GoRiau.com news portal is one of the most active news portal in Riau. This news portal has a readership of 200 thousand people a day and has been registered in the Press Company (SPS) with Card Number Member (KTA) 001/06 / E / 2014. News writing uploaded this news portal is guided by the rules of journalism language. Language is a means of conveying information. The use of good and correct language can make it easier for audiences to absorb information from the news clearly. In accordance with the assumption of Social Responsible Pers theory, where the press is required to be responsible for writing or news to the public. The purpose of this study is to know the standard systematic news writing applicable in the news portal GoRiau.com and the application of journalistic language on the news and criminal news portal GoRiau.com.This research uses qualitative research method. The location of this research is a news portal address at Surya Kartama Agung Street 44a Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. Selection of informants was done by purposive technique. As for the informants in this research is one person chairman of Persatuan Journalist Indonesia (PWI) Pekanbaru, one chief editor, one journalist, and two readers of GoRiau.com news portal. Data collection techniques used during the research is by way of observation, interview and documentation. While the data validity that writer use is triangulation.The results show that, GoRiau.com news portal does not have a specific systematic standard of news writing. The systematic standards used today follow a general rule that is also used by other mass media. The general rules are like following the Enhanced Spell (EYD), Great Language Dictionary (KBBI), Journalistic Language and the Journalistic Code of Ethics. As for the application of journalistic language in the rubric of Law and Criminal, the author finds the existence of news writing that does not match the rules of journalistic language guidelines applicable among journalists. In principle, news should be written following the principle of journalistic language is clear, solid, straightforward, interesting so that readers can understand it easily.Keywords: News portal, Journalistic language, GoRiau.com

This study aims to identify, explain and describe the Political Communication of the Regional Representative Council of Pekanbaru City in Carrying Out the Legislation Function in 2014-2019. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Determination of informants from this study using purposive informant selection technique, while the object of this research is the Political Communication of the Regional Representative Council of Pekanbaru City in Carrying Out the Legislation Function. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, participation extension and triangulation were used. The first research results, political communicators in carrying out the legislative functions of the Pekanbaru City DPRD in 2014-2019 were only carried out by members of the Pekanbaru City DPRD during a recess which was carried out in their electoral area. The Regional Regulation Formation Agency should have played a very large role in carrying out its legislative function because it could directly receive and convey information related to the Draft Regional Regulation which is still in the process of being discussed with the Pekanbaru City Government. Second, the message in carrying out the legislative function of the Pekanbaru City DPRD in 2014-2019 has not been implemented effectively, the two-way communication between the Pekanbaru City DPRD and the community has not been maximal. There are still people who do not know the information related to the Draft Regional Regulation that is being discussed and the lack of public information regarding the Regional Regulation that has been passed. Third, the media used in carrying out the legislative function of the Pekanbaru City DPRD uses printed media, namely newspapers, but it is still not running optimally as well as social media managed by the Pekanbaru City DPRD such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Social media has not maximally published activities related to the implementation of the legislative function. Fourth, the target audience in carrying out the legislative function is the people of Pekanbaru City. However, the legislative function is still not very effective because the public is not very enthusiastic about the activities carried out by the Pekanbaru City DPRD.

Promosi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengenalkan sebuah lembaga, salah satunya adalah Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian (LPPM) Universitas Riau yang memerlukan sebuah media untuk mempublikasi berbagai kegiatan dan karya-karya penelitian dan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan. Untuk itu perlu dibuat sebuah video profil yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi hasil kinerja LPPM UNRI Selama ini. Video tidak hanya menggunakan berbagai perlatan dan software akan tetapi dengan menyampaikan pesan yang tepat serta tepat dalam menggunakan kamera dan berbagai keperluan editing akan menghasilkan yang terbaik untuk media promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, perancangan yang menggunakan tahapan pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah video profile LPPM yang dapat digunakan selanjutnya oleh LPPM UNRI. Video berdurasi 32 menit yang mempunyai 2 segment sehingga dapat digunakan untuk presentasi, youtube dan di website LPPM UNRI. Video dapat disesuaikan dengan keperluan LPPM untuk waktu 9 menit, 14 menit, dan 32 menit.

