Abstract

Human resources become one of the critical determinants in global developments, which are full of competition. Organizations need to pay attention to the quality of their employees, both in terms of the quality of knowledge and skills, career, and level of welfare, to increase employee performance and motivation to give all their abilities in achieving organizational goals with perceived organizational support. The support provided by the organization will have an impact on adaptive performance. Job crafting and work engagement are essential to achieve adaptive performance. This study uses quantitative research. The number of research samples, 81 employees, was determined based on proportionate stratified random sampling for data collection using a survey by distributing questionnaires online. The study's results prove that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on adaptive performance, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job crafting, and perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work engagement. Job crafting does not affect adaptive performance. Work engagement has a significant positive effect on adaptive performance. Job crafting does not mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on adaptive performance. Job crafting mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on adaptive performance partially. The management must support the employee by motivating and giving them authority to solve their job in the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of procedural justice on work engagement through organizational trust and commitment as intervening variables. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 90 employees in PT X. The data in this study were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0.9 software. The results showed that procedural justice has a positive effect on organizational trust and organizational commitment, procedural justice does not affect work engagement, organizational trust does not affect organizational commitment and work engagement, organizational commitment has a positive effect on work engagement, organizational trust does not mediate the relationship between procedural justice and work engagement, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between procedural justice and work engagement, organizational trust and organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between procedural justice and work engagement. Companies must pay more attention to employee work engagement by increasing procedural justice and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of role overload on organizational citizenship behavior through emotional exhaustion and moderated by supervisor autonomy support for employees of PT X Mojokerto. This research is a causality study using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 112 employees of the Circular Loom division of PT X. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software.The results of the study explain that role overload has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, role overload has a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion has a positive but not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, emotional exhaustion mediates the influence of role overload on organizational citizenship behavior, supervisor autonomy support does not moderate the relationship between role overload and organizational citizenship behavior through emotional exhaustion.The implication of this research that can be applied to PT X Mojokerto is optimizing the form of appreciation or reward for employees who are willing to implement organizational citizenship behavior even when employees experience workload demands and emotional exhaustion for the progress of the company's business.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of career success on career crafting with the learning value of the job as a moderating variable. The approach used in this study was quantitative. A survey was conducted among a sample of 77 employees. The data in this study were analyzed using the structural equation model partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results show that objective career success has no effect on career crafting, subjective career success has a significant positive impact on career crafting, the moderating role of the learning value of the job weakens objective career success on career crafting, and the part of the learning value of the job does not moderate subjective career success towards career crafting. The implications based on the research results show that it is essential for companies to pay more attention and act to the sustainability of the perceived career success, both objective and subjective, and also learn the value of their employee's jobs to foster their proactivity career behaviours.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of EL on MSME performance with the innovation process and innovation performance as intervening variables. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach study involving 52 MSME owners who were assisted by the Lamongan Regency Cooperative Office. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a total of 42 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is SEM PLS with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The result of the analysis obtained from this study indicates that EL has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. EL has a negative and non-significant effect on the innovation process. EL has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance. The innovation process has a positive and non-significant effect on MSME performance. Innovation performance has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The innovation process in this study has not been able to mediate the effect of EL and MSME performance.   Innovation performance in this study has been able to mediate the effect of EL and MSME performance.  The research implies that Lamongan Regency Cooperative Service should focus on improving the innovation process aspect to better support the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance through job satisfaction of employees in the production department of PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a saturated sampling technique. The population is 189 production employees. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on employee work engagement through affective organizational commitment in PT. XXX. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total of 44 employees. The data in this study were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 software. The result showed that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on employee work engagement, inclusive leadership does not effect affective organizational commitment, affective organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee work engagement, affective organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee work engagement. This research implies the need for PT. XXX to increase its focus on employee work engagement through strengthening inclusive leadership and affective organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational communication on teamwork effectiveness at PT X.  The study employed a quantitative approach with total of 91 employees respondents and utilized saruration technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. Result showed that emotional intelligence predicted teamwork effectiveness, organizational communication predicted teamwork effectiveness, emotional intelligence and organizational communication jointly predicted teamwork effectiveness. The implication of this study for PT X is that companies need to improve teamwork effectiveness by creating a comfortable working atmosphere and enhancing both the emotional intelligence of employees and organizational communication

Abstract

Abstrak Bullying atau perundungan di sekolah adalah masalah yang signifikan di seluruh dunia, mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan spiritual individu. Indonesia tidak lepas dari kasus perundungan, termasuk kasus yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Demikian pula kasus bullying di labschool, mulai dari kasus ringan sampai dengan sedang. Secara spesifik, belum terdapat kasus bullying yang mengkhawatirkan melainkan sekadar bullying antar teman yang tidak mengakibatkan dampak serius. ituasi perkembangan siswa yang mengalami kerapuhan mental dan motivasi, baik disebabkan kondisi rumah maupun lingkungan sekolah menambah panjang daftar permasalahan di sekolah. Salah satu elemen yang penting dalam mengurangi risiko demotivasi dan kerentanan mental adalah guru, baik guru BK maupun guru mata pelajaran. Hypnoteaching sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kapasitas individu dimulai dengan memahami lebih jelas mengenai hipnosis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan hipnoteaching kepada 25 guru yang terdiri dari guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dan guru mata pelajaran Labschool UNESA sebagai bentuk penguatan kerentanan mental peserta didik melalui metode experiential learning. Dengan beberapa praktik di setiap siklusnya dan soal pre dan post tes, terdapat evaluasi yang berlangsung selama satu bulan pengamatan melalui daring antara guru dengan penyelenggara PKM serta pakar hynoteaching. Guru mendapatkan manfaat dari pelatihan ini untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan kondisi mental siswa yang sehat. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; hypnoteaching; kerentanan mental siswa. Abstract Bullying in schools is a significant problem worldwide, affecting the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of individuals. Indonesia is not free from bullying cases, including cases that occur in the school environment. Specifically, there have been no cases of bullying that are merely bullying between friends that do not cause serious impacts. The development situation of students who experience mental and motivational fragility, either due to home conditions or the school environment, adds to the long list of problems in schools. One important element in reducing the risk of demotivation and mental vulnerability is teachers. Hypnoteaching as part of increasing individual capacity begins with a clearer understanding of hypnosis. This Community Service activity aims to provide hypnoteaching training to 25 teachers consisting of guidance and counseling teachers and Labschool UNESA subject teachers as a form of strengthening students' mental vulnerability through the experiential learning method. With several practices in each cycle and pre- and post-test questions, there is an evaluation that lasts for one month of observation through challenges between teachers and community service organizers and hynoteaching experts. Teachers benefit from this training to create enjoyable learning with healthy student mental conditions.Keywords: keywords: community service; training; hypnoteaching, students' mental vulnerability.
