Abstract

This study is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to know the winning strategy of the Golkar Party in the 2020 Seram Bagian Timur Regency Election. The study results showed that the realization of the Party's programs offered to the community is more inclined to the people's economy, such as in infrastructure, education, and health. The placement of figures was very influential in winning the 2020 Pilkada. The political behavior of the community tends to choose Mukti and Idris because of the candidate's character, vision, and mission on the collective expectations of the community. In the Adat leadership, Pak Mukti supports and develops local wisdom and inaugurates Adat leaders in Seram Bagian Timur Regency. Pak Mukti's leadership always tends to represent the interests of Adat.

Abstract

Weak public service accountability, the Hilla State Government is slow, unresponsive and lacks openness to the public. So that the implementation of good governance can provide development in aspects of service to the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an in-depth interview approach. The research findings are (1). accountability, participation, law enforcement need to be a form of improvement for the development of Hilla State development. (2). Synergy, cooperation between the community, the government needs to build continuous institutional communication for future development.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the strategy of the Tourism Office in increasing tourist visits (Case study on World Peace Gong). This research was conducted at the Maluku Province Tourism Office. Data collection is obtained through primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the GPD historical tourist destination is one of the tourist attractions managed directly by the Maluku Province Tourism Office. In its management, there are obstacles, namely the lack of parking lots, some infrastructure that is starting to be damaged, the lack of quality of tourism human resources and the lack of promotion carried out by the Maluku Province Tourism Office. It is expected from this research that the Tourism Office can improve the quality of tourism human resources, can develop the capacity of tourism businesses and the creative economy, can develop tourism facilities and infrastructure as a support in developing tourism potential and can optimize technology in promoting GPD to be widely known by the public, thus increasing tourist visits.

Abstract

Strategies of the Department of Manpower in Mitigating Unemployment in Ambon City. This study is a descriptive qualitative research aimed at understanding the strategies of the Department of Manpower in mitigating unemployment. The research was conducted at the office of the Department of Manpower in Ambon City, Maluku Province. The data sources included both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the main challenges in evaluating and formulating policies to mitigate unemployment in Ambon City, particularly in the programs conducted by the Department of Manpower, are primarily due to data limitations. These limitations pose significant obstacles to effective evaluation and policymaking. The need for improved data infrastructure and collaboration with related institutions is proposed as a solution. This research provides crucial insights for stakeholders in efforts to mitigate unemployment in Ambon City.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed at examining the implementation process of the Maluku Innovation Creativity Program (Kreasiku). The program is designed to facilitate innovation development clinics for Regional Apparatus (PD), both at the provincial district and city levels, as well as as a reference for annual innovation. At the provincial level, the program focuses on developing policies that can be implemented more widely, while at the district and city levels. The results indicate that the program has received support from the Maluku Provincial Government in response to regulations concerning local government and innovation. However, the implementation of the program has faced several challenges, such as a lack of resources and resistance to change. Nonetheless, the program has produced several innovations that have positively impacted the quality of public services and the image of Maluku Province as an innovative region. Therefore, this study concludes that the (Kreasiku) has the potential to support the acceleration of bureaucratic reform and the enhancement of public service quality in Maluku Province.
