Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how big and the impact of internal integration, supplier integration, customer integration which has a halal integrity dimension in it, namely halal raw material integrity, halal production integrity, and information integrity on quality performance in halal food SMEs in Bandung City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data was obtained through a survey method through an online questionnaire addressed to 100 halal food MSME owners in the Bandung City. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS with measurement model and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping technique. Based on the data analysis technique carried out using SmartPLS, the findings in this study show that internal integration has a positive and significant effect on supplier integration and customer integration. Internal integration has no positive and insignificant effect on halal raw material integrity, but has a positive and significant effect on halal production integrity and information integrity. Supplier integration has a positive and significant effect on halal raw material integrity, but has no positive and insignificant effect on halal production integrity. Customer integration does not have a positive and insignificant effect on halal production integrity, but has a positive and significant effect on information integrity. Halal raw material integrity has no positive and significant effect on quality performance, but halal production integrity and information integrity have positive and significant effect on quality performance. This research provides new insights to the owners of halal food SMEs in Bandung City and provides advice to halal food SMEs in Bandung City based on the value of the greatest impact, to maintain and improve the implementation of information integrity in order to maintain the continuity and consistency of quality performance of halal food SMEs in the Bandung City.

Abstract

Abstrak Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penentuan kehalalan dari suatu produk adalah cara penyembelihan hewan, negara asal produk, serta proses penyimpanan dan pengangkutan produk. Namun, produk yang telah memiliki logo halal memungkinkan memiliki harga yang lebih tinggi dan akan menyebabkan dampak buruk bagi kesediaan konsumen untuk membayar makanan bersertifikat halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah proses penyembelihan hewan, negara asal produk makanan, proses penyimpanan dan transportasi halal, logo halal, kesadaran akan harga produk, kualitas makanan, dan komitmen beragama mempengaruhi kesediaan umat Islam di Kota Bandung untuk membayar makanan bersertifikasi halal, serta untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen beragama dapat memoderasi (a) penyembelihan halal, (b) negara asal, (c) penyimpanan dan transportasi, dan (d) logo halal pada kesediaan konsumen untuk membayar makanan bersertifikat halal. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan online melalui media sosial dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Muslim di Kota Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis data multivariat menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyembelihan hewan, negara asal, kualitas, dan komitmen beragama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesediaan membayar makanan halal. Komitmen beragama secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara negara asal dan logo halal terhadap kesediaan membayar makanan halal. Kata Kunci: Makanan Halal, Kesediaan Membayar, Komitmen Beragama Abstract Things that need to be considered in determining the halalness of a product are the method of slaughtering the animal, the country of origin of the product, and the process of storing and transporting the product. However, products that already have a halal logo may have a higher price and will have a negative impact on consumers' willingness to pay for halal-certified food. This study aims to determine whether the process of slaughtering animals, country of origin of food products, halal storage and transportation processes, halal logos, prices, food quality, and religious commitment affect the willingness of Muslims in Bandung to pay for halal-certified food, and to find out whether religious commitment can moderate (a) halal slaughter, (b) country of origin, (c) storage and transportation, and (d) halal logo on consumers' willingness to pay for halal-certified food. The data used were obtained from questionnaires distributed online through social media with a total sample of 100 respondents who are Muslim in Bandung. Data analysis was performed using multivariate data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the process of slaughtering animals, country of origin, quality, and religious commitment had a significant effect on willingness to pay for halal food. Religious commitment significantly moderates the relationship between country of origin and the halal logo on willingness to pay for halal food. Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan uang elektronik di Indonesia membuat masyarakat mulai banyak beralih ke mode pembayaran digital sebagai solusi mudah dalam melakukan berbagai transaksi nontunai. Di Kota Bandung salah satu kota dengan penduduk terpadat di Indonesia, merupakan kota dengan pengguna pembayaran digital terbanyak. Salah satu aplikasi pembayaran digital yang digunakan adalah LinkAja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat keberlanjutan pengguna aplikasi LinkAja di Kota Bandung, Adapun faktor-faktor tersebut seperti e-service quality, customer satisfaction, perceived trust, perceived risk. convenience, social value, attitude, dan effort expectancy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung sebanyak 260 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS v.3.2.9. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived trust, convenience, dan social value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Kemudian, customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap attitude. Selain itu, e-service quality berpengaruh positif signifkan terhadap perceived trust, customer satisfaction, continuance intention, attitude, dan effort expectancy pengguna aplikasi LinkAja di Kota Bandung. Faktor attitude berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap continuance intention, lalu perceived risk tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Namun, effort expectancy tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap continuance intention secara langsung pada pengguna aplikasi LinkAja di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pihak penyedia layanan aplikasi LinkAja untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dalam kualitas pelayanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan niat keberlanjutan pengguna aplikasi LinkAja di Kota Bandung. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore halal tourism in Indonesia with the intention of knowing the topics discussed and knowing the sentiment of Indonesian people about halal tourism, this research uses topic modeling and sentiment analysis using the NRC Lexicon. The tweet data analyzed in this study are 13,746 tweets collected from 2014-2021 and have been cleaned. Topic modeling was formed into 7 topics and the findings of the sentiment analysis results stated that the sentiment of the Indonesian people was positive and believed in halal tourism in Indonesia. To respond to these findings, suggestions are given to business people, especially those in the tourism sector, to apply halal to their products. Then, the government must continue to encourage and develop halal tourism to become the best halal tourism destination in the world and also implement the halal supply chain to other sectors.

