Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a performance dashboard application to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The main issue is the inaccurate measurement of customer satisfaction, making it difficult for management to make the right decisions in designing business strategies. The system development methodology is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which allows for quick and efficient application development. This system enables the company to effectively monitor and analyze performance data that can aid in better decision-making. With the information provided by this system, the company can adjust its business strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and achieve its business goals. The research findings show that this dashboard system can provide more accurate insights into customer satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn helps the company improve service performance, address weak areas, and plan more measurable strategic steps to effectively achieve business goals

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada pengamatan tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi LIBAS (Layanan Informasi Berbasis Android Semarang) yang dikembangkan oleh Polrestabes Semarang sebagai sarana layanan publik digital. Evaluasi dalam studi ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) melalui integrasi variabel tambahan yaitu Situational Factors (SF), Attitude Toward Using (ATT), dan Perceived Value (PV). Model ini mengkaji pengaruh PEOU, PU, dan SF terhadap BI, baik secara langsung maupun melalui ATT dan PV sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa PEOU dan PU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ATT, sedangkan ATT berpengaruh positif terhadap BI. Selain itu, SF berpengaruh terhadap PV, yang kemudian memengaruhi BI. Temuan ini mendukung pengembangan TAM yang diperluas dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis dalam pengembangan layanan digital publik berbasis aplikasi.

Abstract

The failure of a business carried out by novice entrepreneurs occurs because they set up a business without thinking. This happens because the preparation is not yet mature, so that it develops its business on the fly and many adjustments must be made during the course of the business because from the start the business model is not right. This happened to MSME players and cooperatives under the guidance of the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Demak Regency. The canvas business model is an alternative design using a business model, it will be easier to get business certainty, it is easy to see the current state of the business and how to advance it. This business model can also be used as a basis for creating a business plan. Guidance is carried out as a form of understanding the introduction of a strategy to read business conditions and potential, governance and growth up zone of internal and external potential for good and structured management of MSMEs and cooperatives for business actors. The result of this training activity is that cooperative managers and SME entrepreneurs have the knowledge, insight and are able to make a business model that fits the business plan.

Abstract

Tambangan Village is one of the urban villages in Semarang City that is active in managing PKK so that it has received several awards in managing the PKK program at both the city and provincial levels. The administrative process in Tambangan Village still uses manual methods both in data recording and recapitulation. This causes several problems that often become obstacles in the PKK administrative process in Tambangan Village, namely there is often scattered data, writing errors, recapitulation of the amount of data that is less accurate and the reporting process is complicated, causing the administrative process to take a long time and information that is incomplete. produced less accurate and inappropriate in the field. This study aims to create a PKK information system in Tambangan Village that can be used to manage data and information for dawis groups, PKK members, PKK activities, the presence of PKK members and Posyandu activities. The results of the questionnaire test from the use of the PKK information system that was built were measured using a Likert scale and the results were 92% with a very satisfied category.

Abstract

Sistem penjualan yang saat ini terjadi di NOPNOPPART memiliki beberapa kendala jika penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual diantaranya karyawan NOPNOPPART lebih banyak dan terus menerus berada di tempat untuk menangani penjualan, jika karyawan tidak ditempat atau diluar jam kerja maka pelanggan yang ingin melakukan pembelian akan menunda penjualan. Masalah lain yang sering terjadi adalah informasi ketersediaan produk tidak terdistribusi dengan cepat kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor di NOPNOPPART yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan suku cadang sepeda motor tanpa batasan waktu dan tempat serta memudahkan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi suku cadang sepeda motor di NOPNOPPART dengan cepat dan mudah. . Keuntungan memiliki sistem informasi penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor di NOPNOPPART antara lain memudahkan promosi produk, membuat saluran distribusi baru, memberikan penghematan yang signifikan dalam hal biaya pengiriman informasi yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan cepat dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan NOPNOPART.

