Abstract

Dampak pandemic covid-19 mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan dan kelompok masyarakat seperti yang terjadi di Kabupaten Gresik. UMKM menjadi salah satu aktor ekonomi yang merasakan dampaknya seperti yang dialami dua UMKM Hijab œFahmi Collection dan œIzza Collection. Keduanya mengalami penurunan omzet dan bahkan ancaman berhenti beroperasi. Padahal, keduanya menjadi sumber penghasilan pengrajin hijab yang menopang kebutuhan rumah tangga mereka. Keterbatasan sumber daya negara membuat pemerintah mengambil prioritas penanganannya pada dua hal pokok, yaitu kesehatan dan ekonomi. Kebijakan semacam ini juga dilakukan di banyak negara. Oleh sebab itu, Universitas Negeri Surabaya sebagai perguruan tinggi dan bagian dari pemerintah ikut serta meningkatkan kapabilitas UMKM untuk menyesuaian produk mereka sesuai kondisi pasar di era pandemic covid-19 melalui pembelajaran UMKM hijab secara daring (dalam jaringan). Hal ini karena produk hijab masker mereka selama ini belum sesuai standar keamanan pencegahan covid-19. Metode PKM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) yang digunakan berupa pendidikan yang terdiri dari seminar online dan pendampingan produksi online melalui Whats App Group (WAG). Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilik maupun pengrajin UMKM hijab mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat hijab masker atau hijab Antisipasi Covid-19. Selain itu, dari keterampilan yang ada, mereka mampu menghasilkan hijab Antisipasi Covid-19 yang mendukung kebutuhan Unesa dalam penanganan covid-19.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pembekalan tentang manajemen diri, untuk mengelola dirinya melalui fungsi manajemen, yaitu merancang, mengorganisir, memerintah, mengkoordinasi, dan mengendalikan serta mengevaluasi diri sendiri. Metode PKM ini adalah pelatihan profesionalisme guru dalam memanajemen diri. Pelatihan ini diikuti 70 orang guru dari Yayasan Al Qusaeni. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme. Dari sisi sarana dan prasarana: pengadaan konsumsi, panitia, ketersediaan perlengkapan (LCD, Papan tulis, seminar kit, dll) dan gedung baik. Pemateri dinilai sangat baik dan guru sangat tertarik dan selain itu guru juga tertarik pada mater yang dibahas karena merka merasa sangat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan karier mereka. Guru mengharapkan ada keberlanjutan kegiatan peningkatan profesionalisme guru untuk pengembangan karier merekan. Saran mereka: durasi waktunya ditambah, materi diperjelas, materi lebih luwes, fasilitas/sarana dan prasana ditingkatkan. Kegiatan ini menurut guru dapat meningkatkan karier mereka di masa yang akan datang. Sarana dan prasarana kegiatan dari sisi pengadaan konsumsi, panitia, ketersediaan perlengkapan (LCD, Papan tulis, seminar kit, dll) dan gedung baik. Pemateri juga dinilai sangat baik dan guru sangat tertarik dan selain itu guru juga tertarik pada mater yang dibahas karena merka merasa sangat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan karier mereka. Berdasarkan data di atas menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme dari modul yang dikerjakan. Saran secara umum, guru mengharapkan ada keberlanjutan kegiatan peningkatan profesionalisme guru untuk pengembangan karier mereka.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism through Professional Development. In order to fulfill the establishment of professional mental formation of course begins with the name of self-building, to create self-confidence teachers should be given briefing about self-management, to manage himself through the management function,that is to create, organize, coordinate, and control and build themselves. This PKM method is training of teacher professionalism in self management. The training was attended by 70 teachers from the Al Qusaeni Foundation. PKM results seacra general PKM activities can improve professionalism. Abstract

Kedungdowo Village has a village-owned business entity with the name BUMDes Tumbuh Lestari. Those who have business units include the Savings and Loans Unit and are currently developing, the second is the village market, and the third is a heavy equipment rental unit. The challenges during the Covid pandemic have hampered the performance of BUMD. Therefore, it is important to empower through training and mentoring to prepare BUMD to grow sustainably in order to survive during the pandemic with financial management and branding. Based on the results of the training and mentoring, it can be concluded that the material presented is easy to understand and easy to implement, as well as the outputs for preparing improved financial reports and food product branding grids that will be produced by BUMDs

