Abstract

Analisis sumber dan penggunaan dana atau yang disebut dengan analisis aliran dana, merupakan alat finansial yang sangat penting bagi manajemen keuangan, disamping alat finansial lainnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana dana digunakan dan bagaimana dana tersebut dibelanjakan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Sumber dan Penggunaan Dana Pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Manado selama dua tahun terakhir (2013-2014). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja pada BPKBMD ini menggunakan modal kerja yang berasal dari pendapatan asli daerah yang terdiri dari hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang disahkan serta pendapatan asli daerah lainnya. Dana  BPKBMD ternyata masih belum mampu untuk membiayai belanja langsung dan belanja tidak langsung dilihat pada pembahasan diatas yaitu pada tahun 2013 BPKBMD kekurangan modal kerja dan begtu juga pada tahun 2014. Manajemen sebaiknya melakukan perencanaan dana sebaik mungkin sehingga tidak mengalami kekurangan dana dan menggunakan manajemen pembelanjaan dana secara tepat dalam membuat kebijakan dan mengambil keputusan dalam hal penentuan besarnya kebutuhan dana bagi organisasi sendiri. Kata kunci: sumber dan penggunaan dana, modal kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan atau kekayaan, terutama bagi para pemegang sahamnya, hal ini dapat terwujud dengan upaya peningkatan atau maksimalisasi nilai pasar atas harga saham perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, dalam penelitian ini hanya meneliti 3 variabel, yaitu Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Risiko Perusahaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Risiko terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan plastic and packaging yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2013 dengan jumlah 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan asosiatif dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis serta Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan seluruh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Risiko Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sebaiknya para investor lebih cermat dalam memilih perusahaan, untuk menginvestasikan modalnya dengan cara melihat Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Risiko Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan return saham yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, risiko, nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Financial Technology is an important factors in ease to use financial service. In using financial technology, people can save their time and effort to obtain the required use of financial products. As well as financial literacy, financial literacy helps to improve the quality of financial service and contribute to the economic growth and development of a country. Individual needs and financial product, people must have financial literacy to manage their personal finance well. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of financial technology use and financial literacy to FEB Unsrat student’ financial inclusion. This is a quantitative research and using Multiple Linear Regression as method to analyze the data. The sample size is 100 respondents of FEB students. This research showed that financial technology use and financial literacy simultaneously influence financial inclusion while partially, financial technology use does not have a significant influence to financial inclusion and financial literacy have a significant influence to financial inclusion. Keyword: financial technology use, financial literacy, financial inclusion

Abstract

Abstract: In a rapidly developing era, there are many fast-food restaurants developing in Indonesia, an increasingly modern human lifestyle has led to the growing needs of consumers today. In Manado itself is one of the big cities in Indonesia. As a big city that continues to develop, the rate of development and change globally is also accelerating. The food and beverage business is currently growing and in great demand by business people. After observing the culture, residents in Manado are happy to gather and chat while enjoying the dishes provided in several places. Such as fast food restaurants, beverage shops, café nuances of restaurants, or small tented cafes that are increasingly mushrooming everywhere. The purpose of this study is to find out whether The Effect Of Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at McDonald’s Manado. This research implies quantitative method, to achieve this goal the researchers distributed questionnaires and samples used 97 respondents. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty but customer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

In the current era of development, everything continues to develop, in every development it brings broad changes in accordance with technological advances and ultimately leads to changes in the lifestyle of everyone. The trend of lifestyle and the digital world that is growing rapidly, provides opportunities for business ventures in the beauty industry, one of which is the beauty studio which has been widely spread throughout Indonesia, especially Manado. The beauty industry uses social media as a place to support and promote through pictures, videos, or other information that customers can easily monitor. The increasing number of beauty services is driven by a lifestyle and human nature that is basically never satisfied and various other supporting factor. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of lifestyle and social media marketing affect customer loyalty at the Beauty Studio in Manado. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires and multiple linear regression as a tool to analyze the data that has been collected. The sample size of this study was 100 respondents, especially the millennial generation aged 20-35 years who are users of beauty studios who have done eyelash extensions or nail art in Manado. The results of this study found that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while lifestyle has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Lifestyle, Social media marketing, Customer loyalty

