Abstract

Aplikasi LinkAja banyak digunakan karena memudahkan bertransaksi. Namun banyak pengguna mengalami kendala seperti, tidak dapat melakukan pembayaran QRIS, transaksi gagal namun saldo sudah terpotong, dan kesulitan mengupgrade ke LinkAja full service. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi LinkAja dengan mengintegrasikan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Berdasarkan perhitungan Lemeshow, responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi LinkAja. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 hipotesis diterima, yaitu persepsi kemanfaatan, isi, akurasi, bentuk, dan sikap terhadap penggunaan. Sementara 3 hipotesis ditolak, yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh positif. Ditunjukkan oleh korelasi kuat antara tiap variabel, dengan nilai R-Square kepuasan pengguna sebesar 84,6%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi LinkAja menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik sehingga pengguna merasa puas ketika menggunakannya.

Abstract

Apotek merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan kefarmasian yang bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan obat-obatan. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan apotek yakni memastikan obat-obatan tidak melewati masa kadaluwarsa. Obat yang melewati masa kadaluwarsa akan mengurangi stabilitas obat yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan bahkan dapat menimbulkan efek racun  pada tubuh. Apotek rahman, sebagai penyediaan layanan kefarmasian menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan pemantauan stok obat secara real time akibat belum adanya penyediaan sistem digital yang terintegrasi. Peningkatan penjualan apotek rahman menuntut pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih baik lagi untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok dan mencegah kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa. Metode First Expired First Out (FEFO)  menjadi solusi untuk memperioritaskan penggunaan obat yang mendekati masa kadaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengendalian obat kadaluwarsa menggunakan metode FEFO di Apotek Rahman. Sistem ini dirancang dengan V-Model sebagai metodologi pengembangan, serta menggunakan teknologi barcode scanning untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjalankan semua fungsionalitas dengan persentase keberhasilan pengujian blackbox sebesar 100% dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna (UAT) sebesar 80,53%. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok obat, mengurangi risiko kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa, dan mendukung layanan farmasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is a palm oil company currently implementing the Accurate data processing system to manage data at its factory. This system is utilized for weighing incoming palm fruit, processing palm fruit within the factory, and generating various reports. However, during the implementation process, the system has encountered several threats that have had an impact on the company. These threats include connection errors, human errors, and server downtime. To address these issues, a threat risk analysis is necessary to minimize the likelihood of similar problems occurring in the future. In this study, the OCTAVE-S method is employed as it offers solutions for managing other threats. The risk analysis results indicate that there are six security practices that pose a high risk to the company's system security. These practices are IT Security Monitoring and Audit, Authorization and Authentication, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Security Planning and Architecture, and Incident Management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company conducts a review of its security practices to prevent the emergence of new risks that may affect its business processes.

Abstract

The development of information technology is unavoidable. All aspects of human life require information technology. The use of information technology makes work easier to carry out. However, information technology also poses risks that can threaten the activities of an agency. The Pekanbaru College of Technology (STT) has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) to improve academic administration services, such as managing KRS, KHS, value input, schedules, and payments. Through interviews, it was identified possible risks that could disrupt business processes in the agency. The purpose of this study was to obtain an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value to provide recommendations for risk treatment in the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The method used is ISO 31000 to measure the level of risk. The research stages include risk identification, risk analysis, calculation of RPN values, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. This research produces a level of risk from the highest to the lowest that can be used as a reference in the evaluation, treatment, and recommendations to overcome these risks.

Abstract

ShopeeFood was launched in April 2020. However, since its initial release, traffic to ShopeeFood services did not immediately perform well, as the platform had to compete with major players like GoFood and GrabFood, which are already well-known among the public. Numerous negative customer reviews about ShopeeFood indicate that customer satisfaction with the company's performance remains low. To measure the level of customer satisfaction, this study employed the E-Service Quality (E-Servqual) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of the study show that, on average, the seven dimensions of E-Servqual measured exhibit a gap, with the average gap being negative. The highest gap was found in the "Responsiveness" dimension (-0.32), while the lowest gap was in the "Efficiency" dimension (-0.01). These findings indicate a discrepancy between customer expectations and satisfaction, suggesting that ShopeeFood's services are perceived as less satisfactory by its users. Data analysis revealed that the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix for ShopeeFood's service quality highlights several attributes as top priorities for improvement. These attributes, identified through the Cartesian diagram of the Importance-Performance Analysis, fall under Quadrant I, specifically R11, RE16, and C19.

