Abstract

Penelitian yang menganalisis pengaruh mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap pemahaman dan minat siswa mengenai bisnis berbasis syariah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi dirasa perlu. Dimana SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi adalah sekolah yayasan Islam. Selain mengedepankan keilmuan tentu saja juga keIslaman. Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel independen yaitu mata pelajaran kewirausahaan (X) dan variabel dependen berupa pemahaman siswa (Y1) serta minat siswa terhadap bisnis berbasis syariah (Y2). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk studi hubungan (interrelationship studies) untuk menganalisis pengaruh mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap pemahaman dan minat siswa mengenai bisnis berbasis syaria dengan teknis analisis data SPSS ver 25. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data melalui sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket yang disebar kepada populasi siswa dari 3-4 kelas dengan jumlah minimal 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mata pelajaran kewirausahaan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip- prinsip bisnis berbasis syariah. Hal ini terlihat dari tingginya tingkat kesadaran siswa mengenai pentingnya etika dan nilai syariah dalam berbisnis. Selain itu, pembelajaran kewirausa haanjuga berhasil meningkatkan minat siswa untuk terjun ke dunia bisnis berbasis syariah. Minat ini didorong oleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang potensi dan keunggulan bisnis syariah di era modern.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Ismuba di Sekolah Muhammadiyah Regional 2 Jawa Barat dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis digital. Pelatihan ini merupakan upaya menjawab tantangan era digital dan mendukung penerapan kurikulum baru Ismuba berbasis Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan yang holistik dan integratif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) melalui workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan video. Kegiatan melibatkan guru-guru dari Sukabumi, Cianjur, Bogor, dan Depok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran, meningkatkan efektivitas, kreativitas, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Pengabdian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital. Program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong guru menjadi lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi serta menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, efektif, dan bermakna.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw di SMA Negeri 17 Medan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen fisik yang mempengaruhi performa dalam olahraga sepaktakraw. Bahan dan metode: Penelitian survei deskriptif ini melibatkan 32 siswa (18 laki-laki, 14 perempuan) yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw SMA Negeri 17 Medan. Pengukuran kondisi fisik meliputi tes kekuatan otot perut (sit-up), kekuatan otot lengan (push-up), kelincahan (shuttle run), keseimbangan (stork stand), fleksibilitas (sit and reach), dan daya tahan kardiovaskular (lari 12 menit). Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perhitungan mean, standar deviasi, dan kategorisasi berdasarkan norma nasional kebugaran jasmani. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,75% siswa memiliki kondisi fisik kategori baik, 34,38% kategori sedang, dan 21,87% kategori kurang. Komponen fisik tertinggi adalah fleksibilitas (M=15,2±3,1 cm) dan terendah adalah daya tahan kardiovaskular (M=2.184±184 m). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan pada komponen kekuatan otot lengan (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Tingkat kondisi fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw SMA Negeri 17 Medan berada pada kategori baik hingga sedang. Perlu adanya program latihan terstruktur untuk meningkatkan komponen daya tahan kardiovaskular dan kekuatan otot yang masih kurang optimal.

Abstract

Writing has been taught for many years as one of the skills that need to be acquired to learn English. However, the long process of writing, which consists of pre-writing, writing, and revising stages, makes it more difficult for the students to do it. Therefore, this study aims to investigate students' strategies in the process of writing. The study used a qualitative design that employed a questionnaire as the main instrument for collecting the data. The questionnaire was distributed to 45 first-year college students. The result from the questionnaire shows that the students used some strategies in each stage of the writing process: pre-writing (70.63%), writing (72.95%), and revising (60.16%). In pre-writing, the students primarily applied resourcing and elaborating strategies. During the writing stage, the most commonly employed strategy was rereading. Finally, in the last phase, they solely employed proofreading as their strategy. By understanding the students' strategies in writing, the teacher can help them develop better writing skills as well as facilitate them in becoming more effective writers.

Abstract

Islamic banking has experienced a surge in financial growth in the last decade. Global economic challenges have encouraged many conventional banks to transform into sharia banks. Sharia banking can increase its operational efficiency by applying debt and equity financing methods by trade-off theory. This research investigates the effect of capital structure as measured by the debt-to-asset ratio (DAR) and debt-to-equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks as measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data source comes from OJK Sharia Banking Statistics for 2017-2021. This study shows that DAR and DER have a significant effect on ROA. Apart from that, DAR has a substantial impact on ROE. However, this study indicates that DER does not significantly affect ROE.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of implementing guidance and counseling with bibliotherapy techniques on increasing the self-confidence of dyslexic children at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Ancalong. This research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method using a One Group Pre-Test–Post-Test Design. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Ancalong, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province, involving four dyslexic students (n = 4) as participants. Research instruments included an interview guide and a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed that the mean self-confidence score before the implementation of bibliotherapy-based guidance and counseling was 108.75, and increased to 137.00 after the intervention. The statistical analysis revealed a significant effect of the intervention on improving self-confidence in dyslexic students (p-value = 0.002, < 0.05), indicating a substantial positive change in their self-perception and learning motivation. However, the findings should be interpreted with caution due to the very small sample size (n = 4), which limits the generalizability of the results. Schools are encouraged to develop more adaptive guidance and counseling programs for students with special needs, including dyslexia. Providing dyslexia-friendly reading materials and training school counselors in bibliotherapy techniques can enhance intervention effectiveness. Furthermore, raising awareness among all educators about the importance of psychosocial support for students with learning disabilities is essential to foster a more inclusive and supportive school environment.