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, financial self-efficacy, income, lifestyle, and emotional intelligence on financial management behaviour. The subject for this research population was Teenagers at Ponorogo Regency. There is 2020 respondent as the sample of this research using non-probability purposive sampling. There are 220 respondents as the research sample obtained through non-probability and purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. This research result indicates that financial literacy, financial technology, financial self-efficacy, income, lifestyle, and emotional intelligence significantly affect financial management behaviour. Teenagers are expected to be aware of the need for financial literacy and increase financial literacy that focuses on investment and insurance so that in the future, they will be able to manage their finances better. They also need to encourage self-confidence, especially in their financial management abilities, so that youth are wiser and more responsible in managing their finances. Indirectly, the psychological condition of a teenager can affect the increase in emotional intelligence and lifestyle of adolescents in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSME Foods that become partners of this activity have produced the product well, but the packaging used is still simple to less attract consumer interest. Besides, there are regulations from the Ministry of Health that food products from SMEs circulating on the market must have a PIRT number. Based on the results of the survey, SMEs food in the village of Raci Tengah does not know how the PIRT registration flow or its requirements. But some of the requirements in selling a product such as packaging must have a label that contains important information, but according to the team's monitoring at the time of survey, the label that the SMEs made food still does not contain all of the information. The training and mentoring method was chosen to provide insight and knowledge of SME owners so that they immediately have PIRT and packaging in accordance with the times. Overall the effectiveness of this activity was able to mobilize 82.6% of partners to carry out the results of the training. This result was quite satisfying from the team's target of only 70%. The results of the mentoring of this activity can be input for the village head of Raci Tengah to always provide training and assistance to improve the competitiveness of food / beverage SMEs in the village. Keywords: SMEs Food, Packaging, PIRT ABSTRAKUKM makanan yang menjadi mitra kegiatan ini sebenarnya telah memproduksi produk dengan baik, namun kemasan yang digunakan masih sederhana sehingga kurang menarik minat konsumen. Selain itu terdapat peraturan dari Kementerian Kesehatan bahwa produk makanan dari UKM yang beredar di pasaran harus memiliki  nomor PIRT. Berdasarkan hasil survei, UKM makanan  di Desa Raci Tengah belum tahu bagaimana alur pendaftaran PIRT maupun persyaratannya. Namun beberapa persyaratan dalam menjual sebuah produk diantaranya kemasan harus memiliki label yang memuat informasi penting, namun menurut pantauan tim pada saat survei, label yang dibuat UKM makanan masih belum memuat semua informasi tersebut. Metode pelatihan dipilih untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan pemilik UKM agar segera memiliki PIRT dan kemasan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Secara keseluruhan keefektifan kegiatan ini adalah mampu menggerakkan 82,6% mitra untuk menjalankan hasil pelatihan. Hasil tersebut cukup memuaskan dari target tim yang hanya 70%. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi masukkan bagi para kepala desa Raci tengah untuk senantiasa memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan serta pendampingan guna meningkatkan daya saing dari UKM makanan/minuman yang ada di desa tersebut. Kata Kunci: UKM Makanan, Kemasan, PIRT

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe limited ability of teachers to manage instructional media using technology apparently also happened to teachers in Magetan District. Based on surveys and interviews with the Head of education, youth and sport department Magetan District, the problem of the low use of technology in learning was also experienced by teachers in Magetan District. Especially for high school teachers in Magetan Regency. One of the things that can be use by the world of education, especially teachers in implementing the learning process, is by using google classroom application as a media for online classroom learning. This application is still rarely even unknown to most teachers in Indonesia. The overall output shows the majority of teachers as participants have opened online classes (60.87%) and the remaining 39.13% only made a few meetings but did not run. The obstacle is the low motivation and consistency of the teachers in running online classes. The implementation of community service activities has been going well and smoothly. The results of the implementation of these activities all stages of the implementation of activities run as planned. Keywords: google classroom, teacher, online class ABSTRAKTerbatasnya kemampuan guru dalam mengatur media pembelajaran dengan teknologi ternyata terjadi juga pada guru-guru di kabupaten Magetan. Berdasarkan survey dan wawancara dengan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magetan masalah rendahnya penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran juga dialami pada guru-guru di Kabupaten Magetan. Terutama pada guru-guru SMA di Kabupaten Magetan. Salah satu hal yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh dunia pendidikan terutama guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan aplikasi google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran kelas online. Aplikasi ini masih jarang bahkan belum diketahui oleh sebagian besar guru di Indonesia. Luaran keseluruhan menunjukkan mayoritas guru sebagai peserta telah membuka kelas online (60,87%) dan sisanya 39,13% hanya membuat beberapa pertemuan namun tidak berjalan. Adapun hambatan adalah masih rendahnya motivasi dan konsistensi para guru dalam menjalankan kelas online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut semua tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Kata Kunci : google classroom, guru, kelas online

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, CEO duality, profitability, liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and firm size on financial distress in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 – 2021 period. The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. This research's population are companies in the agricultural sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2021. The sample retrieval technique used saturated samples and obtained 16 companies as samples in this research. The data were analyzed using logistic regression and calculated with IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that a CEO duality significantly and positively affected financial distress. Profitability proxied by return on asset particularly and negatively impacted financial distress. While institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity (current ratio), leverage (debt to asset ratio), sales growth, and firm size do not significantly affect financial distress. Therefore, companies in the agricultural sector cannot implement a CEO duality system with a kinship system because it can put the company a probability of financial distress. Agricultural sector companies must also give more attention and increase the value of return on assets to avoid financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of entrepreneurship training is to increase intention, motivation, and entrepreneurship skills to the orphanage children. An Orphanage girl is selection as training objects because they need to have the skills to train their own souls. Entrepreneurship training is aim to training financial independence early on. Entrepreneurship training and making beads brooch located at Al-Chusnaini Sidoarjo  Orphanage, which followed by 34 participants consisting of young women and administrators of orphanages. The method of implementation is used two steps. The first step is entrepreneurship learning and the second step is the workshop of making beads brooch. This training goes as expected. The results of the questionnaire indicate that generally, the training is able to understand by the participants. Most of the participants thought that training were able to increase their skills, and there was an increase in entrepreneurship intention. Abstract

The STEAM Learning Training at Labschool UNPATTI aims to enhance teachers' capacity to design and implement an interdisciplinary learning approach that integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. This training combines theoretical material with practical experience, where participants are trained in data processing, scientific article writing, and publication strategies, as well as gaining hands-on skills in designing STEAM projects that meet students' needs for relevant, interactive, and project-based learning. These projects are designed to develop critical 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The methods used in this training include lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, assignments, and independent exercises. The result of this training is an increase in teachers' understanding and skills by 91%. Additionally, teachers found the STEAM learning training helpful in supporting the growth and development of students.
