Abstract

Abstract A video criticizing the damaged road conditions in Lampung has gone viral after being uploaded on social media. This infrastructure case has become a trending topic on the Twitter platform since April 2023. Not only in Lampung, people in other areas have also expressed their disappointment through various citizen protests. This problem prompted President Jokowi to directly review the condition of the damaged roads in Lampung and decide quickly to resolve the problem. The damaged road became a hot topic of conversation on Twitter. This research was conducted to analyze the sentiments of Twitter users towards opinions related to damaged roads and to analyze the social networks that are formed to find out the actors who play a role in spreading information. Research using descriptive and quantitative methods The process of crawling data on Twitter uses Netlytic.org and then analyzing the system level, as well as text analysis, through the keyword extractor and manual categories at Netlytic.org. The results of the study show that the main actors in the #jalanrusak communication network on Twitter are mainstream media accounts. This shows the position of the mainstream media as channeling aspirations and protecting people's rights, as well as its function as a tool of government control. Although some mainstream media also use it to spread political issues. Considering that 2023 is a political year ahead of the 2024 elections, This moment is considered strategic to attack the government and the ruling party. On the other hand, the president's quick response is seen as part of his self-image, which also has an impact on the image of the presidential candidate in his party. The sentiments of Twitter users in the discussion of #jalanrusak are more negative.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kaesang Pangarep putra kedua presiden joko widodo akhirnya terjun ke panggung politik sebagai calon walikota depok. Video pernyataan tersebut diunggahnya sendiri dari channel pribadi Kaesang Pangarep. Hal tersebut memberikan berbagai respon dari warganet diberbagai media sosial, salah satunya Twitter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui siapa saja aktor yang terlibat dalam pembentukan jaringan komunikasi terkait informasi Kaesang Pangarep yang mencalonkan diri sebagai depok1, juga mengetahui persepsi pengguna twitter berupa cuitan respon terkait kabar yang beredar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mix Method, yaitu menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil statistik menunjukan perhitungan jaringan komunikasi denngan sampel 10000 tweet, aktor (nodes) yang berperan sebanyak 5404, dan jaringan (edges) sebanyak 6456 ditambang dengan laman netlytic.org dan gephi software. Metode kualitatif digunakan demi memperoleh gambaran jaringan sosial dan struktur jaringan dengan analisis teks untuk mendapatkan pola pesan yang terdapat di dalam jaringan komunikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat sentralisasi aktor, dan sentimen dalam opini digital.

Abstract

Radio tetap relevan dalam era digital sebagai media penyiaran yang mampu membangun hubungan erat dengan pendengarnya. Radio Pesona FM Wonosobo, sebagai stasiun radio lokal, memainkan peran penting dalam menyediakan informasi dan hiburan bagi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kapabilitas data pendengar di Radio Pesona FM Wonosobo untuk merumuskan kebijakan operasional yang lebih efektif. Menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa data pendengar yang mencakup demografi, preferensi program, dan pola mendengar sangat berharga dalam menyesuaikan konten dan jadwal program. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan data pendengar membantu meningkatkan kualitas penyiaran dan relevansi konten, serta menyesuaikan strategi penyiaran untuk tetap kompetitif di era digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis data dalam pengelolaan media penyiaran untuk menghadapi tantangan dan mempertahankan relevansi dalam persaingan media yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

Plant factory is a model of intensive indoor cultivation with microclimate conditioning and lighting. This research aims to develop a fuzzy-based control and monitoring system for TDS, pH, and EC parameters in hydroponic integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Bio-environmental Management and Control Engineering, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The research results showed that the monitoring and control system using the Fuzzy control algorithm with EC and pH fuzzification and the Fuzzy control algorithm with error and error difference fuzzification were successfully implemented. The data obtained indicated that the Fuzzy control algorithm with error and error difference fuzzification performed better in terms of accuracy and energy efficiency. The Fuzzy control algorithm with error and delta error difference fuzzification was more accurate because a single set pint value used as a reference resulted in better control, and this algorithm also consumed less energy than the Fuzzy control algorithm with EC and pH fuzzification, with a difference of 30 minutes in EC control and 5 minutes in pH control. Keywords: AB Mix Nutrient, Arduino, ESP8266, Fuzzy Logic Controller, Plant Factory.

