Abstract

The constraints faced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade is an additional cost to promote the products of IKM, but the income or income gained is not balanced due to the absence of a system that can promote well. Development of technology when it can accelerate the data processing related to the provision of promotion and information. Promotion and provision of information that is later presented in the form of websites, which will be developed to facilitate the management of promotional information existing in the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi city The method used is the approach Object-oriented using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tool. This research resulted in a prototype that can be implemented into a system that can help market and promote the products of IKM in the industrial and trade office of Jambi City.

Abstract

Reva Pelaminan Jambi in promotion and order wedding organizer process still get trouble, such as : reservation services need time and difficulty in order, sometimes get error in processing reservation wedding organizer data, and limited promotion package information. The purpose of research is analyzing and design information systems reservation wedding organizer in Reva Pelaminan Jambi web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can be made easier for customers to order package online and processing data to computerized. Research advice are prototyped this system should be devised well and properly so that it will could be applied to Reva Pelaminan Jambi.

Abstract

PT. Lestari Berkah Abadi does sharia marketing for their housing manually with promotional media through social media, banners, brochures and word of mouth. With this very simple information system make the company less well known by the general public and the sales are not optimal, because the range of marketing is narrow. Moreover, people could not get the information in real time. The purpose of this research is to design information systems according to the development current technologies namely web-based marketing information system. Methods design in this study using UML and generate a draft of the display in the form of a prototype. With the web-based sharia housing marketing information system is expected to provide opportunities for PT. Lestari Berkah Abadi to expand their marketing network, not only limited to the local area, but also can reach the area more broadly for the consumers with internet access.

Abstract

Hidayatullah store is a store that is engaged in the business of selling Muslim clothing and other goods nuanced Muslims. In Hidayatullah Toko business processes currently running on the whole done manually which sales promotion from one person to another and advertising. In other words, the business processes that are running do with the media using direct interaction with customers, especially in the promotion, booking and sales. Of these problems the author tries to analyze and design a marketing information system and web-based Muslim apparel sales in stores Hidayatullah using system modeling method UML (Unified Modeling Language) includes Use Case diagrams, activity diagrams, and Class Diagrams. Results from this study is an analysis of sales and marketing information systems web-based Muslim dress in the show in the form of a prototype. As well as the expected future analsisis and design of this system can diimpelentasikan.

Abstract

At this time, the process that occurs in the Secretariat of the Provincial Office of the Governor of Jambi 1) Prospective visitors or guests must find the destination Bureau, while the Governor's office has many (nine (nine)) Bureaus. 2) Prospective visitors or must order a guest book / send a request letter to the Administration (TU). 3) The number of Administration (TU) in the Gubernur Office, in each Bureau has one Administration (TU). 4) Guest books are separated from each Administration (TU). 5) Prospective visitors or guests who do not know that guests will be met. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an information system for reception services to help the visit process and make it easier to register guests. In the analysis and design of the system researchers used the method of object-oriented approach that is UML while for the design of the display using a prototype. The results of this study are information systems for reception services at the Regional Secretariat in the Office of the Governor of Jambi Province that has the feature to fill in guest data online and find out whether there are officials who want to be met. This feature can help people / guests who want to visit more easily make an appointment.

Abstract

The system of population document and civil registration services in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency which is still done manually, as well as the distance to the distant district capitals makes the community must pay a significant amount of cost and time for document management. In this study, an analysis and design of web-based public service information systems at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as structured modeling in the form of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams to illustrate the analysis and system design. This research resulted in a design and prototype of a web-based public service information system for submitting applications for Resident Identity Cards, Family Cards, Birth Certificates and Death Certificates. For more complete features, researchers can then add more request types for other documents such as moving certificate, marriage certificate, certificate of endorsement of children, and other deeds of civil registration.

Abstract

Research at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of East Jambi Sub-district engaged in the field of Religion was conducted to analyze weaknesses the running system, in order to overcome the problems that existed at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of East Jambi District. In the process of data collection at the Office of Religious Affairs at this time, such as marriage registration or data on marriage requests, handwriting is still carried out by officers. Errors in writing that require officers to make repeated data changes and require a long recording process. The absence of an appropriate data storage area, causing data search and report generation to be delayed. Based on the above problems, the author tries to design a prototype system that is expected to help employees to manage the data needed at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of East Jambi District and can provide good service to the community. The research method used in this study is field research, They are observation, interviews, and library research. System design is also done using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and data dictionary (Data Dictionary). The results of the study show that there are several weaknesses of the system that is running, which there is no appropriate data storage area causing data searches and report generation to be delayed due to data that cannot be found.

Abstract

The phenomenon of waiting for queues often occurs in everyday life. this happens because of the need formore service delivery services. At the Jambi Regional Development Bank Main Branch, the queue systemis still manually manual. One of the processes found in the Jambi Branch Main Branch DevelopmentBank is that there can be a buildup of queues with long waiting lines. Often also occurs in understandingqueue numbers that are not arranged sequentially, so as to affect the long waiting for customers. For thisreason, in this study a relevant system was developed to provide information for customers and assistofficers in managing the queue. This queue system is built using the FCFS model and Microsoft VisualBasic 6.0.

Abstract

At present there is not enough information about tourism objects in Kerinci Regency so that not manytourists and also the public know the potential tourism objects. Therefore, this needs to be overcome byproviding more complete and detailed information using web-based information media. The purpose ofdesigning a web-based information system is that tourists are faster and easier as a tourist guide to touristsites in the Kerinci Regency. The research method used is to collect data through literature studies,interviews, and observations, as well as analyzing software requirements, building a database with the UML(Unified Modeling Language) method and displayed in the form of a prototype design in making web-basedtourism information systems. The results of the design in the form of a web-based tourism information systemis expected to be able to become a medium that can develop Kerinci Regency tourism with the design of thisweb design is expected to have a similar design process to produce works that are better and more completethan existing works.
