Abstract

This study investigates the role of internal branding in enhancing school brand performance, mediated by brand commitment and brand loyalty, within Islamic educational institutions. A quantitative approach was applied using data from 92 educators and staff members at five school units managed by LPI Al-Haromain Surabaya. The population of this study consists of all educators and staff members of LPI Al-Haromain Surabaya, totaling fewer than 100 individuals. Therefore, saturated sampling was applied, in which all population members were included as respondents. Data analysis was conducted through Structural Equation Modeling using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that internal branding significantly boosts brand performance and brand commitment, while its impact on brand loyalty does not lead to improved performance. Brand commitment acts as a key mediator, whereas brand loyalty lacks significant influence without active engagement. Grounded in the theoretical frameworks of Resource-Based View (RBV), Social Exchange Theory, and Brand Equity Theory, the study highlights internal branding as a strategic driver of employee alignment with brand values. The study contributes to the literature by addressing a population gap, as most internal branding studies have focused on industry and higher education contexts. It further introduces the concept of educators as internal brand ambassadors and "teachers as school ambassadors," affirming their role in embodying and delivering brand values in daily interactions with students and parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018 yaitu meningkatnya angka gangguan kesehatan mental pada remaja diatas 15 tahun sebanyak 5,3% dari tahun 2013. Masa remaja adalah masa yang penting bagi mental seseorang, tidak semua remaja yang dapat mengelola stresnya. Pada kondisi ini diperlukan mekanisme koping yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi stressor. Kecerdasan spiritual adalah salah satu faktor yang berdampak pada remaja dalam memilih upaya koping. Remaja yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual tinggi maka akan mampu memilih koping yang konstruktif. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian crosssectional dengan pendekan analitik kategorik, bertempat di SMAN 6 Bandung, jumah sample sebanyak 86 respinden yang di pilah menggunakan teknik proportionale stratified random sampling. instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner tingkat kecerdasan spiritual di adaptasi dari teori King & DeCicco yaitu SISRI-24 (The Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory) dan mekanisme koping yang di adaptasi dari teori Carver & Cornor B-COPE (Brief from of the Coping Orintation to Problem Experience). Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan diuji menggunakan menggunakan uji kolerasi Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik tentang hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja di SMA Negeri 6 Bandung diperoleh p-value 0,000 (p=0,005) dalam artian terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja di SMA Negeri 6 Bandung. Perlu adanya peningkatan konsistensi keberlangsungan program pembinaan spiritual yang sudah ada dan memperkaya materi dengan lebih berragam sebagai upaya memperbaiki mekanisme koping remaja

Abstract

This study explores the impact of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on customer loyalty by examining the mediating role of customer satisfaction and the moderating role of service quality. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 76 QRIS users at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten (Perseroda) Tbk, Surabaya Branch. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings reveal that the implementation of QRIS significantly enhances customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between QRIS and loyalty, indicating that QRIS contributes to loyalty by improving the customer experience. Moreover, service quality strengthens the influence of QRIS on loyalty, serving as a pure moderator in the model. These results suggest that digital payment innovation alone is not sufficient to build loyalty; it must be supported by consistent and high-quality service delivery. The study provides practical insights for regional banks seeking to optimize QR-based services as part of their digital transformation and customer retention strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengkaji fenomena dan teori-teori dan pengetahuan yang sudah ada sehingga muncul sebab permasalahan. Dalam penelitian ini populasi terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu: 1) Kelompok pegawai Perpustakaan Umum Kota Batu berjumlah 42 orang; 2) Kelompok pengguna (pengunjung) Perpustakaan Umum Kota Batu yang pada saat penelitian nantinya (pengambilan data) jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Untuk sampel kelompok pegawai Perpustakaan Umum Kota Batu menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 42 orang. Sedangkan untuk sampel kelompok pengguna (pengunjung) Perpustakaan Umum Kota Batu ditentukan jumlah sama seperti kelompok pegawai yaitu sebanyak 42 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang dipergunakan berupa angket atau kuisioner dengan skala likert. Metoda atau cara yang dipakai untuk menganalisis dan mengintrepretasi data adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model berbasis varians atau disebut Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas pelayanan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening. Komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The spatial distribution of Bactrocera dorsalis complex in the mango orchard that was analyzed using various mathematical indices dispersion and regression models showed an aggregated distribution. Taylor’s power law and Iwao’s regression model fitted well to all data sets. However, Iwao’s regression model fitted the data better, yielding higher values of R2 than Taylor’s power law. As the regression of the reciprocal of k of negative binomial (1/k) on x [k = ( x2 – s2/n) / (s2 – x )] was not significant, the calculation of a common k was justified to be 1.30. This implies that the grade of aggregation of the fruit flies population was relatively constant throughout the time despite the variation in sample means. Since the clump size (λ) value was more than 2, the aggregated distribution might be due to the behavior and environmental factors working together.Keywords: Bactrocera dorsalis complex, spatial, distribution, trapping, mango

