Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian panas bumi daerah Mapos dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik geokima panas bumi di daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengamatan dan pengambilan conto di lapangan, analisis laboratorium serta interpretasi data. Objek penelitian ini terdiri dari manifestasi panas bumi yang muncul di permukaan, geokimia air panas, batuan ubahan dan komposisi isotop stabil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh air panas di daerah penelitian yang dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam tipe air panas klorida, klorida-bikarbonat, sulfat, sulfat-bikarbonat dan bikarbonat. Seluruh air panas di daerah penelitian terletak di zona immature waters dengan jenis pola aliran air panas berupa outflow dan perkiraan temperatur reservoar sekitar 200°C. Berdasarkan manifestasi panas bumi di permukaan, sistem panas bumi daerah Mapos merupakan sistem panas bumi bertemperatur sedang dengan dominasi air pada relief tinggi dan berhubungan dengan sistem vulkanik.

Abstract

This study examines the Indonesian Islamic Bank Merger policy towards the halal industry for micro, small and medium enterprises. This research is to find out the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank Jambi Gatot Subroto branch office in developing the halal industry Micro, small and medium enterprises that apply for financing at the Bank after the Merger and find out what are the obstacles faced by the Indonesian Islamic Bank Jambi Gatot Subroto branch office in distributing financing contracts to Micro, small and medium enterprises after the merger. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Indonesian Islamic Bank Jambi Gatot Subroto after the merger already has a role in improving the economy and developing the halal industry Micro, small and medium enterprises in Jambi City by providing an initial injection of funds and top up or additional business capital and also lightening and facilitating Micro, small and medium enterprises in applying for financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia, not only that, Bank Syariah Indonesia also plays an active role as a consultant for its customers and often holds entrepreneurship guidance, Bank Syariah Indonesia, the Jambi branch office, Gatot Subroto, conducts canvassing every day or goes directly into the field to spread brochures as well as reducing installments when customers are affected by natural disasters. The constraints of Bank Syariah Indonesia Gatot Subroto Jambi branch office in channeling financing to the Halal Industry Micro, small and medium enterprises, namely defects in the name of the customer concerned due to late payment of bills, problems when completing administrative requirements files because if one of the requirements is not completed then the financing cannot be continued , business constraints that are already running but the customer is dishonest regarding customer financial information, accounts payable or reports about business activities that the customer is running, and constraints from the bank itself, namely when the customer data input system has an error while doing financing.

Abstract

Fertility is the ability of a woman to give birth to a child alive during her reproductive years, the baby born shows signs of life, including heartbeat, moving, breathing, crying and others. This study was conducted to identify Factors affecting Fertility in Orang Rimba in Jambi Province. The research design used was an Observational Analysis Study, with research locations in Jelutih Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency and in Bukit Suban Village, Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. Sample determination using the Proportional Simple Random Sampling method, with data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis showed that demographic, conception and environmental variables (programs) proved to have a real and significant effect with fertility variables (p-value< 0.05). Specifically, there is a structural relationship (p-value 0.062) between Intercourse-> Conception-> Fertility. Increasing the intercourse variables (first HUS age, first marriage age) will reduce conception variables (use of birth control devices, the length of vulnerable HUS time after childbirth and increasing the first age of childbirth) thus having an impact on decreasing fertility rates in SAD in Jambi Province. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM pesisir Mekarsari melalui pelatihan strategi branding dan pemanfaatan platform digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, pelatihan tatap muka, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman branding, penggunaan media sosial, serta kesiapan UMKM untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital. Program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi digital UMKM pesisir dan memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan usaha yang lebih berdaya saing.
