Abstract

A democratic political configuration will direct legal products to be responsive. In theory, the configuration of party law is often related to a country's government system. Even though the 1945 Constitution clearly states that the Indonesian government has a presidential model, since the early era there has been a multi-party system and there is no desire to change it to a two-party system. When forming election regulations, you must be aware that it does not trigger multiple meanings so that they are easy to understand and you should focus on all stages of the electoral system to ensure the democracy of an election. Legislation is the task of political party representatives in parliament (DPR). Political ideology and political parties will have an impact on people's thinking about the world of politics and how to take political action, as a basis for movement, and will be echoed in society. Normative methods were used for this research, namely based on literature or scientific knowledge from books, journals and the results of previous thesis research. Library research and sociological aspects are used to answer questions, including relying on the opinions of relevant experts and further strengthening validation.

Abstract

Wastewater at the Cirebon City Port Hospital that is not treated properly can cause environmental damage. In this case, technological advances are very rapidly developing in the manufacture of sophisticated tools, namely tools that can work automatically and have high precision. Therefore, in this study, we will conduct a prototype for monitoring the Wastewater Management Installation (WWTP), so hereby the author develops his research by directly applying the Wastewater Management Installation (WWTP) at Cirebon Port Hospital. In this prototype we used an esp 8266 microcontroller to read commands, a turbidity sensor to measure water turbidity, a DS18B20 sensor to measure the temperature of the water, a pH sensor to measure the acidity level of the water and an MIT App to read the output that is read by the sensor input that has been read by the firebase in real-time. The calibration results showed that all sensors were able to read the values with fairly good accuracy. The pH sensor shows an average accuracy of about 97.8%. The turbidity sensor shows an average accuracy of about 97.1%. The temperature sensor DS18B20 shows an average accuracy of about 97.7%. In the test results of the samples from the 4 readings in tubs 1 to 3, an error was shown because the results of the turbidity sensor reading were above 30 because the 1 to 3 tubs had not been filtered.

Abstract

This study examines the instillation of Islamic educational values by the Indonesian Dedication House Community (KRDI) among street children in Makassar City. The main focus of this study is the form of instillation, the methods used, and the obstacles faced by the community in implementing non-formal education programs for street children. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive and phenomenological methods. Primary data were obtained from the General Chairperson of KRDI, mentors, volunteer teachers, and street children, while secondary data consisted of documents and reports related to KRDI activities. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with validity tests using data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that KRDI plays a strategic role in fostering street children through religious education, character education, and the development of interests and talents. Obstacles that arise include limited teaching staff, the diverse character backgrounds of street children, and lack of support from parents. The implications of this study highlight that Islamic value-based education models can serve as alternative solutions for non-formal education among marginalized urban groups.

Abstract

Ecosystem imbalance results in the disruption of the bekantans survival as one of the endemic animals in Kalimantan. Bakut Island has become one of the natural tourist parks that serves as a place to protect and preserve the bekantan’s survival. bekantans will be protected when their environmental potential is sufficient and capable of providing their food needs, a habitat for their dwelling, and avoiding wild hunting. The purpose of this research is to assess the potential vegetation density, vegetation health, chlorophyll content, and nitrogen content on Bakut Island as a supporter of the bekantan's ecosystem. The research method involves calculating vegetation density index, vegetation health, chlorophyll, and nitrogen using the NDVI, NDRE, CI Green, and NDNI formulas. The research results showed a vegetation density index of 0,4 (very high), vegetation health of 0,32 (very high), chlorophyll content of 1,23 (very high), and nitrogen content of 0,11 (very high). Bakut Island has very high potential as a supporter of the bekantan's ecosystem for sustainability and survival. This is because Bakut Island's ecosystem has an abundance of food, good vegetation health, and a supportive habitat for reproduction. Therefore, this research implies a guideline for maintaining vegetation and habitat consistency to preserve the survival of Bekantans as endemic animals in Kalimantan.