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesehatan jiwa bisa dikatakan sebagai suatu kondisi sehat baik emosional, psikologis, dan juga social yang ditunjukkan dalam hubungan interpersonal yang memuaskan antara individu dengan individu lainnya, Kondisi ini perlu mendapat perhatian yang sungguh-sungguh dari seluruh jajaran lintas sektor Pemerintah baik di tingkat Pusat maupun Daerah, serta perhatian dari seluruh masyarakat, khususnya keluarga. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dan keluarga tentang bagaimana cara merawat Orang Dengan Disabilitas Psikososial (ODDP) akan memberi dampak tidak optimal kepada kesembuhan anggota keluarga yang menderita gangguan jiwa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat dan keluarga sebagai upaya mencapai kemandirian masyarakat dan keluarga merawat ODDP. Metode kegiatan berupa sosialisasi, pre test, pendidikan kesehatan dan, post test serta pendampingan pada keluarga ODDP. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta yang dari kader dan keluarga dengan ODDP di RW 03 dan RW 10. Kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat dan keluarga dalam merawat ODDP, hasil rata-rata pretest 4.5 menjadi 6.5; analisis perhitungan jumlah nilai pre test dan post test peserta dari RW. 03 terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata 1,98 dari pre test = 4.7 menjadi post tes = 6.68 sedangkan peserta dari RW 10 terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata 2,1 dari pre test= 4.1 menjadi post test = 6.28. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pendidikan kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada masyarakat dan keluarga tentang cara merawat ODDP, sehingga akan mendorong ODDP dapat hidup mandiri, produktif, dan percaya diri di tengah masyarakat, bebas dari stigma, diskriminasi atau rasa takut, malu dan ragu-ragu serta mengurangi resiko kekambuhan pada Orang Dengan Disabilitas Psikososial (ODDP). Kata Kunci: Keluarga, Kader, Pemberdayaan, Pendidikan Kesehatan  ABSTRACT Mental health can be said to be a healthy condition, both emotional, psychological and social, which is demonstrated in satisfactory interpersonal relationships between individuals and other individuals. This condition needs to receive serious attention from all levels across government sectors, both at the central level. and regions, as well as attention from the entire community, especially families. The lack of understanding by the community and families about how to care for People with Psychosocial Disabilities (ODDP) will have a suboptimal impact on the recovery of family members who suffer from mental disorders. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and abilities of the community and families as an effort to achieve community and family independence in caring for ODDP. Activity methods in the form of socialization, pre-test, health education and, post-test and assistance to ODDP families. The activity was attended by 30 participants from cadres and families with ODDP in RW 03 and RW 10. this activity increased the knowledge and ability of the community and families in caring for ODDP, the average pretest result was 4.5 to 6.5; analysis of the calculation of the total pre-test and post-test scores of participants from RW. 03 there was an increase in the average score of 1.98 from pre test = 4.7 to post test = 6.68, while participants from RW 10 experienced an increase in average score of 2.1 from pre test = 4.1 to post test = 6.28. Community service activities in the form of health education can provide knowledge and motivation information to the community and families about how to care for ODDP, so that it will encourage ODDP to live independently, productively and confidently in society, free from stigma, discrimination or fear, shame and doubt and reduce the risk of relapse in People with Psychosocial Disabilities (ODDP). Keywords: Family, Cadres, Empowerment, Health Education

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Korean culinary brand experience and perceived value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction: quantitative analysis of Omen Chikin customers. This research uses a quantitative research design. The type of research used is to explain the causal relationship between research variables through testing hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The population in this study is the unknown number of Korean culinary customers, Omen Chikin, Malang City. The lemeshow formula was used to determine the sample size, and rounded it up to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken being purposive sampling. The analysis model used is the Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS version 4. The research results show that a better brand experience can encourage increased customer loyalty. Even though the brand experience is getting stronger, it is not able to increase customer satisfaction. Even though perceived value is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased customer loyalty. Better perceived value can encourage increased customer satisfaction. Higher customer satisfaction can encourage increased customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is unable to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of brand experience on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to play a role in fully mediating the indirect influence of perceived value on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of integrity and competence to encourage improvements in APIP performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. Type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 90 APIPs at the Probolinggo Regional Inspectorate. The sample is determined by census or saturated sample. Empirical evidence shows that both integrity and competence are able to encourage increased APIP performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. The mediating role of organizational commitment is quite strong

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of leadership style and integrity to encourage increased OCB, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. Type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 55 nurses at Ar Rozy Regional Hospital, Probolinggo City. The sample is determined by census or saturated sample. Empirical evidence shows that both leadership style and integrity are able to encourage increased OCB and organizational commitment. It's just that the role of organizational commitment is weak in mediating the influence of leadership style on OCB. However, organizational commitment is able to play a strong role in mediating the influence of integrity on nurses' OCB at Ar Rozy Regional Hospital, Probolinggo City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding knowledge sharing abilities and competencies on teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of creativity. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed by census to 38 Wonosari Vocational School teachers, Malang Regency. Empirical evidence shows that knowledge sharing is able to encourage increased teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of creativity. Meanwhile, competency is not able to encourage increased teacher performance, either directly or through the mediation of creativity. However, creativity still has an influence on the performance of teachers at Wonosari Vocational School, Malang Regency
