The Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia is still the highest in Southeast Asia and is still far from the global target of the Sustainable Development Goals. One of the highest contributors to death is bleeding during childbirth. Stage III is a stage of labor that has a relatively short duration, can endanger the mother's life because of the increased risk of bleeding and lead to maternal death. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age and the duration of placental separation in the third stage of labor. This research method uses a correlational study research design with a retrospective approach. The sample of this study was 138 mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used secondary data from medical records and partograph sheets, then the data were analyzed using Chi Square. The results of this study were almost all 77.5 percent of the mother's age were 20 until 35 years old, while almost all of the time 82.6 percent of the placenta was detached was not long. Statistical test chi square obtained a value of p more than 0.05 that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of prolonged placental detachment in the third stage with an OR of 5.7, the maternal age at risk will cause the incidence of prolonged placental detachment 5 , 7 times more than the age of mothers who are not at risk. It is hoped that mothers, especially mothers who are at risk of age, understand the importance of planning for childbirth so as to prevent complications during delivery, especially the problem of the length of time the placenta is released.

Based on the characteristics, namely mothers aged 20-35 years (18.4%), primiparous (13.2%), spacing of children <2 years (8.7%), mothers who do not work (15.8%), and mothers with senior high school education (15.8%). The risk of depression experienced by postpartum mothers in Blimbing, Malang is thought to be caused by factors such as parity, distance between children and education level. The population of LARC acceptor PUS was 42 people, sampling using proportional random sampling with 38 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument uses husband support query sheets and self-efficacy questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The Spearman correlation test shows a correlation coefficient of 0.564 which is strongly correlated. As well as the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a correlation between the husband's support and PUS self-efficacy in choosing LARC. The promotional action to increase the confidence of the use of LARC is to increase the provision of information on LARC contraception.

Early detection of Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) in newborns is crucial to the success of treatment. This underlies the need for pulse oximetry screening as the basis for establishing the diagnosis of CCHD that is not recognized on physical examination. This study aimed to analyze the accuracy of pulse oximetry as a CCHD screening method in newborns. The research method was literature review, data is obtained from the PubMed database with the keywords Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD), Newborn, Screening. The inclusion criteria are that the article is published in 2018-2023, discussing the accuracy of pulse oximetry screening, speaking English, and observational analysis research design. Articles according to the criteria were obtained 80 articles. After going through the selection process, 15 articles were selected. An analysis of 15 articles concluded that pulse oximetry has a high accuracy in assisting in the establishment of the diagnosis of CCHD, indicating the need to include it in routine screening procedures for newborns. However, it must be carried out according to regular procedures, by competent health workers, equipped with adequate facilities and it is necessary to educate prospective parents about CCHD screening during pregnancy to anticipate refusal to undergo treatment if abnormalities are found in the results of pulse oximetry.
