Abstract

Rubber farming communities in Nagari Padang Ganting in Tanah Datar generally oriented to the rubber farmers whose results sometimes income decreased, and many farmers are complaining, because they are still difficulties in meeting their daily needs, housing that does not meet the terms of a healthy home, and does have good clothes, cannot get good clothes, cannot get a decent education, the role of father, mother and child are not efficient and the relationship between individuals in poor families, and the community is also looking for a second job. It is expected, among others, due to weather conditions. The aims of research is to describe the Rubber Growers Welfare Nagari Padang Ganting in Tanah Datar in view of the economic conditions, the condition of education, health conditions and conditions in the family interaction.            This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were all heads of farm families in Nagari Padang Ganting in Tanah Datar. So there is a sample of the total population in the region amounted to 750 households, while the sampling technique with proportional random sampling of respondents, with a proportion of 10 % of the obtained number 75 KK / respondent. Research data collection use a questionnaire with data analysis using the percentage formula.            The results of the four variables showed that: 1). Economic conditions are still relatively low in view of the basic income of farmers rubber < Rp375.000/minggu as much as 74.67 % of respondents, 2). Conditions formal education is already high rubber farmers graduated from high school as much as 45.33 % of respondents and non-formal education is a field exerting followed by 48 % of respondents, 3). Health conditions seen from illness last year was cold and fever as much as 41.33 % of respondents, and 4). Interaction in the highest family is childs interactions with the child (the attitude of his fellow child) are loving each other as much as 98.67 % of respondents.

Abstract

AbstractsThis study aims to determine the study of subsistence farming community in the District North Lintau Buo Jorong Kayu meranting viewed in terms of food, clothing, shelter, education and health. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population of this entire community residing in the District Lintau Buo Jorong Kayu meranting, amounting to a total of 275 heads of households, sampling techniques Proportionate random sampling study is the sample size of respondents to 137 people in the ellipse kayu meranting Lintau buo northern districts. Results showed subsistence farming community in oblong kayu meranting Lintau buo districts north of the results of field research with the provisions of the criteria can not afford, that is located on meeting the needs of food and clothing, subsistence farming community in the District North Lintau Buo Jorong Kayumeranting of the results of field research the criteria are less capable, which lies in the fulfillment of the needs and health boards and while the results are quite capable of data lies in meeting the needs of education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to obtain, analyze and discuss the environmental health of settlements based livelihoods in Jorong Balai Oli Gunung Talang District Solok Region views of : housing conditions , clean water and water supply and landfills condition. This type of research is descriptive research. Population was all heads of families in Jorong Balai Oli Gunung Talang District Solok Region, amounting 212 households. Sample of respondents was taken by the head of household livelihoods proportional random sampling technique was used by 50% so that the respondent amounted to 106 households. Collecting data using guided inquiry, statistical analysis used was descriptive using percentage formula.The results is: 1) condition of houses in Jorong Balai Oli seen from the roof, walls, floors, source lighting, ventilation, a place to store food, storing food and where do MCK generally uniform, ie zinc roofs, stucco walls, cement floors, the source of electricity, ventilation is generally one for each room, store food in a clean, storing food in a clean and not separated and MCK activity in the private bathroom , 2 ) Provision of clean water source population consisted of clean water generally well used, clear water, fresh flavor, treatment of clean water reservoirs by means of draining clean water reservoirs, treatment performed 1 time in 1 week, and the distance of the source of clean water with sewage generally > 75 meters and 3) Provision of trash residents, residents always provide bins at home, dry and wet trash from plastic bags. Dry and wet waste separation is not the same. Residents generally take out the garbage every day, dumped into the clearing, trash containers provided by the government , and trash . Abstract

ABSTRACT  Research aimed to get the data, analyze and discuss about the socio-economic conditions of the rice paddy farmers in Garagahan Village Lubuk Basung District of Agam Region view of: level of income, health conditions, and social interactionType of this research is descriptive. Population is the entire rice paddy farmers in Garagahan Village Lubuk Basung District of Agam Region totalling 1082 family. Sample is taken with a proportional random sampling techniques, namely I Bancah Taleh village, II Geragahan Tangah village, III Kampung Caniago village and IV Parit Rantang village with a proportion of 10%, total sample size of rice field rice farmers amounted to 108 heads of families (KK). Data collection using question form of misguided social interactions, analysis used are descriptive statistics using the formula percentages.The results showed as follows; 1) level of income paddy Rice Farmers in Garagahan Village Lubuk Basung District of Agam Region as follows: median income of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 3,000,000 (58,33%), mean above the UMP Sumatra Barat, mostly farmers also have a side job. Rice paddy farmer spending for food needs (60,19%), and the number of dependents 2 person, (2) health conditions paddy rice farmers the average is close to the level of 2.80 70,4% respondents who are on good enough criteria and (3) average is 3.0 social interaction to the level close to 76.1% of respondents in the criteria is good enough

