Abstrak Prevalensi HIV AIDS di Pekanbaru meningkat dengan pesat di tahun belakangan ini, meskipun sudah dilakukan kampanye nasional mengenai pemanfaatan kondom pada kelompok risiko tinggi terutama pada pekerja seks wanita dan kliennya. Penelitian ini meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku dari perempuan pekerja seks dalam pemanfaatan kondom dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan matriks konten. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lokalisasi Prostitusi di Pekanbaru pada Maret 2010. Hanya 16,6% dari 30 responden menggunakan kondom secara konsisten, pada umumnya sering berubah pikiran ketika klien memberikan uang lebih banyak untuk tidak menggunakan kondom. 80% responden tidak memahami dengan baik tentang pencegahan HIV dan pentingnya menggunakan kondom secara konsisten selama aktivitas seksual. Menariknya, pasokan kondom secara teratur diberikan oleh bos mereka. Tingkat pemanfaatan kondom rendah karena adanya penolakan klien, ketidakseimbangan gender dan tawaran uang. Kemungkinan faktor dasar adalah rendahnya pengetahuan pekerja seks tentang HIV. Intervensi yang komprehensif sangat penting untuk mengatasi hambatan perilaku tersebut. Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Pekerja Seks, Pencegahan HIV/AIDS, PekanbaruAbstractThe Prevalence of HIV AIDS in Pekanbaru is growing rapidly in recent year, even though there are some national control actions by mass campaign of condom utilization among high risk group particularly in Female Sex workers and her clients. This study investigated the factors influencing of Female Sex workers behavior in the condom utilization by using qualitative approach. Data collected with in-depth interview and Focus group discussion then analyzed by content matrix. This study was held at Prostitute Localization in Pekanbaru on March 2010. Only 16.6% of 30 respondents used condom consistently, others commonly changed her mind when client gave more money for not using condom. 80% of respondent did not understand well about HIV prevention and importance of using condom consistently during sexual activity. Interestingly, condom supply regularly provided by their boss. the condom utilization rate were low due to client resistance, imbalance gender and financial bargaining as well. Poor sex worker's knowledge about HIV perhaps the basic factor. Comprehensive interventions are crucial for addressing these behavior barriers.

This study was motivated by the summons of Anies Baswedan by the authorities due to the permission of the prophet's birthday, demonstrations due to omnibus law, and the decline in Indonesia's democracy index, resulting in an Instagram photo of Anies Baswedan reading the book "How Democracies Die" on his Instagram account. This study aims to determine and analyze the denotation of political messages, connotations of political messages, myths of political messages, and the meaning of political messages contained in the Instagram photo of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. This research method uses qualitative methods with semiotic analysis according to Roland Barthes. The results of the study show that: (1) the denotation of political messages contained in the Instagram photo of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan reading the book "How Democracies Die" is that Muslim leaders finish praying and take the time to read books related to democracy; (2) the connotation of the political message is a leader who wants to invite the public and the government to jointly improve Indonesia's declining democracy index, because a continuous decline in the democracy index can cause democracy to die; (3) the myth of the political message is that there are leaders who tell them there are problems related to Indonesian democracy; (4) the meaning of his political message is an invitation to improve Indonesian democracy, because democracy can die, another meaning is to improve his self-image and increase his electability as a political figure. Abstrak Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi peristiwa pemanggilan Anies Baswedan oleh pihak berwajib akibat izin maulid nabi, adanya peristiwa demonstrasi akibat omnibuslaw, dan adanya penurunan indeks demokrasi Indonesia, sehingga muncul foto InstagramAnies Baswedan membaca buku “How Democracies Die” pada akun Instagram-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis denotasi pesan politik, konotasi pesan politik, mitos pesan politik, dan makna pesan politik yang terdapat dalam foto Instagram Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis semiotik menurut Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: (1) denotasi pesan politik yang terdapat dalam foto Instagram Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan membaca buku “How Democries Die” adalah pemimpin Muslim selesai sholat dan menyempatkan diri untuk membaca buku terkait demokrasi; (2) konotasi pesan politiknya adalah pemimpin yang ingin mengajak khalayak dan pemerintah untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan indeks demokrasi Indonesia yang turun, karena penurunan indeks demokrasi secara terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan demokrasi mati; (3) mitos pesan politiknya adalah ada pemimpin yang memberitahukan ada masalah terkait demokrasi Indonesia; (4) makna pesan politiknya adalah ajakan untuk meningkatkan demokrasi Indonesia, karena demokrasi dapat mati, makna lainnya adalah untuk meningkatkan citra diri beliau dan peningkatan elektibilitasnya sebagai tokoh politik.

