Abstract: Fish Salai is a kind of traditional food at affordable prices and has a distinctive taste and savory. Demand for fish Salai in the village of Koto Masjid enormous because catfish smoked fish processing centers exist only in the village of Koto Masjid and also Salai Fish Marketing area is generally prevalent in the area Riau Province and outside the area of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine Prospects Ikan Patin Salai seen from Aspects of Revenue and Business Development in the future. Respondents were interviewed are entrepreneurs Salai fish processors in the village of Koto Masjid District XIII Koto Kampar with numbered sample of 7 respondents. The results showed an overall revenue smoked fish processing, on average, net income of Rp. 19,026,201 and the number of comparison analysis to the average level of the ratio of R / C is 1.15. And the breakdown of a SWOT analysis business development aspects: 1). Maintaining taste delicious, distinctive and durable. 2). Maintain and increase the price and the production process is easy and fast. 3). Adding new marketing branch. 4). Producing its own raw materials in the form of catfish 5). Adding a variety of new products to prevent kebosananan smoked fish, catfish. 6). To collaborate with the owners of capital such as banks, cooperatives 7). And improve the quality of product variants. 8). Creating a good business management so as to increase the maximum benefit and coordinated effort 9). Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style Cooperative Board Member Participation Against Suka Damai Village Fullness Fullness of Rokan Hulu subdistrict . Research methods included in a correlation study . Population cooperative members as many as 485 people The sampling technique used is the technique slovin 83 people . for the dependent variable : the leadership style ( X ) ; independent variables : participation ( Y ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of the cooperative ; ( 2 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of 48.9 % .Keywords : influence , leadership style , the participation of members.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the facilities / infrastructure and commitment effect significant on job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry. The population in this research is all employees at PT Arara Abadi part of planting seeds as many as 160 people with 114 people who research sample is determined by simple randong sampling. Data collected in this study used questionnaire about the facilities / infrastructure, commitment, and job satisfaction are distributed to respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. In descriptive, facilities / infrastructure available inside including adequate category (80,7%), commitment to high category (89,5%), and job satisfaction to high category (72,2%). The result showed that facilities / infrastructure and commitment have a significant on the job satisfaction. Judging from the value (Rsquare) abtained a value of 0,096. The results prove that the meaning of the influance of facilities / infrastructure, commitment on job satisfaction is 9,6%. The regression equation Y=27,455+0,222X1+0,209X2.Key Words: Job Satisfaction. Facilities / infrastructure, commitment

Abstract : The aim of the research was to explore teaching skills of teachers at senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru. Those teaching skills covered (1) opening skills; (2) questioning skills; (3) reinforcement skills; (4) variations skills; (5) explaining skills; (6) the skills to small group discussions; (7) classroom management skills; (8) individual learning skills; and (9) closing skills. The population in this study were all teachers of senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru, totality 45 people. The primary data was collected using anquote to 39 respondents. The data collected, then, was analysed using descriptive technique. The results of this study showed that the average level of teaching skills of teachers in senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru was 86,91% and the average skills level of teachers to teach Economics at senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru was 2,99. Abstract: The performance of teachers was instrumental in realizing the ultimate goal of the school, and it's all but regardless of how the leadership and policies provided by the school principal. Performance is influenced by various factors one of which revenue and salaries. Revenues have an impact tranquility and comfort of teachers in teaching. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the leadership style of the principal and income of teachers on teacher performance in Junior High School at District of Rambah. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method. The survey results revealed the principal's leadership style Junior High School at District of Rambah tend to use democratic leadership style, while revenues included into the category of being a teacher and teacher performance included in either category. SPSS revenue from the test results of the most influential teachers on teacher performance in the Junior High School at District of Rambah that is t count (5,005).Keywords: Leadership, Incomes, Performance

This study aims to get an overview of the implementation of the program Global Learning Center (GLC) held in SD Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru, in particular regarding: (1) the context of the program's relevance to the needs of the school; (2) Input the program focused on the curriculum, the readiness of the organizers, trainers / instructors, participants readiness and availability of facilities and infrastructure; (3) The training process includes: management and training activities, training schedules, attendance in training, training materials, monitoring implementation, training methods, and barriers to implementation; (4) the results of GLC program which includes; the quantity and quality of participants.This research was a study evaluating using a qualitative approach. The evaluation model used the CIPP model(context, input, process, product) . Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation. Data source is: principals, instructors, and teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis.The results showed that: (1) GLC program relevant to the needs of teachers in implementing the curriculum used in schools .; (2) on the input side, there are 4 of 5 aspects that meet the standards of objective indicators such curriculum, the readiness of the organizers, instructors and the availability of infrastructure, and one aspect that has not met the objective standard of readiness of participants .; 3) the training went well evidenced by the presence of trainees, training materials and methods based on Multiple Intelligence, and monitoring of training activities. While training schedule has not run properly and there are still obstacles in its implementation. 4) and the results of GLC program based on teacher performance report card shows good achievement of learning outcomes, the quality of the lesson plan, and behavior. While creativity is still in a bad position.

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of parents’ socio-economic status on learning achievement through learning motivation of high school student at Subdistrict Kuantan Tengah. The population in this study was all high school students majoring in Social Science with the total of 426 students. Meanwhile, the total sample of this study was 206 students. The data were collected by using questionnaires. After that, the data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of parents’ socio-economic status had a significant influcence on learning achievement (directly), and it had a significant influence learning achievement through learning motivation (not directly) of high school students at Subdistrict Kuantan Tengah.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities, parental attention, and motivation to learn student achievement. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Kampar. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar, while the sample of 106 students. Data were collected with questionnaires and documentation instruments. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. Attention parents significantly influence the motivation of student learning. Learning facilities have a significant effect on student achievement. Attention parents significantly influence on student achievement. Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement. Learning facilities significantly influence the attention of parents. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sales Promotion, Personal selling dan Advertising terhadap keputusan pembelian Buku dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sales Promotion, Personal Selling dan Advertising secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi dan sampel adalah konsumen yang membeli buku di CV As Salam wilayah Pekanbaru tahun 2019 sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sales promotion, personal dan advertising secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sales promotion, personal selling dan advertising dapaat menentukan tingkat keputusan pembelian konsumen. This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising on book purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of sales promotion, Personal Selling, and Advertising together on consumer purchasing decisions. In this study, the population and sample were consumers who bought books at CV As Salam Pekanbaru area in 2019 as many as 99 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed that sales promotion, personal and advertising partially or simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. This shows that sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising can determine the level of consumer purchasing decisions.

The goal of achieving student learning outcomes is not entirely only values in numbers or cognitive learning outcomes. But it also attaches great importance to the affective learning outcomes shown in attitudes or behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of contextual learning approaches and teacher morale on learning motivation and its impact on student affective learning outcomes. The population in this study were 728 grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 20 and SMP Negeri 23 in Tampan. With the cluster random sampling technique a sample of 155 students was obtained. Data collection used a questionnaire then the data were analyzed by path analysis. The results found that contextual learning approaches have an influence on student motivation, the experience of working with friends while learning has an effect on student motivation and learning behavior, a positive effect on behavior is shown in attitudes manifested in affective domain learning outcomes. The work spirit of the teacher contributes to student affective learning outcomes, high teacher enthusiasm and the teacher's ability have an effect on student motivation to positively impact student affective learning outcomes.
