Abstract

Program keluarga harapan (PKH) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, namun sayangnya program tersebut di kecamatan Cikalong watan belum terlaksana sebagai mana mestinya khususnya di Desa Cipada. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap PKH yang ada di desa Cipada Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kab. Bandung Barat agar, alur dan mekanisme penyalur PKH jelas dan tepat sasaran. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah situasi yang berfokus pada pengamatan prosedur dan realisasi program keluarga harapan (PKH) di Desa Cipada Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kab. Bandung Barat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini bahwa pendampingan menawarkan model alur untuk penyaluran hingga pencarian dana PKH dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Kemudian, mekanisme penyaluran harus memperhatikan beberapa hal yaitu pemerintah setempat sebagai penyelengara kegiatan harus mempersiapkan mekanisme pendukung pendukung seperti rapat koordinasi baik tingkat nasional maupun tingkat daerah untuk validasi data. Kemudian, rekrutmen SDM sebagai binmas dan pengawas penyalur dana yang kompeten dan berkomitmen. Pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis serta, literasi ekonomi masyarakat. Selain itu, pemerintah perlu bekerjasama dengan lembaga nirlaba yang konsen terhadap pengembangan dan pembangunan masyarakat serta perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan literasi dan level pendidikan. Sehingga, dapat menaikkan level masyarakat dari kategori penerima bantuan menjadi mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of Independent Women's Affinity Groups and to examine the maqashid shari'ah (Hifdzul Maal) in their operations to assist the Ngunut Village. This research is primarily qualitative. Collection of data methods include observation, interviews, and documentation in order to acquire accurate, objective, and concrete results. Simply describe the questionnaire used during data collecting to strengthen qualitative data. The observation and interview results suggest that the welfare situation of the communities in the hamlet of Ngunut is typically positive and improving. Proven through the use of natural resources by productive organizations, human resources through recitation, and the provision of training all contribute to the growth of knowledge and skills. Social capital, which includes capital fertilization for savings and loans, as well as collaboration among groups, governments, and private individuals, all contribute to the development of social skills. The questionnaire findings show how many members benefit from the Independent Women's Affinity Groups, including greater income. While, according to the Maqashid Shari'ah (Hifdzul Maal) evaluation, the Independent Women's Affinity Groups are performing successfully and in accordance with Islamic Shari'ah. According to DSN-MUI Fatwa Nomor 11/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, Independent Women's Affinity Groups' contracts do not violate the applicable requirements. Members will have even greater convenience in enhancing their welfare.

Abstract

The Indonesian people widely consume satay as one of their culinary delights. Ponorogo is one of the cities in Indonesia where there are satay restaurants. One of the most dominated places by visitors is Sate Ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo. This study aims to measure the effect of price, brand image, and halal certification on Muslim purchasing decisions for Sate Ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo and how significant the effect is. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 155 respondents of Sate Ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo consumers in Ponorogo with the sample selection method being non-probability sampling of the Purposive Sampling type, where the sample was selected based on people who were easy to meet and willing to cooperate. The analysis tool was used to measure the effect of price, brand image, and halal certification on Muslim Purchasing Decisions is multiple linear regression analysis and the data is processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that Price has a significant effect on Muslim purchasing decisions at sate ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo, brand Image has a significant effect on Muslim purchasing decisions at sate ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo, halal certification has no significant effect on Muslim purchasing decisions sate ayam H. Tukri Sobikun Ponorogo.