The main problem in this study is how the influence of self-potential, learning motivation, social environment, and job prospects on the student's decision to choose to study at the Arabic Language Study Program of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Several hypotheses have been determined in this study to answer these hypotheses using quantitative methods. The instrument testing includes the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, and finally the hypothesis test (T test). The results showed that there were two research hypotheses (H1 and H3) where the results showed that the proposed research hypothesis was rejected, the namely self-potential and social environment had no significant effect on the decision to choose to study at the BSA UIN SMH Banten Study Program. Then, it was found that the other hypotheses (H2 and H4), namely motivation variables and job prospects, were stated to have a significant effect on the decision to choose a college at the BSA Study Program UIN SMH Banten. Empowerment is an effort to provide or strengthening to the community. Community empowerment activities in Tanjung Belit Village, Kampar Regency, university service programs in the development of regional tourism in Indonesia. The community service program in collaboration with real work lectures (KKN) aims to improve community welfare by utilizing information technology in the tourism sector. The method of implementing the service program is carried out by socializing the improvement of community human resources, utilizing technology, and practice as well as collaborating with the community in carrying out tourism development programs. The results of this activity are 1) Increasing human resources (HR) in the tourism sector for rural communities through social technology, 2) Fostering community creativity in processing juaro fish catches into processed fish balls. 3) Increasing public knowledge about the use of narrow land with the Budikdamber method. 4) aware of the importance of protecting forest ecosystems.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on MSME players, especially in the Bengkalis area. Bengkalis is an archipelago which is a strategic place to promote MSME products to other countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. The ability to use various applications and content creation for digital marketing is an obstacle for Bengkalis UMKM Community members. This is especially the case for the Baby boomers and Gen X people who were not familiar with communication technology such as smartphones at their young ages. Changes in consumers' purchasing patterns from offline to online provide challenges for MSME actors to master digital skills. Through community service, coaching and training were carried out for these business actors who become activity partners. The community service program aimed to provide knowledge and skills to Bengkalis MSME members to gain skills in digital marketing. This program was carried out through face-to-face and online meetings via zoom meetings so that participants can continue to be fostered for three months. Based on surveys to participants, it was found that this program increases the number of consumers on social media through the content they create during coaching. In addition, participants also managed to understand how to create good content to share on social media.

The simultaneous elections held on February 15, 2017 were a party of Indonesian democracy. election of regional headwas held simultaneously in one hundred regions with seven provinces, eighteen cities and seventy-six districts. Of the eighteen cities, Pekanbaru includes being a city that organizes election of regional head simultaneously with five candidate pairs. Pekanbaru election news attracted attention, especially the biggest newspaper in Riau and Pekanbaru namely Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos. Both media have different ideologies because they have their respective interests, to see that it takes a study of framing analysis of Pan and Kosicki. This study aims to determine the elements of news structure and representation of media ideology Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau PosThis research is a qualitative research with framing analysis approach. Subjects in this study are editorial tools and journalists news authors Selection of Pekanbaru Mayor selected with purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques with observation, interview and literature study. Online media coverage of sexual harassment at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University, which was widely spread on various websites and social media led to the formation of opinions from students regarding this matter. Many opinions and judgments have sprung up on the news. In the process of forming the perception there are stages in the formation. Due to this, this study aims to see how the process of forming students' perceptions of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Starting from sensation, attention and interpretation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in determining the informants using purposive techniques so that 9 informants were found who met the criteria that the researchers had determined previously. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation and interviews. Then the data obtained were analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. While the technique of checking the validity of the data in this study is triangulation and member check. The results in this study indicate that the process of forming students' perceptions of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru regarding online media coverage of sexual harassment at Fisip, Riau University is a sensation, namely online media coverage spread across various platforms such as Instagram, internet, YouTube and line today. Attention is location, time and actor. Interpretation is that this incident has a negative impact on the victim in which the victim will experience trauma. Due to this, this case must be processed to completion in accordance with applicable law until an acceptable result is obtained so that there is no dispute between the two parties.

The Wonderland Indonesia video is an offering to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the independence of the Indonesian state and is currently being discussed. Video Wonderland Indonesia contains a combination of 10 folk and national songs with contemporary musical arrangements that are displayed with stunning visuals. However, in line with the nationalism raised in this video, audiences who watch the Wonderland Indonesia video will bring up meanings according to their cultural and social background. This study aims to determine the dominant reading position, negotiated reading and oppositional reading of the audience towards nationalism in Wonderland Indonesia video. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that focuses on Stuart Hall reception analysis which focuses on encoding and decoding using purposive techniques to determine informants. The data obtained through the process of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with six informants. The data analysis technique used is reception analysis which consists of data collection, interpretation and reception. While the technique of checking the validity of the data using tringulation. The results of the first study, four informants gave a dominant reception of nationalism in the Wonderland Indonesia video. The second is that two informants have the meaning of accepting but giving exceptions (negotiated). Third, none of the informants accepted the opposition's views. The difference in the way informants perceive nationalism in Wonderland Indonesia videos is caused by several factors, namely age, education, and experience. In today's digital age everyone easily accesses information through the internet. Nowadays people can know an event somewhere immediately when they search for information through online media. The purpose of this research is to find out the framing and ideology in the news of the escape of prisoners and prisoners of The Prison Sialang Bungkuk Pekanbaru On Online Media Antarariau.com.The method in this research uses qualitative approach with framing analysis method of Robert N. Entman model. Four important elements in the framing analysis of Robert N. Entman's model are Define problems, Diagnose causes, Make moral judgement and Treatment recommendation. The subject in this study is online media covering the escape of prisoners and inmates of Sialang Bungkuk Prison in Pekanbaru in May 2017. Data analysis techniques using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model.The results found that not all news uploaded in May 2017 there are four elements framing model Robert N. Entman. Antarariau.com the escape of prisoners and inmates of Sialang Bungkuk Pekanbaru Prison as a legal matter. Framing in the news submitted by online media Antarariau.com select sources directly related to the riots. Online media Antarariau.com the Riau Regional Police, the families of detainees, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and legal experts in framing the news.