Abstract

Dengan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju, banyak kegiatan yang prosesnya mulai berubah mengikuti perkembangan zaman, seperti kegiatan jual beli yang semula dilakukan secara konvensional, mulai tergantikan dengan teknologi yang telah memudahkan proses penukaran informasi dan melakukan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pembentukan dua situs jual beli online atau e-commerce oleh sebuah toko ritel pada bidang fesyen yang sudah berkembang sebelumnya terhadap sikap dan niat beli konsumen pada situs tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan CB-SEM (Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling) dan terdapat 126 responden yang berpartisipasi. Variabel bebas yang terlibat adalah atribut dasar situs, atribut pemasaran, reputasi perusahaan, dan risiko pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap konsumen baik secara offline dan online memliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat beli, dan reputasi perusahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen secara offline.

Abstract

The share of halal products in Indonesia is enormous and grows yearly. With this rapid development, the City of Tasikmalaya plans to become the pioneer of the first halal tourism in West Java by prioritizing halal certification in food. However, the facts on the ground state that many Muslim students still do not understand and tend not to care about consuming halal food. This study aims to reveal the magnitude of the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religiosity, and habits that are formed on purchase intentions and actual purchases of halal food on Tasikmalaya Muslim Students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing it to 404 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior, and perceived behavior positively affect purchase intention. Purchase intention and habit positively affect the actual purchase, while habit moderates the relationship between purchase intention. Abstract

Abstrak: Sebagai generasi internet, sudah seharusnya Generasi Z memiliki pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan dan investasi, dengan begitu mereka akan mampu membuat keputusan keuangan yang baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan literasi keuangan dan investasi bagi Generasi Z. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab serta pengisian kuesiner. Peserta kegiatan merupakan siswa SMK di daerah Sumedang Jawa Barat, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner diperoleh hasil bahwa masih banyak siswa yang belum pernah mngetahui atau mencari tahu tentang literasi keuangan, dan investasi. Secara keseluruhan sosialisasi ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dan 65.38% peserta merasa pengetahuanya sangat bertambah.Abstract: As the internet generation, Generation Z should have knowledge about financial literacy and investment, so they will be able to make good financial decisions. This Community Service activity aims to socialize financial and investment literacy for Generation Z. The training is carried out using the socialization method, followed by discussion and question and answer as well as filling out a questionnaire. The activity participants were SMK students in the Sumedang area, with 26 participants. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that there were still many students who had never known or found out about financial literacy and investment. Overall this socialization has increased the participants' knowledge and 65.38% of the participants felt that their knowledge had greatly increased.

