The BP2JK (Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Konstruksi) Jambi operates a public service on construction manpower. The problem is the manual search for personnel information. It is difficult for BP2JK Jambi and public to obtain the profile information and workforce history of those who participated in the tender. The objective design a web-based public service information system at the BP2JK Jambi. The research method uses observation and interview techniques. The system design tool is Unified Modeling Language (UML) and prototype modeling. The result is a web-based public service information system at the BP2JK Jambi office, with a search feature based on name personnel or KTP numbers.

There are problems that has been found in submission of complaint in PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp and Paper Industry (LPPPI)where the members of GA Unit (General Affair) in terms of managing of mess where there is only three employees that has been charged in managing of dormitory in PT.LPPPI. so when there is an employee who need to create a request the office is closed which causes the request is pending until the office is opened or the employee can speak directly to GA Officer to convey their problem but this way very often to be forgotten and it’s really hard to create a report because the minimum of officer they have. This research aims to make employee of PT. LPPPI can provide compliant anywhere and anytime and the make sure the GA Officer can solve the problem faster. The Method used is this research is Prototype. The design tool that used in this research is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Output from this research is a prototype design of system analysis and design of Complaint Management in PT. LPPPI. This system can develop by using design that has been built.

Albanesia Group is a catering company that has not made full use of information and communication technology. CV. Albanesia Group does not have a website that can promote packages and menus available at CV. Albanesia Group, with the CV. Albanesia Group can make it easier in terms of the promotion of packages and menus available, which can be more known to the people of Jambi about the packages and menus available at CV. Albanesia Group. Web-Based Promotion System Design At CV. Albanesia Group uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. The output of this research is a prototype design of the system. Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Promotion Information System at CV. Albanesia Group. For further research, it can complement with other data management, such as Live Chat or other systems.

Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi is organizing health education programs which consists of 14 study programs under 7 departments representing the health profession. in the process of scheduling the use of laboratories is based on active lectures in the current semester. The head of the study program makes a draft schedule and it will be agreed on its use at the lesson preparation meeting. The problem faced was that during the learning preparation meeting there were many schedule adjustments due to conflicting laboratory use, this was due to the absence of real-time references during the scheduling drafting process. The purpose of this study is to overcome this problem by designing a laboratory scheduling management information system that provides a real time reference of schedule drafts from other study programs, so that scheduling of laboratory use both within the department and between departments can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The flow of this research starts from problem identification, literature study, data collection, system analysis, system design and making research reports. This research produces a prototype of a laboratory scheduling management information system designed to optimize the laboratory use scheduling process at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi based on current business processes. It is expected that the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi can apply the results of this research by developing it into an information system.

PT. Rendy Utama Karya in storing data on house sales at Green Golf Residence, Jambi city, is still in the form of documents or archives, resulting in obstruction in the production of sales reports which hinders company performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the home sales information system at Green Golf Residence Jambi City and design a home sales information system for Green Golf Residence Jambi City using object-oriented methods with UML (Unified Modeling Language tools). The conclusion of the analysis and design of this sales system is that This new system will be able to reduce the problem of delays in information obtained, and it is hoped that the need for information on sudden home sales data reports can be fulfilled properly, quickly and accurately. The advice is to support systems that have been designed for the need for human resources and facilities. which is good to support the implementation of the system so that it can run well

Jambi City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency is a government implementer who has the task of assisting the mayor in matters of staffing education and training where at this time the system running at the Jambi City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency still uses a manual system and is less effective as in the recording process of guest services is still not structured and well recorded There is no report format to superiors as a basis for monitoring and evaluating the guest service system, therefore the authors study the management system of customer data guest services that are currently running at the Jambi City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency as well as making problem-solving solutions contained in the Jambi City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency such as designing guest service systems and making reports. In designing this program as a researcher use research method waterfall thar research starting from the analysis of the design using a tool, namely UML which is limited to only prototypes. Results and production of guest service information systems, there are, help officers in managing guestbook data and making reports easier. We Hope in guest system service Jambi City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency through relevant officials can develop this information system by adding features about guest satisfaction assessment guest service system.

Student satisfaction services at Adiwangsa University, Jambi are currently done manually by filling out a questionnaire in paper form. One of the crowds found during this process was the relatively long time for the compilation of the questionnaire results. To facilitate the process of filling out the questionnaire carried out by students, a website page is needed as a student satisfaction service information system that can manage the summary of the questionnaire results properly and quickly. This study aims to design a prototype of the performance information system for lecturers and educational staff at Adiwangsa University Jambi. This information system design uses the servqual method and the unified model language (UML) to describe the information system prototype design.

Problems that occur to this day at the hotel Auliya was the lack of an information system that can perform the recording of hotel booking and managing data electronically and lack of information for the hotel pemasaaran Auliya. The purpose of this research was to analyze and design the room booking system, manage data, marketing and reporting automatically each month. This research method either using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to design the system. This research resulted in the design of the hotel reservation information system to manage data, information and reporting is automated. This plan could be developed into an application that can be implemented, as well as expected this research can be a reference and learning especially in the field of information systems.

Wedding organizer is aservice that workspersonally Helping bride and groom in planning and supervising the implementatition of a series of wedding party in accordance with schedule and budget set. Wedding organizer information system created with utilized web based technology, with the aim to expand the area of promotion and sale of wedding packages and simplify the ordering process. The wedding information system use PHP and MySQL programming, method used in the development of this system is prototyping method which consists of analysis, design, application creation, evaluation dan result. Wedding information system helpful for those do not to bother with planning problem. By existence of public complaints through hopes will break make it easy between the community to send opd claims to.By the presence of the system of services community complaints, opd can control complaints and aspirations of directly.The prototype of research has produced a information system design community complaints based android from the local office of communication and informatic kotajambi. The research is an example of community complaints based information system android from the local office of communication and informatic kotajambi to the extent that when will be used by other organization needs to be adjusted to the needs of an organization concerned .The need to make adjustments on application against found on the real issues .The need for notifications for the reporter that the reporter know the status of the report in real time is it in will immediately follow up .The need for features that facilitates between admin or a person in charge of the complaints process for the community with a field officer.
