The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM), Salatiga City, implements e-Kinerja to analyze job requirements, job workloads and units or work units, as a basis for calculating work performance and awarding awards. BKPSDM has never measured the success of using e-Kinerja. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of e-Kinerja in BKPSDM, Salatiga City using the DeLone-McLean model. E-Kinerja users in BKPSDM, Salatiga City are a sample of this research. The total sample was 66 respondents. The questionnaires were measured using Likert Scale and testing was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation method. Research obtained empirical evidence that successful implementation of e-Kinerja plays a role in improving performance in BKPSDM. The research findings are also robust in additional testing. The average weight of the measurement item, which is 4.04 and the success rate of e-Kinerja implementation is 80.8 percent. E-kinerja successful in improving job performance in BKPSDM, Salatiga City.

The purpose of this research is to design an inventory information system at the Work Training Hall, Salatiga City. This research focuses on designing the system of starting the process of filing and approval of budgets, transactions of goods in and out, and recording and reporting of goods. The development of information systems in this research uses prototype methods with bootstrap framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is the design of the inventory information system to be implemented at the Work Training Hall, Salatiga City. The results showed that the design of the inventory information system produced by this research can produce accurate and timely inventory reports and free from errors. The results of the research are expected to be a solution to the problem of managing goods related to the accuracy and timely presentation of inventory reports there.

Abstract–Gedong Hamlet is one of the hamlets in the Tajuk village area, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This hamlet is located on the slopes of Mount Merbabu at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level. Road access to this village is quite difficult and can only be passed by one four-wheeled vehicle. This hamlet has tourism potential of amazing natural beauty and abundant produce through vegetables. However, the difficulty of access to this hamlet makes the potential of the hamlet less well known by the public. This study aims to promote the potential of Gedong hamlet so that it is known and the wider community can get to know Gedong hamlet. So with the recognition of this hamlet, it is hoped that many visitors will come to enjoy the natural potential of Gedong hamlet and the potential of agricultural products, so that it can further improve the economy of the people of Gedong hamlet. The solution used to overcome this problem is to build a website that contains a profile of Gedong hamlet, natural potentials, and market tourism packages in Gedong hamlet. Website development using CMS Wordpress which is an open source application and is supported by many plugins, and this CMS has been widely used by other large websites. Analisis Manajemen Risiko pada Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD) Menggunakan IEC/ISO 31010:2019 Sine, Melani Mardolna; Maria, Evi

The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of information technology in the application of the Regional Development Information System (SIPD) on the development planning menu at the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding (DKISP) of Rote Ndao Regency using the IEC/ISO 31010:2019 standard. Risk management in this study includes the stages of communication and consultation, setting context, risk assessment, including the process of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. The results of the study found that there were 17 possible risks in the SIPD application on the regional development planning menu. Of the 17 possible risks, there are three high-level risks, namely financial transaction failure, data leakage, misuse of accounts in the database system. Two risks at a moderate level are unreliable data and information and inadequate application documentation, as well as 12 risks with a low level, namely abuse of access rights, proposal submission being cancelled, database system error, proposal verification failure, users not understanding the function of the SIPD application menu, error in inputting prices in shopping accounts, data input for double development planning activities, failure to input income data, expenditure data not in accordance with programs, activities and sub-programs, system failure to archive deleted data, error in inputting validation ceilings, and sources of funds not having valid information. complete in accordance with SIPD features.