Abstract

Covid is mandating that all businesses around the globe be able to accommodate flexible work schedules. In addition, many companies are instituting work-from-home policies due to social interaction restrictions. This condition makes it difficult for businesses to establish explicit FWA regulations. The implementation of a WFA presents numerous obstacles, particularly concerning WFC. Certain conditions will have a negative impact on employees who are tasked with completing work in addition to domestic responsibilities. If no distinct rules govern this, it will be difficult for employees to manage their time, negatively impacting employee performance. Members continue to believe that the FWA settings are not optimal one year after the pandemic has begun. Many employees still confront WFC when completing work and homework simultaneously. This condition stipulates that implementing FWA must be enhanced to reduce the risk of WFC. The data acquisition method is a survey of 100 employees in the manufacturing industry that produces steel. According to the study's findings, the Work-Family Conflict (WFC) was in the lowest category, with employees believing that the tasks assigned are balanced between work and family to avoid creating work-family conflicts. While the FWA implementation was rated acceptable, it makes it easier for employees to manage their time more flexibly to complete their work. The obtained results can assist the organization in enhancing its procedures for implementing the FWA. Keywords—Work-Family Conflict; Flexible Work Arrangement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the operational performance of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT.KAI at Head Office in Indonesia using IPMA analysis on SmartPLS. This research develops theoretical aspects of understanding digitalization in Indonesia, which consists of supply chain capability variables mediating between digitalization and digital connectivity. Additionally, the study explores the roles of digital culture and technological turbulence as moderators influencing operational performance. Then, there is digital connectivity that will affect operational performance. This study uses a quantitative method with data sources derived from surveys through the distribution of online questionnaires to 48 Employees in the Logistics Department. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS and IPMA Analysis using SmartPLS software. Digitalization exhibits the greatest impact on operational performance in the presence of a mediating variable, which is the supply chain capability of PT. As supported by the IPMA analysis, KAI (Persero) at the Head Office indicates that digitalization holds the highest performance value compared to other variables—the management of PT. KAI must focus on digital culture, supply chain capability, and technological turbulence in conjunction with digitalization. This approach is crucial to ensure the company implements the Rapid Apps and maintains operational performance consistently. The study is the first study conducted to analyze the factors that influence operational performance in PT. KAI, so that it can be a reference and additional reference on academic knowledge and managerial aspects.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri UMKM adalah usaha yang produktif untuk dikembangkan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhanekonomi. Pertumbuhan indusrti UMKM dapat dipengaruhi oleh supply chain dan kinerja yang baik. Dalam supplychain yang terintegrasi dengan baik dan maksimal dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen dan menjadi keunggulankompetitif bagi organisasi bisa dilihat dari harga yang lebih murah dan kualitas yang ditawarkan sehingga dapatmeningkatkan keunggulan kompetitf tersendiri dibandingkan dengan para pesaingnya. Jenis industri seperti ini selaludiminati oleh sebagian besar masyarakat karena minat beli dan kebutuhan yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan supply chain management practices terhadap kinerja organisasi, seberapa besarpengaruhnya terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan mengetahui keunggulan kompetitif dapat memediasi antara supplychain management practice terhadap kinerja organisasi pada UMKM minuman di Kota Makassar. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data didapatkan melalui metode survei melalui kuesioner online yang ditujukankepada 100 pemilik UMKM minuman di Kota Makassar. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu SEM-AMOSmenggunakan software AMOS dengan estimasi maximum likelihood yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap analisis,yaitu analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) untuk mengetahui apakah variabel teramati valid dan reliabel untukditeruskan ke tahap selanjutnya, dan analisis full SEM. Berdasarkan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakansoftware AMOS temuan pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa supply chain management practiceberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif. Keunggulan kompetitifberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, namun keunggulan kompetitif dapat memediasi supplychain management practice terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru terhadap pemilikUMKM minuman di Kota Makassar dan memberikan saran kepada UMKM minuman di Kota Makassar berdasarkanhasil nilai pengaruh dan nilai performansi tertinggi berdasarkan analisis uji t, untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan darisupply chain management practice demi menghasilkan kinerja organisasi yang baik sehingga meningkatkankeunggulan kompetitif.Kata kunci-keunggulan kompetitif, kinerja organisasi, supply chain management practices, UMKM
