Abstract

UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem is one of the superior product MSMEs in Rembang Regency. The partners in this service are 2 MSMEs engaged in batik, namely Real Asto Batik and Safila Batik. The problems of both partners are the lack of product innovation and the lack of current marketing techniques. The purpose of this service is to increase partners' knowledge and skills regarding stamped batik techniques and digital marketing. In addition, the purpose of this service is to improve the management and productivity of partners in the lasem batik business. The methods in this service are socialisation, training and mentoring, technology application and evaluation. The results of the service showed that the skills and knowledge of the partners' stamping techniques and digital marketing increased with a percentage of 44% increasing very high, 54% stated high. In addition, the results of the programme evaluation also showed that the performance of the service team was very good. This programme became one of the programmes that had a positive impact on partners in particular, and in general, improving the economy and tourism of Rembang through textile and fashion products.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Empowerment Program was implemented to enhance production capacity, management efficiency, and marketing competitiveness of the traditional food home industry (IRT) producing dumbeg in Pohlandak Village, Pancur District, Rembang Regency. Dumbeg is a traditional local culinary product with high economic potential; however, the partner group still faces several challenges. The main problems include manual production processes that reduce efficiency, poorly organized business management, and conventional marketing systems that have not yet adopted digital technology. To address these challenges, the program applied a digital transformation approach through several implementation methods, including the development of appropriate technology in the form of a stainless-steel mixing machine to improve productivity and hygiene, entrepreneurship training based on creativepreneurship to strengthen business management capacity, and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms. The program also produced innovations such as a web-based Sales Information System (SIP) and an e-commerce platform called “Omah Dumbeg” as tools for online promotion and transactions. The results showed an increase in production capacity from 200 to 300 units per day, a rise in turnover by approximately 10%, and an improvement in digital literacy among group members by 80%. This program has proven effective in enhancing efficiency, self-reliance, and business sustainability based on local potential in Rembang Regency through the implementation of digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dalam proses seleksi karyawan baru di Universitas YPPI Rembang dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan secara objektif dengan membandingkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu Usia, Jenjang Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja, Kemampuan/Skill, Test Wawancara, dan Tes Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis. Matriks perbandingan berpasangan digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas setiap kriteria, dan hasil evaluasi dihitung menggunakan nilai λmax untuk mengukur konsistensi keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP menghasilkan keputusan seleksi yang lebih objektif dan transparan, dengan tingkat konsistensi matriks yang sangat baik (CR = 0.0016, lebih kecil dari batas toleransi 0.1). Penerapan SPK berbasis AHP di Universitas YPPI Rembang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses seleksi, mengurangi bias subjektif, serta memastikan bahwa kandidat yang dipilih memenuhi kriteria yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem seleksi berbasis data yang lebih terpercaya dan terstruktur.

Abstract

UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem merupakan salah satu usaha yang menjadi unggulan di Kota Lasem, Rembang Jawa Tengah. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Safila Batik dan Real Asto Batik yang sudah lebih dari 8 tahun berkecimpung di dunia Batik. Permasalahan utama yang dimiliki oleh mitra adalah belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur dan tersistem dengan baik. Mitra masih menggunakan catatan manual dibuku batik untuk pencatatan produk dan transaksi jual beli. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen keuangan berbasis digital. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini, mitra dapat mengelola keuangan nya dengan baik, terstruktur, dan akuntabel. Adapun metode yang digunakan meliputi; sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Pada serangkaian kegiatan tersebut, mitra selalu terlibat dan ikut berpartisipasi aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini; 1) mitra memahami konsep manajemen keungan berbasis digital; 2) mitra memiliki aplikasi berbasis android dengan nama Kas Digital UMKM; 3) mitra mampu menggunakan aplikasi kas tersebut untuk transaksi penjualan. Evaluasi program menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert dari lima komponen, yaitu tampilan visual, menu dan isi aplikasi, kemudahan, kebermanfaatan dan performance. Adapun hasilnya dengan prosentase 75 % menyatakan setuju. Ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Kas UMKM Digital yang diberikan oleh Tim Pengabdi kepada Mitra bermanfaat dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh mitra.

Abstract

Achieving superior service quality is the main concern of all service providers, so that service providers are urged to provide high quality customer-oriented services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of customer service at Dekranasda Rembang, using the Servqual and Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Servqual is used to see customer perceptions and expectations on the five dimensions of servqual including Physical Evidence (Tangibles), guarantee (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Emphaty). While AHP is used to weight each dimension and criteria. The results showed that there were 10 service criteria that had to be improved immediately by Dekranasda, so as to improve customer quality.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Potensi Desa di Desa Tasiksono Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang melalui pendirian BUMDes Adi Jaya Mandiri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDEs Adi Jaya Mandiri adalah: (1) Kurangnya motivasi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes serta kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi dan strategi inovasi/ bisnis selain usaha yang dijalankan masih terbilang rendah. (2) Manajemen usaha yang belum baik, sehingga diperlukan adanya pengelolaan usaha yang lebih baik. (3) Sistem manajemen dan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes yang berlum optimal, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan. Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan dengan mitra adalah: (1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan motivasi dalam menjalankan usaha (2) Membuka unit bisnis baru dalam pengembangan usaha BUMDes (3) Penerapan dan pengelolaan manajemen usaha yang baik (administrasi dan keuangan) (4) Pelatihan dan pendampingan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi publik (5) Pembuatan SOP, dokumen wewenang dan tanggung BUMDes.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has led to transformation in various fields, one of which is the health sector. Digitalization encourages public service institutions to adapt to new systems to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy of services in hospitals. This study is based on the manual employee performance evaluation process at Bhina ​​Bhakti Husada Hospital, which causes the assessment to take longer, is prone to errors, and has the potential to cause bias between units or assessors. This study aims to develop a Website-based Decision Support System using the TOPSIS Method. The study was conducted using data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature studies while implementing Rapid Application Development (RAD) for system development. The TOPSIS method is used to calculate preference values ​​based on ten assessment criteria. The results of the study show that the system is able to calculate employee ratings automatically, display a performance dashboard, and generate reports in PDF format. The system can improve the efficiency of assessment time, maintain objectivity through standardized criteria weights, while providing different access for admins, assessors, employees, and leaders. The results of the study are also in line with previous studies that state the TOPSIS Method is effective for performance assessment, this study also provides new contributions through the integration of the TOPSIS Method in a real-time website-based system. The system can be developed with several other features for the benefit of Hospital Management to make performance more flexible.
