Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of trust, product quality, price on purchasing decisions for palm sugar in Muara Bulian. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research, the population of this research were all direct buyers of palm sugar in the city of Muara Bulian, namely 75 regular customers. The research results show that simultaneous and partial testing shows that each variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase palm sugar in Muara Bulian.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the ability of leadership style and work environment to motivate, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 35 census employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency. Empirical evidence shows that directly, neither leadership style nor the work environment are able to encourage increased motivation. However, through the mediation of job satisfaction, these two independent variables are able to encourage increased motivation. This indicates the strong mediating role of job satisfaction, which also directly influences the motivation of employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

Gadgets have caused some users to experience phubbing, especially millennials. If this is allowed, their self-quality and social relations will worsen. Therefore, this study aims to explain the personification of women in Proverbs 8-9 and their relationship with gadgets, so that they can use gadgets wisely. This research method is qualitative descriptive based on a literature study. The results show that gadgets and the personification of women have three positive and negative elements in common: attractiveness, desire for relationships, and impact. This means that gadgets are like a knife that can be useful for cutting food if used correctly, and also killing humans if used incorrectly. That is why all users are advised to choose the path of wisdom, not foolishness, so that phubbing can be avoided. The way is to build an intimate relationship with God and fear Him. So, this study concludes that they must utilize gadgets, not be utilized by them. In other words, they need to use gadgets when it is necessary, not to satisfy desires, waste time, or distance themselves from physical socialization.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to increase the effectiveness of distance learning and students' creative thinking skills in understanding science concepts, especially about the material on the human respiratory system in Class V students at SDN Sabranglor, Surakarta City. Implementation Steps: The preparations made were to make a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) with an innovative learning design. This learning design is designed by creating distance learning that remains active and creative. Implementation of the Learning Process: The implementation of the learning process is carried out online through the whats app group. Based on the distance learning process that has been implemented, it can be obtained that the use of "Breathing Simulation" media can improve students' creative thinking skills in science learning. This also represents the acquisition of students' scientific literacy. Cognitive, affective, and psychomotor also improve along with the increase in creative thinking skills. the media utilization of "Breathing Simulation" which is carried out online increases student learning motivation. The increase in learning motivation is also in line with the increase in creative thinking skills in elementary school science literacy. Based on the activities that have been carried out and the analysis of the results of the activities, it can be concluded that the use of the "Breathing Simulation" media in science learning is effective in increasing students' creative thinking skills and learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic.