Abstract

Population growth and the reduction of agricultural land necessitate the application of technology to enhance agricultural productivity. A plant factory is an advanced agricultural technology that enables indoor plant production by precisely regulating the microclimate for optimal growth. While fuzzy logic algorithms have been applied for microclimate control, the use of an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) has not been explored. This research aims to develop a microclimate monitoring and control system based on ANFIS and fuzzy logic in a plant factory and compare their performance. The study involves five stages: designing control system schemes, developing hardware and software, testing, analyzing data, and comparing system performance. Microclimate data from both systems were analyzed using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) metric and visualized through performance graphs. The results indicate that the plant factory with ANFIS control achieved MAE temperature values of 1.18°C and 1.48°C and MAE humidity values of 14.68% and 12.48%, while the fuzzy logic control system yielded MAE temperature values of 1.68°C and 1.60°C and MAE humidity values of 13.02% and 12.31%. Based on the MAE values, the ANFIS control system demonstrated better temperature regulation than fuzzy logic; however, neither system provided optimal microclimate control. These findings highlight the potential of ANFIS for improving temperature regulation in plant factories, suggesting the need for further refinement and optimization of control strategies to enhance overall system performance The research consists of five stages, namely designing ANFIS and fuzzy logic control system schemes, designing hardware, designing software, testing and analyzing data, and comparing the performance of the two control systems. Microclimate data from both control systems were then analyzed to see their performance by looking at the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) value. Analysis is also done by looking at the graph of running results. The results showed that the plant factory with ANFIS control system showed MAE temperature values of 1.18oC and 1.48oC and MAE humidity of 14.68% and 12.48% while the plant factory with fuzzy logic control system showed MAE temperature values of 1.68oC and 1.60oC and MAE humidity of 13.02% and 12.31%. The plant factory with ANFIS control system provides better performance in temperature regulation based on the MAE value obtained but has not provided good performance, either using ANFIS control system or using fuzzy logic control system.

Abstract

Kehalalan menjadi trend dunia sehingga kehalalan menjadi standar mutu suatu produk terutama makanan dan minuman untuk konsumen muslim dan nonmuslim. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kata kunci dan polaritas opini pengguna twitter terhadap kehalalan produk secara global. Data twitter digali dan dipersiapkan dengan text mining pada Rstudio yang selanjutnya dianalisis polaritas dengan naïve bayes classifier. Preprosesing data yang dilakukan meliputi penghapusan duplikasi tweet, tokenisasi, penghapusan stopword dan pencarian akar kata. Pemetaan kata kunci dilakukan dari hasil bar plot yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci ini memberikan gambaran apa saja yang diperhatikan oleh pengguna twitter yang berkaitan dengan kehalalan suatu produk terutama produk pangan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci utama dari opini di twitter terkait kehalalan produk adalah produk, makanan, minuman, garansi, dan lingkungan. Selain itu polaritas opini menunjukkan bahwa trend kehalalan produk ini diapresiasi positif oleh mayoritas pengguna Twitter yakni sebsar 70%, 16% bersifat netral, dan lainnya negatif. Hal ini memberikan peluang usaha dalam bidang pangan halal di pasar global dan harapannya dapat memotivasi pengusaha untuk mensertifikasi halal produknya.

Abstract

Produktivitas ayam broiler bergantung pada kestabilan mikroklimat kandang yang presisi. Ketidakterkendalian mikroklimat sering memicu stres panas dan menurunkan efisiensi pakan, terutama di wilayah tropis. Kegiatan ini melakukan pengembangan inovasi sistem smart farming berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) pada kandang closed house ayam broiler. Sistem mengintegrasikan sensor suhu, kelembapan, cahaya, kebisingan, kecepatan udara, serta gas (O₂, CO₂, NH₃) dengan dashboard berbasis cloud dan pendekatan logika kendali Hysteresis–Finite State Machine (FSM). Metode deskriptif-eksploratif diterapkan selama 33 hari pemeliharaan untuk menilai kinerja sistem dan respon pengguna. Hasil menunjukkan suhu rata-rata 28,6°C, kelembapan 86,5%, kebisingan 60,4 dB, cahaya 15,4 lux, oksigen 20,4%, CO₂ 1.236 ppm, dan ammonia 0,041 ppm, semuanya dalam rentang optimal. Sistem bekerja stabil dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peternak dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Hasil ini terbukti efisien, adaptif terhadap iklim tropis, dan aplikatif bagi peternak menuju Smart Precision Livestock Farming (SPLF) berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had become a hot topic of conversation in society. The incident highlighted the fact that Amber Heard, who is a woman, had committed an act of violence against Johnny Depp, who is a man. Male victims are often underestimated by society because of gender stereotypes that men are stronger than women. Moreover, the media still perpetuates this stigma with publishing articles that tend to diminish male victims. This study aims to analyze how the media influences people's perspectives regarding the trial and whether there is gender bias among netizens, especially on social media like Twitter, in providing their opinions. This research uses the mixed method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analysis techniques in this study used Social Network Analysis (SNA) and Digital Opinion Movement (DMO) using Netlytic, while qualitative analysis techniques used literature reviews, in which data were sourced from news articles and journals. The results show that the perspectives of some Twitter users are affected by the media, which tends to be biased. However, most of the others, especially Johnny Depp's supporters, were not affected by this news because of their loyalty and fanaticism towards him.
