Abstract

The development of digital technology and cultural globalization have brought fundamental changes to the mindset, behavior, and value systems of young Muslims, particularly Generation Z. These changes have given rise to various contemporary issues in the areas of faith and morality, including weak digital ethics, the strengthening of a culture of hedonism, and moral degradation. This article aims to analyze in-depth contemporary issues of faith and morality related to digital ethics, hedonism, and the morality of Generation Z, and to formulate Islamic educational solutions relevant to the current context. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach through analysis of classic and contemporary books, scientific journals, and relevant documents in the fields of faith and morality and Islamic education. The results indicate that weak internalization of faith and moral values is a major factor in the emergence of moral deviations in the digital era. Therefore, strengthening monotheism, cultivating noble morals, Islamic digital ethics education, and synergy between families, schools, and communities are strategic solutions in shaping the character of Generation Z to be faithful, moral, and wise in utilizing technology.The abstracts submitted to As-Sulthan Journal Of Education should be clear, concise, and descriptive, using English and Indonesian, which consists of 150-200 words. The abstract contains the scope of the study, objectives, methods, research results, and conclusions. This section is separate from articles, using single space, Book Antiqua 10,  single space.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Low Back Pain merupakan keluhan umum pada lansia yang dapat menurunkan mobilitas, kualitas tidur, dan kenyamanan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas massage punggung dalam menurunkan nyeri punggung pada lansia di Puskesmas Padang Alai. Subjek penelitian adalah Ny. R, lansia berusia 50 tahun, dengan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah yang menjalar hingga lutut dan disertai rasa kebas pada kaki. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan case study dengan siklus asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil observasi sebelum intervensi pada hari pertama menunjukkan intensitas nyeri skala 5 (0–10), kesulitan mobilitas, ketegangan otot sedang, dan reaksi emosional gelisah/protektif. Selama pelaksanaan massage, pasien menunjukkan respons relaksasi, penurunan ketegangan otot, pernapasan lebih tenang, dan mengantuk. Evaluasi post-massage pada hari pertama dan kedua menunjukkan nyeri berkurang signifikan menjadi skala 2, mobilitas membaik, ketegangan otot menurun, dan pasien terlihat tenang serta mampu mempraktikkan teknik nonfarmakologis untuk mengurangi nyeri. Pada hari ketiga, intervensi dihentikan karena pasien telah mencapai kriteria hasil yang ditetapkan, yaitu nyeri minimal, mobilitas stabil, dan pasien dapat menerapkan teknik pengurangan nyeri secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, massage punggung efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri punggung, meningkatkan mobilitas, menurunkan ketegangan otot, dan dapat dihentikan setelah pasien mencapai hasil yang optimal. Intervensi ini direkomendasikan sebagai metode non-farmakologis rutin untuk lansia di Puskesmas Padang Alai.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Penguatan Instrumen Tes Kebugaran Jasmani dan TOT Instruktur Senam Aerobik bagi Guru Olahraga SD dan SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Aceh Besar” dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam menerapkan instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani dan menjadi instruktur senam aerobik bersertifikat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, sebagian besar guru olahraga di Kabupaten Aceh Besar belum menguasai secara optimal instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani serta belum memiliki keterampilan dalam memimpin kegiatan senam aerobik di sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan berbasis workshop dan praktik lapangan yang meliputi sosialisasi instrumen kebugaran jasmani, pelatihan pengisian dan interpretasi hasil tes, pelatihan senam aerobik dengan pendekatan Training of Trainers, serta ujian sertifikasi instruktur. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara intensif selama enam hari dengan melibatkan narasumber profesional dan dukungan dari Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Besar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru PJOK, dengan capaian pemahaman instrumen kebugaran jasmani sebesar 81% dan kemampuan melaksanakan serta menginstruksikan senam aerobik sebesar 83%. Kegiatan ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan berjalan sesuai rencana.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Reaction time is a determining factor in sports, especially in martial arts. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the reaction time of UKM Karate athletes at Syiah Kuala University. Materials and methods. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which means this technique is used to achieve certain goals. The samples in this study were athletes from UKM karate at Syiah Kuala University. The data collection technique was carried out by using the whole body reaction test to measure the reaction time of the athlete's arms and legs. Results. results of the research in the form of a whole body reaction test, the results using the formula for the average value and the total percentage can be concluded: (1) The arm reaction time test with the total average value for male athletes is 0.169 seconds and female athletes are 0.173, and the highest percentage is in the very good category, amounting to 87% for male and female athletes, 75% in the very good category and (2) the limb reaction time test has an average value of 0.269 seconds for male athletes and female athletes of 0.361 seconds, with the highest percentage value amounted to 100% in the good category for male athletes and for female athletes it was in the sufficient category with a percentage of 50%. Conclusions. the analysis show that most athletes have been able to maintain and increase reaction time well, to be able to improve and maintain it, regular and continuous training is needed

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Universitas Syiah Kuala students who attended the Futsal TP course numbered one hundred and fifty people. And researchers determine the sample between forty five to fifty people. Materials and methods. The steps are adapted from the book "Educational Research" by Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps Results. The following: first, a total of sixty-eight point fifty-six percent of participants stated that futsal games were not fun; second, seventy-three point fifty-four percent stated that the training skill model was less varied; third, ninety-three point seventy-seven percent of participants agreed that they needed new and pleasant variations, fourth, sixty-three point sixty-nine percent of futsal sports skills using and the five players. Conclusions. trainers who need to develop models for futsal sports skills are one hundred percent.
