Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merumuskan secara konseptual rancangan prosedur pembelajaran mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan experiental dan collaborative learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur menggunakan berbagai sumber seperti artikel, jurnal, dan dokumen lain yang relevan. Penelitian ini menganalis secara konseptual berdasarkan literatur terkait. Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui pendekatan experiental dan collaborative learning dapat dilakukan di kelas agar siswa mendapatkan pengalaman nyata, mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta belajar untuk bekerja secara tim dan mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi dan sosial. langkah pembelajaran mapel PKK dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan experiental dan collaboration learning adalah: 1) Penyampaian tugas, 2) Pengalaman konkret/concrete experience (CE), 3) Waktu diskusi, 4) Observasi reflektif/reflective observation (RO), 5) Konsepsi abstrak/ abstract conceptualization (AC), 6) Percobaan aktif/active experimentation (AE ),dan 7) Tanya jawab

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the guided discovery learning model assisted by google classroom on student self reliance in economics learning at SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta academic year 2022. The research method is a quantitative quasi-experiment. The research subjects were 69 students of class XI IPS 1 and class XI IPS 2 SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. The research sample was collected through a purposive sampling technique covering the criteria for the number of students in the same class, the conditions and abilities of the students were the same, and the class teachers were the same. Data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research data were analyzed using the independent sample t test with the result that the application of the guided discovery learning model assisted by google classroom had a positive and significant effect on student self reliance on economic learning.

Abstract

Economic learning had a complex subject matter and high relevance in daily life. The output of economic learning was that students had good critical thinking skills as demanded by 21st century skills. However, during this time economic learning seem too bored because the learning only based on the theory without connected to contextual activities. This research used literature study method with the purpose to reviewed the collaboration model of PBL and STAD theoretically in improving student’s critical thinking skills in economic learning. The implementation of collaboration model of PBL and STAD could be done in six steps there are class presentation, team formation and work in group, identified the problem that provided by teacher then students find information from any resources in solving problem, organizing quiz, scoring and team recognition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the family environment and entrepreneurship education partially affect the interest in entrepreneurship and the role of the study program in strengthening the influence on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS students. This research is a quantitative method research. The population in this study is active students of FKIP UNS batch 2018-2020. The sampling technique in this study was proportionate random sampling with a sample of 400 respondents. Through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) hypothesis test, the results showed (1) family environment (2) entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Then, (3) the role of the study program was found not to be a moderator variable so that it did not have a moderating effect so that this variable could not strengthen the influence of the family environment on entrepreneurial interest. In addition, (4) the role of the study program was found to have the nature of weakening the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Warming of the earth's temperature and climate disruption requires humans to be aware of the environment through changes in their consumption behaviour. This study will examine attitudes and price sensitivity to purchasing decisions for labelled bottled mineral water. The study population was Economics Education students at public universities in Central Java, totalling 679, while the sample size was 252 respondents. The sample collection technique used a questionnaire which was then tested using SPSS 25. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used for validity testing and Cronbach'sAlpha for reliability testing. Descriptive data statistics and prerequisite analysis tests were carried out before testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that attitude variables (0.000) and price sensitivity (0.000) positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions for labelled bottled mineral water. The magnitude of the influence of attitude variables and price sensitivity in simulations is 58 per cent. This research is crucial because, currently, green products are very popular with the public. For this reason, it is necessary to have a study to discuss the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan diri, kreativitas dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial di Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen tingkat kepercayaan diri, kreativitas dan motivasi, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah minat berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.209 usaha yang didirikan oleh generasi milenial yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Pangkep dan sampel terpilih sebanyak 43 sampel. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan angket (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel tingkat kepercayaan diri, kreativitas dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial di Kabupaten Pangkep. Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan adalah kreativitas

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the problems that hit almost all countries in the world. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and entrepreneurial intention. The study used descriptive quantitative method and involved approximately 157 university students who enrolled in entrepreneur course. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with questionnaire as a data collection technique. This study used path analysis as data analysis technique. Findings indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial mindset. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial intention. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial mindset.

Abstract

In the 2022–2023 academic year, the government provides options related to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. In the 2022–2023 academic year, more than 140 thousand schools have chosen the options Mandiri Berubah, meaning that schools are implementing an independent curriculum using tools provided by the government. Schools that choose the the options Mandiri Berubah, independently conduct training, or study independently about the Kurikulum Merdeka. SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta is a school that chooses the the options Mandiri Berubah. The problem that is the partner's priority is how to design, implement, and evaluate the implementation of the Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). The solution to overcome this is training on the implementation of P5. This method has a participatory approach. The training activities were attended by 44 teachers. The implementation phase includes six hours of face-to-face training, followed by independent assignments and assistance in preparing project modules. Participants' understanding of the material can be seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, which showed an increase from an average of 67 to 80. Based on feedback from participants, it was shown that participants rated this training program as very good in terms of clarity of activity objectives, relevance of activities to the needs of participants, the systematic presentation of the material, the added value of the material presented, and the achievement of activity objectives. As seen from the adequacy of time allocation in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Ada Tidaknya Pengaruh Antara Praktik Kerja Industri Dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Bdp Kota Surakarta Baik Secara Parsial Dan Secara Simultan. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Kuantitatif Dengan Jumlah Populasi Sebanyak 384 Siswa Smk Program Keahlian Bdp Dengan Jumlah Sampel Sebanyak 205 Siswa. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel Dilakukan Dengan Teknik Proportionate Random Sampling. Pengumpulan Data Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Angket Dan Analisis Data Menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan: Pertama, Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Dari Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Bdp Kota Surakarta Yang Dibuktikan Dengan Nilai T Hitung > T Tabel Yaitu 17,028 > 1,971. Kedua, Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Bdp Kota Surakarta Yang Dibuktikan Dengan Nilai T Hitung > T Tabel Yaitu 7,144 > 1,971. Ketiga, Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Praktik Kerja Industri Dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Secara Simultan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Bdp Kota Surakarta Yang Dibuktikan Dengan Nilai F Hitung > F Tabel Yaitu 191,190 > 3,04 Dan Nilai R2 Sebesar 65,4% Dengan Sumbangan Efektif Antara Praktik Kerja Industri (X1) 53,54% Dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X2) 11,86%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate: 1) The influence of task perceptions about the teaching profession on the motivation to become a teacher; 2) The influence of confidence in teaching ability on the motivation to become a teacher; 3) The influence of utility value on motivation to become a teacher; 4)The influence of fallback career on motivation to become a teacher; and 5) The combined influence of task perceptions about the teaching profession, confidence in teaching ability, utility value, and fallback career on motivation to become a teacher. Data analysis involves descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and an F-test. The results of this research indicate that: 1) Task perceptions about teaching professions have a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, supported by a t-value of 2.757 > t-table value of 1.97769; 2) Confidence in teaching ability has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, with a t-value of 10.839 > t-table value of 1.97769; 3) Utility value has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, evidenced by a t-value of 13.946 > t-table value of 1.97769; 4) Fallback career has a negative and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, indicated by a t-value of -16.871 < t-table value of 1.97769; and 5) FIT Choice Theory have a significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher.
