstract

Every student has different learning motivation. It is influenced by school environment. The study aimed (1) to prove positive correlation between school environment and learning motivation of fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Butuh sub-district and (2) to determine the contribution of school environment on learning motivation to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Butuh sub-district. It was quantitative correlational study. The data collection technique was questionnaire. The sampling technique used probability cluster sampling or area sampling. The results showed that there was positive correlation between school environment and learning motivation of fifth grade students. It had strong correlation 0.556. The school environment contributed 28.58%. It concludes that there is positive relationship between school environment and learning motivation to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Butuh sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of parental attention on student mathematics learning outcomes and to determine the contribution of parental attention on mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-districts in academic year of 2019/2020. It was quantitative correlational method. The prerequisite analysis test used normality and linearity. Data analysis used simple correlation test and significance level. The result showed that there was positive and significant correlation between parental attention and mathematics learning outcomes. The correlation level was moderate (0.248). Parental attention contributed 8.1% on mathematics learning outcomes. It concludes that there is positive and significant correlation between parental attention and mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020.
