Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of organisational justice on employee innovative work behaviour with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that organisational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour. In addition, organisational justice also has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour. Knowledge sharing can mediate the effect of organisational justice on employee innovative work behaviour. These findings highlight the importance of organisational justice in fostering a culture of innovation, suggesting that fair treatment within the workplace can enhance employees' willingness to engage in knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour. Additionally, organisations should prioritize strategies that encourage knowledge sharing, as it serves as a crucial mediating factor in strengthening the link between organisational justice and employee innovation.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM sangat rentan terkena kesehatan mental dikarenakan aktivitas bisnis yang sangat kompetitif antar sesama kompetitor maupun dalam upaya membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan. Pelatihan Penguatan Psychological Wellbeing bagi Anggota UMKM difokuskan pada perempuan pelaku usaha di komunitas Sekoper, Desa Dooroo. Program ini menangani tantangan psikologis yang memengaruhi produktivitas dan ketahanan usaha. Melalui intervensi terarah, peserta memperoleh kesadaran, strategi pengelolaan stres, dan motivasi untuk mempertahankan serta mengembangkan usaha mereka. Kegiatan pelatihan psychological well-being bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai pelaku UMKM di Desa Dooro Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu partisipatif, melalui pendekatan yang difokuskan pada peningkatan peran masyarakat secara aktif dalam proses pelatihan yang diberikan. Teknik pelatihan dilakukan secara bervariasi melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi yang di  awali  dengan  pembagian  Pre-testdan di akhiri pembagian Post-test. Hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang psychological well-being, dengan 80% memahami konsep dasar seperti self-acceptance dan personal growth. Sekitar 75% melaporkan penurunan stres melalui teknik relaksasi, sementara dukungan sosial antar peserta juga menguat. Peserta menjadi lebih optimis dan mampu melihat tantangan bisnis sebagai peluang belajar. Melalui ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, pelatihan ini mendorong pelaku UMKM Desa Dooro menjadi lebih tangguh dan produktif. Selain itu, pelatihan ini membuat pelaku UMKM semakin peduli terhadap kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan dengan melatih pikiran dan jiwa agar terus bersikap dan bereaksi positif terhadap berbagai situasi yang terjadi.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on psychological well-being through job satisfaction and employee engagement on employees. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total of 44 employees. The data in this study were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 software. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on psychological well-being, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a positive effect on psychological well-being, employee engagement mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological well-being, transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not have a positive effect on psychological well-being, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological well-being, employee engagement does not have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and employee engagement do not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological well-being. This research implies the need for company to increase focus on psychological well-being by strengthening transformational leadership and employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the core values of ASN BerAKHLAK and work motivation on employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Surabaya City. This research employs a quantitative approach with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sample consists of 100 employees working at the agency, selected randomly. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the variables of ASN BerAKHLAK core values, work motivation, and employee performance. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS to test the hypotheses and examine the impact of these variables on employee performance. The results indicate that both the ASN BerAKHLAK core values and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, the ASN BerAKHLAK core values play a crucial role in shaping a positive work culture, while work motivation enhances individual productivity and performance quality. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of policies related to employee performance management in government institutions, particularly in optimizing the implementation of ethical values and work motivation.