Cases of pulmonary disorders caused by exposure to dust are found in Indonesia, avariety of factors in the onset of respiratory illness as a result of dust covering the particlesize, shape, concentration, solubility and chemical properties as well as long exposure,several factors of karakteristi workers also can also affect the state including lung, smokinghabit, the habit of wearing personal protective equipment, exercise habits, etc. (karbella2011). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the analysis of ambient dustlevels and use of PPE with the incidence of pulmonary function impairment. This study usesobservational study design, with a cross-sectional design that was conducted in May-July2015 in Fish Feed Plant Koto Kampar District XIII. Number of samples 32 people.Measuring instruments used are questionnaires and observation sheets. Analiais data used issimple logistic regression. The results showed that the variables associated with impairedlung function are variable dust density (p value 0.001), use of PPE (p value 0.001), thevariable counfounding; smoking (p value 0.005), and sports (p value 0.014). While mostdominant variable affecting lung function impairment in workers fish feed is variable dustdensity (p value 0.009) and use of PPE (p value 0.023). Advised on factory workers tomaintain the safety of health themselves by using personal protective mill dust densityenvironment experienced during work.

Radio transformation is a step to maintain existence. Innovation and adjustment to the rapid development of new media and exacerbated by the Covid-19 virus pandemic requires radio to transform into the digital era. This article aims to see the existence of RRI in transforming radio media in the digital era and Covid-19. The change of radio to the digital era is a demand in facing the challenges of progress and growth of information. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the segmentation of radio listeners in the small category is caused by listeners who prefer and seek social media information. RRI’s strategy to uphold its existence in the digital era is to update technology and cooperation. The transformation carried out during the Covid-19 response period gave rise to an increased character for the information that was broadcast.Keywords: Transformation, technology, digital, Covid-19 ABSTRAKTransformasi radio menjadi langkah untuk mempertahankan eksistensi. Inovasi dan penyesuaian dengan perkembangan media baru yang pesat serta diperparah dengan pandemi virus Covid-19 mengaharuskan radio melakukan transformasi ke era digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat eksistensi RRI dalam melakukan transformasi media radio di era digital dan Covid-19. Perubahan radio ke era digital merupakan tuntutan dalam menghadapi tantangan kemajuan dan pertumbuhan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pendengar radio kategori kecil diakibatkan faktor pendengar yang lebih menyukai dan mencari mencari informasi sosial media. Strategi RRI menegakkan eksistensi di era digital, adalah memperbeharui teknologi dan kerjasama. Traspormasi yang dilakukan selama masa penanggulangan Covid-19 memunculkan karakter yang meningkat terhadap informasi yang disiarkan.Kata Kunci: Transformasi, teknologi, digital, Covid-19

