Abstract

Ficus racemosa L., is a species of Ficus who found in National Parks Bantimurung Bulusaraung Kab. Maros. Ficus racemosa L., and belongs to the family Moraceae. This research present an anatomical study concerning the leaf structure of Ficus racemosa L., and the potential contained in these plants. In this research showed that Ficus racemosa L., have stomata with diasitik type contained on the lower side of leaves (hipostomata) and trichomes shaped non-glandular unicellular, it found on both sides of the leaves (adaksial and abaksial). Anatomical structures of Ficus racemosa L., there litosit cells that characterizes of family Moracea, it has a rounded shape and it’s found upper of epidermis cells. Ficus racemosa L., has the potential to treat diabetes, antioxidants, anti-inflamantory, hpatopro-tective, anti-diuretic, and it contained phytochemicals.Ficus racemosa L., merupakan salah satu jenis Ficus yang ditemukan di Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung Kab. Maros, termasuk dalam famili Moraceae. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati struktur anatomi daun Ficus racemosa L., serta potensi yang dikandungnya. Ficus racemosa memiliki tipe stomata diasitik, terdapat di permukaan bawah daun (hipostomata) dan trikoma yang berbentuk non-glandular bersel satu yang ditemukan pada kedua permukaan daun (adaksial dan abaksial). Pada struktur anatomi daun Ficus racemosa L., terdapat sel litosit yang menjadi ciri khas pada famili Moracea, berbentuk membulat dan terdapat pada deretan sel epidermis bawah. Ficus racemosa L., berpotensi mengobati penyakit diabetes, antioksidan, serta mengandung fitokimia.

Abstract

Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat menjadi model atau contoh bagi guru dan dapat memberikan rangsangan bagi kreativitas guru untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran lain yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pencapaian prestasi belajar yang tinggi memerlukan perangkat yang menunjang keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), dan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1). Menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang layak digunakan sebagai acuan mengajar bagi guru untuk mencapai suatu pembelajaran yang valid; (2). Mengetahui kualitas perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate dan dibatasi pada materi keanekaragaman hayati serta dilaksanakan pada November tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan Model Learning Cycle  5e Pada Materi Keanekaragaman Hayati Untuk Siswa SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate dengan nilai validasi untuk Silabus rata-rata 4,31 dengan kategori sangat valid, hasil validasi RPP dengan rata-rata 1,14 kategori kurang valid, dan hasil validasi Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dengan rata-rata 22,1 kategori cukup valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan dalam proses belajar-mengajar.

Abstract

Science (Natural Science) learning based on local potential integrated with Islamic values provides new experiences to madrasah students that natural science and Islamic religious teachings are closely related and cannot be separated from each other. Learning like this can train students to think holistically from various points of view and think more deeply so that students' critical thinking abilities can develop. The integration of Islamic values in science learning opens the view for students in Madrasa that the source of science learning is not only natural phenomena and advances in science and technology. This research is a type of development research. The stages of LKPD development are carried out in 4 (four) stages, referring to the Thiagarajan 4-D Model. The results of the learning device development show that the average value is 96.27% so it is declared very very feasible. Furthermore, the LKPD which has been declared very suitable can be tested on a limited scale on 29 class VII students at MTs SC Ternate. The results of the limited scale trial show that there is an influence of the use of LKPD based on local potential integrated with Islamic values on critical thinking skills with a significance level of 0.003, because the sig value is 0.05, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The results of this hypothesis test can be concluded that the use of LKPD influences students' critical thinking abilities and is effectively applied to learning.

Abstract

The genus Plumeria Tourn ex. Linn., family Apocynaceae Juss officially has 20 accepted species from around the world. The genus is native from Mexico to Caribbean; however, it was introduced to some part of world especially to tropical area. In this paper, we formally reported for the first time the data for the genus Plumeria in Ternate, North Maluku, Indonesia. The exploration research was conducted from March to June 2022 for around Ternate Island. All species of Plumeria spp are noted and collected from 21 villages as representative of five subdistricts in Ternate Island. Three accepted species namely Plumeria obtusa L., P. pudica Jacq., dan P. rubra L are validated in Ternate. All species are discovered as ornamental plant and cemetery marker. P. obtusa is the most common species found in many villages followed by P. rubra. This publication shares information about location, general utility, and key identification for every species