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aimed to obtain information , analyze problems and efforts transportation of oil palm plantations ofthe community in Sungai Tanang Sungai Aua village Sungai Aua district Pasaman Barat Region.This study is a qualitative, conducted in Sungai Tanang Sungai Aua village Sungai Aua district Pasaman Barat Region. Informants in this study were taken purrposive sampling that farmers are already harvesting oil palm , because farmers who have crops that are having problems in transporting crops .Results showed : 1) Constraints in terms of the distance that causes the transport / transportation of oil palm plantations can only be done one time only in a single tide water, in terms of time constraints due to long distances and what means of transportation used (canoe, pontoon or motorcycle) in the transportation of oil palm plantations is done, the constraints in terms of cost due to the price of palm oil is cheap and cost less , as well as a considerable distance and what means of transportation used (canoe, pontoon or motorcycle) in transportation of oil palm plantations and constraints in terms of transportation . The use of different means of transport such as canoes, pontoon or motorcycle will affect the cost and time required in the one-time transportation and (2) efforts can be done to optimize the transportation of oil palm up to the point of sale that is by collecting advance oil that has been harvested and brought in large quantities

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research aims to the factors that influence the success of character education in SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District views from: family, school and community environments.This research is a descriptive correlational. Population are all students of class VII and class VIII SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District at 2013 comprised of 8 local numbering 254 people, samples were taken with a proportional random sampling technique with proportion 40% so sample of 102 students.The results of the study found that : 1) There is influence of family environment on the success of character education in SMP 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District because of t count > t table ( 7,157 > 1,662 ), the effects were moderate ( r = 0,582 ) and a small contribution ( 33,9 %), (2) There is influence a school of environmental on the success of character education in SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District because of t count > t table ( 5,237 > 1,662), the effects were moderate (r = 0,464) with a small contribution (21,5%), (3) There are influence environmental on the success of character education community at SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District because of t count > t table (3,081 > 1,662), the effect is low ( r = 0,294) with a very small contribution (8,7 % ) and (4) there is a significant and positive influence of family, school and community environments together towards the success of character education in SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District because of F count > F table (29,417 > 2,712). The effect of three variables on the success of character education in SMP N Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat District categorized as moderate (r = 0,688) and a significant contribution (47,4%)