Abstract

Content marketing evolves to be a powerful marketing tactic in the digital, fast moving, information driven world. It is not a new strategy but more and more enterprises begin to engage in content marketing gradually. So what are the reasons of the rise of content marketing in today’s society? According to Rowley (2008) content marketing can be defined as a management process where a firm identify, analyze and satisfy customer demand to gain profit with the use of digital content distributed through electronic channels. There is a close relationship between marketing research and consumer behavior. They collect information about customers and potential customers in order to enhance the value of the market exchange for the customers. Customers today are smart and intelligent. They know they have the rights to choose what information to receive, in what kind of format that information is in and whether to believe the content (Hipwell & Reeves, 2013). This paper discusses about the use of content marketing in businesses and how it brings benefits to the companies. Abstract

Abstract: This research is an empirical study that aims to analyze whether there are differences in abnormal return and trading volume activity with the occurrence of global financial crisis (China’s black Monday) from various industry sector companies incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses event study methods and statistical analysis tools paired sample t-test. August 24, 2015 was chosen as the date of the event (event date) and the observation window for 29 days consisted of 14 days before the event date and 14 days after the event date. The sample in this study consisted of 40 companies of various industrial sectors which are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that China’s Black Monday made a difference to the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the event.Keywords : Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity

Abstract

Cosmetics becomes a primary need for most women, cosmetics comprise a range of products that are used to care for and enhance the appearance of the face and body. Women not only using cosmetics to attract the attention of people but because for women beauty is an asset. This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyse the impact of product attributes and digital marketing influencing female purchase decision of cosmetics in Manado. This study uses Quantitative Methods and analyses the research data using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The sample of this research is female who often buys and uses cosmetics in Manado. The data in this study consisted of primary data that is use questionnaires that were distributed to female consumers that purchasing cosmetics in Manado. The results of this study proved that Product Attributes and Digital Marketing have a significant and positive influence on female Purchase Decisions of cosmetics in Manado partially and simultaneously.Keyword: product attributes, digital marketing, purchase decision

Abstract

Pasar modal merupakan suatu pasar keuangan untuk melakukan kegiatan investasi jangka panjang suatu perusahaan yang dapat diperjualbelikan dalam bentuk modal sendiri atau hutang yang berupa sekuritas atau lembar-lembar saham atau obligasi.  Dalam pembangunan perekonomian suatu negara dibutuhkan biaya atau dana yang tidak sedikit. Dana tersebut dapat diperoleh dari pinjaman maupun modal sendiri, yang dalam penggunaannya dana dapat dialokasikan sebagai suatu investasi, di mana investasi di sini dapat diartikan sebagai penanaman modal untuk satu atau lebih aktiva yang dimiliki dan biasanya berjangka waktu lama dengan harapan mendapatkan keuntungan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Laba Bersih dan Tingkat Risiko Harga Saham terhadap Dividen baik secara simultan ataupun parsial. Metode Analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara simultan Laba Bersih dan Tingkat Risiko Harga Saham berpengaruh terhadap Dividen, tetapi secara parsial Tingkat Risiko Harga Saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividen.Kata Kunci: laba bersih, tingkat risiko harga saham, dividen

Abstract

Di zaman modern ini banyak perusahaan yang muncul dan telah terjadi banyak perubahan dan kemajuan di berbagai bidang bisnis. Persaingan itulah yang membuat perusahaan mulai go public, ini berarti perusahaan mulai menawarkan atau menjual saham kepada masyarakat melalui pasar modal. Peran pasar modal saat ini telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi penggerak dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inflasi, likuiditas, dan nilai tukar rupiah pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 19 sampel perusahaan  dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapat (1) Inflasi, Likuiditas, dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, (2) Inflasi tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan tehadap Harga Saham, (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, (4) Nilai Tukar Rupiah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Bagi investor sebaiknya mencari informasi terlebih dahulu sebelum berinvestasi dan bagi manajemen agar berhati hati dalam menentukan keputusan-keputusan penting dalam perusahaan sesuai kondisi ekonomi. Kata Kunci: inflasi, likuiditas, nilai tukar rupiah, harga saham
