Abstract

This study examines how User Experience and System Responsiveness influence the continued use of the Livin’ by Mandiri application among students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, with User Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of the SmartPLS software. The participants in this study are active students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, who actively use the Livin’ by Mandiri application. The results demonstrate that User Experience and System Responsiveness both have a positive and significant impact on User Satisfaction. Furthermore, User Experience and User Satisfaction significantly contribute to the continued use of the application. However, System Responsiveness does not show a significant direct influence on continued use. The mediation analysis further indicates that User Satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between User Experience and continued use, while it does not mediate the relationship between System Responsiveness and continued use. These findings highlight the critical role of user satisfaction in encouraging the sustained use of digital banking applications over time.

Abstract

This research focuses the analysis on the digital business phenomenon within the post-pandemic sport tourism industry, rather than an operational evaluation of the event. The Aragon Merdeka Master (AMM) 2025 case study at The Hub Indonesia is positioned as an instrumental context to understand the fundamental shift from the service economy to the Experience Economy. Despite recording a record participation of 1,751 entries, this event faced significant operational challenges in the form of competition duration extending until 03:00 WIB. This study aims to analyze how Event Experience Quality, Experiential Value, and Willingness to Pay interact in determining Business Feasibility amidst the dynamics between digital visual demands and animal welfare ethical risks. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through digital footprint observation, archival study, and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using Reflexive Thematic Analysis. The theoretical foundation of the research refers to the frameworks of Experiential Marketing (Schmitt, 1999) and Experience Economy (Pine & Gilmore, 1999). The research results reveal the Phygital Gap phenomenon, where the visual innovation of the night session successfully created a digital image of grandeur that compensates for physical management constraints in the field (P1). A digital consumer behavior anomaly was found where operational friction did not decrease WTP (P2), because participants engaged in a value compensation mechanism by prioritizing social validation over physical comfort (P3). However, it is concluded that this business model has fragile feasibility. Financial profits from capacity intensification (P4) face reputational risk challenges and the potential review of the Social License to Operate due to animal welfare issues (P5). This study suggests a strategic transition from a volume-based business model to a value-based model for long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The development of Fintech Crowdfunding in Indonesia has made it easier for people to conduct donations and social financing activities digitally. However, the level of continued use is still influenced by various psychological, social, and technological factors, especially among Generation Z as the largest digital user group. This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived risk, perceived trust, and hedonic motivation on behavioral intentions and their impact on the usage behavior of fintech crowdfunding users, with behavioral intentions as a mediating variable, on the Kitabisa platform. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to Generation Z users who have used the Kitabisa platform. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived trust, and hedonic motivation have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, while perceived risk has a negative effect on behavioral intentions. Furthermore, behavioral intentions are proven to have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior. The results of the mediation test indicate that behavioral intention is able to mediate the influence of all independent variables on usage behavior, both fully and partially. This finding suggests that fintech crowdfunding usage behavior is influenced not only by technological factors, but also by trust, risk perception, and user emotional motivation. Therefore, improving system quality, transparency, security, and user emotional experience are important factors in driving the desire to use fintech crowdfunding platforms.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining annual revenue for the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) in 2025, which indicates an issue in players' repurchase intention due to complaints regarding price fairness (perceived price) and product quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price and product quality on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among MLBB players. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing an online questionnaire distributed to 142 respondents consisting of Universitas Negeri Jakarta students in Jabodetabek who met the sampling criteria. The data analysis technique applies Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that perceived price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Moreover, customer satisfaction is proven to serve as a significant mediator bridging the effects of perceived price and product quality on repurchase intention. These findings emphasize that sustaining players' repurchase intention in the long term heavily relies on the developer's capability to foster customer satisfaction through fair pricing strategies and innovative, high-quality product designs.