Abstract

ABSTRAK This research aim to know and analyse data about 1). Way of society in accomplishment of clean amount of water required in Long Countryside Maisonette of District Of V Koto Sub-Province of Mukomuko 2). Mount knowledge of society in accomplishment of clean amount of water required in Long Countryside Maisonette of District Of V Koto Sub-Province of Mukomuko 3). Mount earnings of society in accomplishment of clean amount of water required in Long Countryside Maisonette of District Of V Koto Sub-Province of Mukomuko.This Research type is descriptive. Population in this research is entire all KK exist in Long Countryside Maisonette of  District Of V Koto Sub-Province of Mukomuko amounting to 119 KK. Sampel in taking totally sampling so that research sampel amount to 119 KK.Result of this research is found: 1). From facet of is way of Society in fulfilling everyday requirement of a more regular use well water ( 63,87%). Water which is often used for MCK is river water. A more regular use well water from at river water ( 65,55%). Natural society of moment diarrhoea consume well water ( 42,01%). In fulfilling clean amount of water required of society do not use water of Company Of Area Drinking Water ( PDAM)     (60,50%). 2). From facet knowledge of society know difference of clean water with water which do not cleanness ( 56,30%). Society know effect of which is generated by using river water for bath ( 73,10%). Society less is knowing of condition for water which is clean           (41,17%). Society know that with consuming dirty water can cause disease ( 65,54%). 3). From facet earnings of Amount earnings in 1 months of work of fundamental is > Rp 1.000.000-Rp 1.500.000 ( 48,73%). Amount of expenditure in 1 months to fulfill requirement of fundamental is > Rp 750.000-Rp1.000.000 ( 52,94%). Within per month accept labourage ( 78,99%). Amount of responsibility in family 4 people ( 45,37%). Earnings do not be used in subscribing to water of PDAM ( 47,05%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Inventory of all the potential that exists in each of attractions such as Accessibility to reach tourist destinations (DTW), accommodation, tourist attractions, and facilities needed in inventarisasikan in writing. This study aims to determine the potential of Natural Attraction In Pasaman District Pasaman Barat Region. Type used was qualitative using observation techniques, interviews, documentation. Informants in this study was taken snowball sampling. Key informants taken the Tourism Office of Pasaman Barat, village trustee, and visitors. Data analysis used the analysis of the primary data analysis and secondary data analysis. The study found: 1) accessibility of attractions in Pasaman district include substandard, especially the waterfall of Siburai – Burai attraction, because they are too distant from roads and difficult terrain. While the accessibility of attractions including the Ikan Larangan Lubuak Landua good, but there is no public transport available to the attraction, 2) Existing facilities at attractions in Pasaman district include less, especially at attractions of Siburai – Burai waterfall, because the location of attractions is so far. Supporting facilities for fish attraction in Ikan Larangan Lubuk Landua including good, 3) Infrastructure of attractions supporting in Pasaman District, infrastructure in attractions Siburai – Burai waterfall and attraction Ikan Larangan Lubuk Landua including prohibition either. Only it was a little far away from each attraction, which is in the center of town and 4) The appeal in the attractions of Pasaman District, waterfall attractions including Siburai - Burai are very interesting, because it has clean air and challenging terrain to serve as hiking and trecking arena, while the prohibition of fish attraction Ikan Larangan Lubuak Landua including interesting historical side

Abstract

 ABSTRACT   This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation to learn and the parents attention on learning outcomes Geography students of class X student of SMAN 2 BayangPesisir Selatan district year 2012/2013.This research is a descriptive correlational . The population in this study were all tenth grade students of SMAN 2 Bayang. Data from SMAN 2 Imagine then, the population in this study is as much 135 people. Samples were taken with a sampling technique with a proportion of 30% for each class so that the sample of respondents totaled 87 students.The results of the study found that : 1) There is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes Geography students of class X student of SMAN 2 BayangPesisir Selatan district because tcount > t table (7,238 > 1,665), the strength of a strong relationship (r = 0,622) and a small amount of the contribution (38,77%), 2) there is a relationship between parental concern with the outcomes geography students of class X student of SMAN 2 BayangPesisir Selatan district because of t > t table (7,174 > 1,665), including a strong relationship strength ( r = 0.614 ) and small contributions made (37,7%), and 3 ) There is a significant relationship between student motivation and parental concern together with the outcomes geography students of class X student of SMAN 2 BayangPesisir Selatan district because of F > F table (41.567 > 2.751), the strength of the relationship between the two variables Geography category with strong learning outcomes (r = 0,705) and including sizeable contribution (49,7%).

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data, mengolah, menganalisis dan membahas tentang Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga Petani Padi Sawah Di Kenagarian Simpang Gunung Tapan Kecamatan Ranah Ampek Hulu Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.                                                                                               Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah Petani Padi Di Kenagarian Simpang Gunung Tapan Kecamatan Ranah Ampek Hulu Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 109 KK diambil dengan cara teknik proporsional random sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Tingkat Pendidikan keluarga petani padi sawah berdasarkan TCR berada pada posisi cukup baik (78,3%) dengan rata-rata (3,1), 2) Tingkat Pendapatan keluarga petani padi sawah berdasarkan TCR berada pada posisi baik (80,8%) dengan rata-rata (3,2), 3) tingkat kesehatan keluarga petani padi sawah berdasarkan TCR berada pada posisi baik (80,8%) dengan rata-rata (3,2), 4) kondisi hubungan sosial keluarga petani padi sawah berdasarkan TCR berada pada posisi baik (89,3%) dengan rata-rata (3,6), dan 5) kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal keluarga petani padi sawah berdasarkan TCR berada pada posisi baik (87,5%) dengan rata-rata (3,5).