Abstract

Semarang City is the Capital of Central Java Province, Indonesia which has a lot of potential in terms of culture, tourism, and geographical location. In terms of culture, Semarang has traditional dances such as Gambang Semarang and batik art. The colet batik motif is a technique for making batik that emerged along with the use of chemical dyes for batik. In order to introduce this technique further, mentoring was carried out for youth in the Jangli village cadet youth group by introducing the dab technique as an alternative in making batik motifs with natural dyes. The aim is to develop creativity and potential in order to be able to produce batik commodities that are unique in terms of batik motifs. The goal to be achieved is to cultivate the use of natural dyes in decorating and blocking fabric colors. This service activity was declared successful according to plan, which can be seen based on the involvement of participants and their enthusiasm while participating in the activity and can produce ethnic motifs with the dab technique to the dyeing process with natural dyes

Abstract

Bahan pewarna alami umumnya berasal dari tumbuh-tumbuhan, seperti kayu, kulit kayu, akar, kulit akar, biji, kulit biji, daun, maupun bunga. Proses pewarnaan dengan menggunakan zat warna alam memang lebih rumit jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan zat pewarna sintetis dan warna-warna yang dihasilkan memang cenderung menjadi lembut serta bersifat unik dan eksklusif dikarenakan karakteristik dari tumbuhan dan faktor lingkungan lah yang mempengaruhinya. Lingkungan di Wilayah Kelurahan Sembungharjo terkenal dengan tanaman pohon kelapa. Dimana hampir di setiap halaman depan atau belakang rumah penduduk memiliki tanaman pohon kelapa. Penduduk setempat menjual buah kelapa dan membuang sabut kelapanya, sehingga semakin banyak limbah sabut kelapa. Dengan semakin banyaknya limbah sabut kelapa, maka limbah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna alam untuk pembuatan batik. Proses pewarnaan kain batik umumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan pewarna kimia. Dengan menggunakan pewarna alam ini, proses pembuatan batik tentunya menjadi lebih ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

 This study aims to assess the effectiveness and compliance level of information security controls in the Accurate 5 system using the COBIT 5 framework. The evaluation focuses on data protection mechanisms such as access management, encryption, and activity monitoring, which are aligned with the COBIT 5 domains (APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA). Data were collected through a 13-item questionnaire, interviews, and system documentation analysis. The results indicate that the effectiveness of security controls achieved an average score of 4.18, while compliance with COBIT 5 reached an average score of 4.08. This study contributes by providing a practical compliance audit model for IT-based organizations to enhance data integrity and strengthen information security governance.

Abstract

Social Network Analysis (SNA) is a crucial quantitative methodology for mapping relationships and identifying connectivity structures within a group. This research specifically explores the use of the NetworkX library in Python as an effective tool for analyzing social networks. The primary objective of this study is to apply the Degree Centrality method to measure the level of connectivity and identify the most popular actors in a social network. The methodology employed is the quantitative analysis of an undirected graph modeled from the us_edgelist.csv dataset, which contains a list of relationships among political figures in an edge list format. Data processing utilized pandas, and the graph object was constructed using NetworkX. Degree Centrality was calculated for each node, with the results being normalized to provide a relative value. This normalization allows for a direct comparison of how active each actor is within the network. The centrality results were then visualized, with node sizes adjusted based on their Degree Centrality score. The results of the analysis indicate that figures like Bush and Obama possess the highest Degree Centrality score, 0.25, suggesting they have the greatest number of direct connections in this network. This high value confirms their role as the most active or central actors in the exchange and interaction within the political network studied. This finding validates the effectiveness of Degree Centrality as an indicator of high involvement. The study concludes that the implementation of Social Network Analysis using NetworkX provides a robust framework for understanding political relationship structures. Therefore, Degree Centrality is a reliable metric for quantifying actor activity and accurately identifying individuals who form the center of connections within the network.

Abstract

Presensi kegiatan merupakan bagian penting dalam administrasi pemerintahan sebagai dokumentasi kehadiran pegawai pada berbagai aktivitas resmi. Di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah, proses presensi kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, antara lain risiko kehilangan data, potensi kecurangan, serta keterlambatan dalam proses rekapitulasi dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi aplikasi presensi kegiatan berbasis web menggunakan Flutter sebagai kerangka kerja antarmuka pengguna dan Laravel sebagai kerangka kerja backend. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan penerapan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat proses pencatatan kehadiran, serta menghasilkan data presensi yang akurat dan terintegrasi secara real-time. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung digitalisasi layanan internal pemerintahan. Kata Kunci: Presensi Kegiatan, Flutter, Laravel, Sistem Informasi, Pemerintahan