Convergence as a model of newspaper mediamorphosis has been carried out since 1995 or a year after the internet entered Indonesia. Bisnis Indonesia started its convergence by launching Bisnis.com in 2006. This study aims to find out the dynamics faced by Bisnis Indonesia in maintaining the firewall, which is the ethics of journalism in commercialization. This is related to media convergence that tends to strengthen the capitalist character of the media. The research method was carried out with a qualitative approach, where the data collection technique was triangulation. The researchers interviewed ten informants from the management and two from customers using the purposive sampling technique. Internal informants range from the president director, editor-in-chief, and reporters. This study finds that convergence can be a solution for Bisnis Indonesia to get out of circulation problems and find revenue to continue their media business. However, it becomes a challenge to maintain the independence of the newsroom.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi city branding dalam mengembangkan potensi pariwisata Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Riau. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti memilih menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis karena ingin mendapatkan pengembangan pemahaman tentang City Branding. Penelitian terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, Tahap pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan cara metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa Observasi, Wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap Uji kredibilitas data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi komunikasi City Barnding, Proses penyampaian pesan terhadap citra yang dibangun melibatkan peran pemangku kepentingan, baik internal maupun eksternal seperti melibatkan peran generasi muda dalam hal ini adalah GenPI, para akademisi serta menjalin rekanan dengan media online dan cetak. Upaya yang ditempuh Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi adalah mengadakan pelatihan bagi SDM serta merencanakan alokasi anggaran untuk promosi pariwisata di APBD tahun berikutnya. Pola strategi komunikasi antara pemerintah daerah dengan komunitas cukup berjalan dengan baik, terbukti masih dialokasikannya anggaran untuk bidang-bidang tersebut meskipun belum maksimal. Kurang maksimalnya antara lain kurangnya sinergitas, penulis menilai hal ini dikarenakan adanya relasi kuasa yang menggeser potensi SDM yang ada.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakankan model-model manajemen. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan purposive, yang telah dipilih dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CeriaTV memakai dua model manajemen yaitu model POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actualling dan Controlling) yang merupakan model untuk program CeriaTV itu sendiri sedangkan model PIE (Planning, implementasi dan evaluasi) merupakan model yang digunakan untuk program event yang bekerjasama dengan CeriaTV. Dalam tahap pra-produksi program CeriaTV perencanaan yang meliputi: Penentuan ide, tujuan program, target audien, biaya, izin produksi dan persiapan, semua itu dilakukan pihak CeriaTv sendiri. Sedangkan pra-produksi event perencanaan: penentuan ide, lokasi, Izin Produksi dan Persiapan dilakukan oleh pihak event. Pada tahap produksi program CeriaTV pengawasan produksi: kesiapan audio dan visual, kameramen, mixing, editing live dan live streaming. Pada tahap produksi event meliputi: Penanggung jawab ligthting, audio, listrik, dekorasi panggung, Editing Live dan live streaming. Pada tahap pasca-produksi program CeriaTV yaitu: finishing, evaluasi, uploading, dan share link. Pada tahap pasca-produksi event meliputi: Finishing, Evaluasi Tim Event, Evaluasi Tim, Share File, dan Uploading.

The high of public interested in refill drinking water depots it caused the existence of more refill drinking water depots, but not all of the drinking water depots that guaranteed product was safety, one of the uses was the absence of routine bacteriological examination by the depot owner like the Minister of Health Regulation mandated No. 736 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010. In 2015, The Kuantan Singingi District had 260 depots, but more than 50% depots did not carry out routine with bacteriological checks. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that correlated to the compliance of refill drinking water depot owner in bacteriological examination. This research was conducted in November 2017 until January 2017 that located in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method that used was survey. The population in this research was the all of drinking water depot in Kuantan Singingi regency as much 260 depots with the sample total number 72 depots with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instruments of data collection taht used were questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis was done by spearman rho analysis. Based on the result of this research, it was known that the examination cost, the supervision of health personnel and physical environment with compliance of bacteriological examination correlated with medium and positive correlation coefficient value of each 0.527; 0.410; 0.441 and p value of each 0.000. It was expected that the local of governments could provide the health laboratories and health offices to increase the regular surveillance of refill drinking water owners.

The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2 in rural areas shows the higher case number in almost all regions in Indonesia. Increased fasting blood sugar levels, old age, high calorie diet and lack of physical activity are known risk factors for the incidence of type 2 diabetes. This study aims to identify risk factors for diabetes in the community by using an instrument in the form of checking fasting blood sugar levels with a glucometer, physical examination of anthropometry and filling out a questionnaire. The cross-sectional design was carried out on 235 respondents who lived in Kampung Pelita Medika II, Buluh Cina village, Kampar. It was found that 27.6% of respondents had fasting blood sugar levels of more than 125 mg / dL. Factors associated with the incidence of increased fasting blood sugar levels were female, had a body mass index of more than 25 kg / m2, and central obesity. Efforts to improve these risk factors need to be done and are expected to prevent future DM incidents from occurring.