Abstract

Bulu babi (Echinoidea) merupakan salah satu kelas dalam filum Echinodermata. Hewan ini umumnya berbentuk bulat dan memiliki duri yang berfungsi sebagai alat gerak. Beberapa jenis bulu babi ini dapat dikonsumsi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode jelajah dengan menelusuri zona intertidal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di pagi hari dan malam hari saat air laut surut. Identifikasi bulu babi (Echinoidea) dilakukan berdasarkan karakteristik morfologi bulu babi, seperti bentuk tubuh, warna tubuh, warna duri dan panjang duri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan 8 jenis bulu babi di lokasi penelitian yaitu Diadema setosum, Echinothrix calamaris, Astropyga radiata, Tripneustes gratilla, Mespillia globulus, Salmacis sphaeroides, Echinometra mathaei,  dan E. oblonga. Bulu babi ini mendiami substrat yang berbeda-beda yaitu pasir, batu dan karang. Jenis-jenis yang dapat dikonsumsi adalah Diadema setosum, Echinothrix calamaris, Tripneustes gratilla dan Salmacis sphaeroides.

Abstract

Instructional media can showed what the teacher can’t say with words, so that the abstract can be more real with the instructional media. This research is a research and development, aims to produce media-based learning multimedia wich is valid, effective and practical. This research use software Ashampoo MyAutoplay, concept of sense systems in Class XI MAN 2 Model Makassar. This research was conducted using the integrated development model Plomp with Luther's development model. The subjects were students of class XI IPA4 MAN 2 Model Makassar. Techniques of data collection in this study there are three, namely validity, obtained through a validation by the validator; effectiveness, acquired through learning achievement and students' response to instructional media; practicality, obtained by evaluation  of  instrument by validator. The results showed that the average value of the total validity of the validator is 3.6. Media effectiveness obtained student’s learning achievement showed 91.9% and student responses showed 91.6% o. Practicality media obtained from assessment validator with the results validity 3.7.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to explore the potential of spices and herbs in their use as family medicinal plants, with a focus on collecting data on plant ingredients and the use of plants as traditional medicine. In an effort to find traditional medicines that are safe, effective and affordable for family health problems, traditional medicines derived from plants are a treatment approach that is based on natural resources. This article outlines some of the spices and herbs that have long been used in traditional medicine, and highlights the latest scientific research showing the effectiveness and safety of some medicinal plants. Some of the spices and herbs discussed in this article include ginger, turmeric, galangal, bitter, kencur, temulawak, cocor duck, betel, garlic, pagagan, meniran, lime and binahong. Further research is needed to evaluate and validate the potency of spices and herbs in their use as family medicinal plants. Keywords: Spices, herbs, medicinal plants

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni untuk untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran mencakup beberapa aspek penting yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses belajar mengajar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 18 Mei 2024 di SD Al Khairaat 02 Kota Ternate. Terdapat 3 tahap dalam kegiatan ini yakni berupa pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi pencapaian PKM. Hasil evaluasi pada saat kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan lancar, tertib, guru bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran google site untuk mendesain media pembelajaran interaktif sehingga siswa menjadi semangat dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran serta meningkatkan percaya diri guru dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.  Kata Kunci: Google Site, Inovasi, Media Pembelajaran, Teknologi

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif, mandiri, menyenangkan dan mampu membentuk kerja sama yang baik antara guru dan siswa serta siswa dengan siswa yang lainnya dalam menemukan dan memahami konsep tersebut. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 3 Kota Ternate. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, maka peneliti menerapkan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada kelas VIII-F. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan jumlah 29 siswa, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dari hasil tindakan siklus I hasil nilai siswa di peroleh sebanyak 34% meningkat menjadi 86% pada siklus II. Pada aktivitas siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar pada siklus I sebesar 39% meningkat menjadi sebesar 84%  pada siklus II. Hasil aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 54% meningkat menjadi 84% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat Terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dikarenakan siswa sudah mulai paham dan kritis terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Learning media plays a role in generating enthusiasm and interest in learning for students, so an interesting learning media is needed that can help students in the learning process. Flipbook is one of the interactive learning media that combines visual representation, narration, and interactive simulation that is expected to help students. The purpose of this study is to see the validity of the flipbook for genetics course produced from local species data of North Maluku. The study is a research and development study (Research and Development) which refers to the Thiagarajan 1974 development model, namely 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The results showed that the flipbook learning media was very valid for use in learning with a percentage of 92% from material, media and language experts in this case by lecturers, and 98% from material, media and language experts in this case by teachers. The level of practicality of the learning media flipbook has a percentage of 91% obtained from student responses. This means that flipbook learning media is very valid and very suitable for use