Abstract

Purpose ― Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris dampak merger dan akuisisi terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia, dengan menilai perbedaan profitabilitas, likuiditas, efisiensi aktivitas, dan struktur modal sebelum dan sesudah aksi korporasi. Methods ― Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menganalisis 34 peristiwa M&A yang melibatkan 29 perusahaan publik Indonesia selama 2019–2023. Lima rasio keuangan, yaitu ROA dan NPM sebagai rasio profitabilitas, CR sebagai rasio likuiditas, TATO sebagai rasio efisiensi aktivitas, dan DER sebagai rasio struktur modal. Keseluruhan rasio diobservasi satu tahun sebelum dan sesudah aksi korporasi; perbedaan rata-ratanya diuji menggunakan paired-sample t-test untuk data berdistribusi normal dan Wilcoxon signed-rank test untuk data non-normal. Findings ― Merger dan akuisisi yang dilakukan perusahaan publik di Indonesia selama periode 2019–2023 tidak menghasilkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap empat dari lima indikator kinerja keuangan utama, yaitu return on assets (ROA), net profit margin (NPM), current ratio (CR), dan total asset turnover (TATO). Hanya debt to equity ratio (DER) yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan yang mana DER sesudah M&A adalah berbeda lebih besar dari sebelumnya, yang mencerminkan perubahan struktur pendanaan pasca-M&A. Implication ― Peningkatan signifikan DER pasca-merger dan akuisisi mengindikasikan perlunya manajemen untuk menyeimbangkan strategi pendanaan berbasis utang dengan kapasitas arus kas dan mitigasi risiko keuangan, agar struktur modal tetap sehat dan keberlanjutan keuangan perusahaan terjaga. Originality ― Memfokuskan analisis empiris pada dampak merger dan akuisisi terhadap lima rasio keuangan utama perusahaan publik Indonesia selama periode 2019–2023.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze he influence of transformational leadership style on job performance through trust at PT Varia Usaha Beton. This research uses a quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample, in which the entire population is used as the sample with 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Transformational leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on trust in leader. Furthermore, trust in leader has a positive and significant effect on job performance. The path analysis further reveals that trust in leader functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership style and job performance.

Abstract

Competition among universities drives efforts to improve institutional quality and reputation, both of which depend on the delivery of high-quality academic services. The learning process is a core activity in higher education and represents one of the main academic services. As the primary providers of these services, lecturers play a crucial role in the teaching and learning process. These institutional demands can create competitive pressure that shapes a competitive psychological climate in the workplace. This climate can influence lecturers' career success, either positively or negatively. This study aims to analyze the effect of competitive psychological climate on career success through work engagement as a mediating variable among lecturers at Universitas. A quantitative approach was employed, using descriptive analysis through categorization and inferential analysis through Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), supported by SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that competitive psychological climate has a significant positive effect on both career success and work engagement. Additionally, work engagement has a substantial and positive impact on career success, and it has been proven to mediate the relationship between competitive psychological climate and career success. These findings highlight the importance of lecturer engagement in managing competitive environments to foster positive career outcomes at Universitas.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan salah satu sarana untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik melalui BUMDes Lontar Sewu yang sedang meningkatkan pembangunan desa wisata sejak tahun 2020. Permasalahan yang masih menjadi perhatian pihak pengelola adalah SDM yang masih perlu terus ditingkatkan kemampuannya terutama dalam hal kualitas pelayanan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari pada tanggal 6-7 Oktober 2021 kepada 25 karyawan bagian frontline yang berhubungan langsung dengan para pelanggan. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan yang terdiri dari: pre test, post test dan evaluasi tingkat keberhasilan dalam kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan PKM ini telah memberikan kemanfaatan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu terkait dengan upaya perbaikan dalam pelayanan jasa di Wisata Lontar Sewu. Hal ini diindikasikan dari peningkatan yang signifikan skor nilai post test dibandingkan pre test, serta semua peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan kegiatan PKM secara keseluruhan. Abstract

MSMEs are an important aspect of economic development in Indonesia. However, in its journey, MSMEs still have many limitations so that real action is needed to overcome problems in the field of increasing managerial capabilities and production efficiency. The purpose of this article is to increase managerial capabilities and production efficiency of Soybean MSMEs in Sumberrejo, Pasuruan Regency. The method used is the approach method in the form of assistance in providing MSME training in the village and designing soybean skin peeler production tools. The result of this community service is that partners are able to compile simple financial reports and procedures for online sales using social media and marketplaces so that there is an increase in the managerial capabilities of MSMEs. In addition, the soybean skin peeler production tool is able to increase the effectiveness of MSME production from soybeans.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the individual’s emotional intelligence impact on their organisational commitment, with a specific focus on examining the mediating role played by self-efficacy at PT. X. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a saturation sample type, where all population members are used as samples, with 42 respondents from PT. X employees. The statistical analysis used is partial least square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study explain that organisational commitment is not influenced by emotional intelligence; emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organisational commitment, and emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organisational commitment mediated by self-efficacy. This study implies that enhancing self-efficacy can optimise employee emotional intelligence’s effect on their commitment to the organisation.