Abstract

The significant increase in social media usage has contributed to the rise in cyberbullying incidents, particularly in the context of multilingual language use. This study aims to conduct sentiment analysis to detect potential cyberbullying content on the X application using a bilingual approach (Indonesian and English) and leveraging the Naive Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. Tweets are collected and processed through a pre-processing stage to extract relevant features for sentiment analysis. Both algorithms are then applied to classify tweets into positive, negative, or neutral categories and identify indications of cyberbullying. The results of the trials indicate that the NB algorithm outperformed SVM, achieving an accuracy rate of 87%. Furthermore, in identifying cyberbullying patterns in bilingual text, NB reached the highest accuracy rate for the Indonesian language at 87%. These findings suggest that this study can serve as a reference for developing more accurate and responsive cyberbullying detection systems on bilingual social media platforms.

Abstract

Mobile X is a digital innovation in banking transactions, combining mobile banking, internet banking, and e-money functions into a single platform. However, Mobile X faces several usage challenges that lead to user dissatisfaction. Therefore, an analysis of user satisfaction is essential to improve customer loyalty. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methods are evaluation tools used to measure user satisfaction with an application system. This study employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, determined using the Lameshow equation. The research model was analyzed through demographic analysis and model analysis using PLS-SEM, resulting in both internal and external models. The findings revealed that three hypotheses were accepted: the content variable (p-value = 0.495), the perceived usefulness variable (p-value = 0.007), and the timeliness variable (p-value = 0.001). Meanwhile, three hypotheses were rejected: the accuracy variable (p-value = 0.734), the content variable (p-value = 0.495), and the format variable (p-value = 0.184). Additionally, three user satisfaction factors were found to be significant for the accepted variables, indicating that meeting user expectations, perceived usefulness, information quality, and timeliness positively contribute to user satisfaction. This demonstrates that these factors effectively address user needs and enhance overall satisfaction with the Mobile X application.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota, yang terletak di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau, telah melakukan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru secara manual sejak berdirinya pada tahun 1987. Menghadapi ketidakefisienan dengan registrasi manual dan input data menggunakan Microsoft Excel, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, analisis sistem, dan desain. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), dan Unified Modeling Language (UML), penulis mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan dan mengkomputerisasi proses pendaftaran, memberikan kemudahan bagi calon peserta didik dan staf. Hasil penelitian ini dapat mempermudah registrasi peserta didik baru tanpa kunjungan langsung ke kantor administrasi, meningkatkan efisiensi secara keseluruhan, dan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

Website portal berita Lancangkuning.com dalam penerapannya masih terdapat permasalahan, seperti iklan yang besar yang mengganggu tampilan, navigasi yang kurang responsif, serta informasi yang jarang diperbarui. Sehingga penelitian ini berfokus pada dua hal utama yaitu pengukuran kualitas website Lancangkuning.com dan menganalisis apakah kualitas website memiliki pengaruh kepada kepuasan pengguna. Untuk mengukur kualitas website maka digunakan WebQual 4.0 yang selanjutnya hasilnya akan dipetakan pada kuadran Importance-Performance Analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel independen yaitu dimensi pada WebQual seperti usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Selain variabel independen, terdapat variabel dependen yaitu customer satisfaction. Hasil pengukuran dari 100 responden penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 2 atribut pernyataan berada pada kuadran I IPA dan 5 atribut pernyataan berada pada kuadran III IPA. Hasil uji t-statistic dan p-value menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi pada WebQual mempengaruhi secara bersamaan. Dari hasil analisis pengaruh tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbaikan untuk kuadran I IPA dan kuadran III IPA harus berdasarkan prioritasi yaitu nilai kesenjangan dan dimensinya secara urut yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality.

Abstract

iRiau is a digital platform that makes it easier for people to access the Soeman HS library. User satisfaction assessments are made to access the extent of iRiau application being relevant and effective. The study use the EUCS and TAM methods to identify factors affecting user satisfaction. The study sample involved 125 analyzed respondents using SPSS. According the research, five of the seven hypotheses tested were accepted. Variable Perceived Usefulness, Content, Accuracy, Format, and Timeliness significantly impact user satisfaction. However, variables of Perceived of Use and Ease of Use are insignificant. Variables with the most significant influences are Perceived Usefulness and Timelliness. The linar regression model produces an R-Square of 0.959, showing that such independent variables explain 95.9% of user satisfaction.
