Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Price Perception on Purchase Intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang. The research method applied is quantitative with hypothesis testing. A total of 100 respondents who used Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang were the research samples.Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test, and classical assumption test with the help of SPSS version 20 statistical software. Questionnaires were the main source of data in this research. Research findings show that Influencer Marketing has a significant influence on purchasing intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang. Meanwhile, Content Marketing also has a significant influence on intention in purchasing these products. On the other hand, Price Perception does not show a significant influence on purchase intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics in Karawang. Simultaneously, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Price Perception together influence intention in purchasing the product.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of entrepreneurial competency and knowledge on the business success of MSMEs assisted by the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service. The issues discussed are 1) whether there is a relationship between competence and entrepreneurial knowledge. 2) Is there an influence between entrepreneurial competence and business success? 3) Is there an influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and business success? 4) Is there an influence between competency and entrepreneurial knowledge on business success? The data used in the research is primary data. The data analysis technique used was path analysis, with a sample of 399 MSMEs assisted by the Karawanf Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service and the sampling method used in this research was simple random sampling. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial knowledge with a low level of relationship, entrepreneurial competence influences the success of MSMEs assisted by the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service in 2023 by 2.81%, entrepreneurial knowledge influences the success of MSMEs assisted by the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Karawang Regency SMEs in 2023 amounted to 5.10% and entrepreneurial competence and knowledge influenced the success of SMEs assisted by the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service in 2023 amounted to 7.91%. Meanwhile, the remainder was influenced by other variables amounting to 92.09% (= 1 – 0.079) which were not studied (ԑ).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi turnover intention pada perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis blibliometrik dan telaah pustaka sistematis menggunakan software Vosviewer. Literatur yang dijadikan database penelitian ini didapatkan dari database Scopus pada jangka waktu 2010 – 2024 dan berjumlah 33 penelitian. Hasil keluaran daripada software Vosviewer menunjukan faktor dominan turnover intention pada industri perbankan dapat di kategorikan ke dalam 5 kluster dan total 11 item, yaitu Kluster 1 Kesehatan Mental dan Kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari Burnout, Ethical Leadershiop, Work Engagement; Kluster 2 Motivasi dan Komitmen Karyawan yang terdiri dari Employee Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention; Kluster 3 Reputasi Perusahaan dan Iklim Etis yang terdiri dari Corporate Image, Ethical Climate; Kluster 4 Kepuasan Kerja dan Kontrak Psikologis yang terdiri dari Job Satisfaction, Psychological Contact; dan Kluster 5 Hubungan Interpersonal di Tempat Kerja yang terdiri dari Difficult Coworker Kata Kunci: Turnover Intention; Analisis Blibliometrik;Industri Perbankan

Abstract

The importance of increasing Human Resources, especially for MSME players, will be able to increase knowledge which will have an impact on improving business performance. What the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service has done in this effort is to increase competence in terms of business management and mentoring. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of business management and mentoring on improving Karawang Regency MSME business. The type of research is quantitative with descriptive verification analysis. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used was 399 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling technique. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously show that business management and mentoring have an influence on the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. This means that increasing knowledge of business management and providing assistance has an impact on increasing the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. Abstract

The phenomenon of technological development is growing rapidly based on digital information system technology in Indonesia today. Some financial products and exchange rates commonly used in electronic payments have now become an unavoidable paradigm in trade or services. Objective This research aims to determine the condition of digital marketing variables, service quality and customer satisfaction at Brits Hotel Karawang. This research is a sample study conducted by consumers as respondents in the research, data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents consisting of consumers and visitors to Café and Resto Karawang. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process the data the author used the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 22 For Windows programs. The results of the research that has been carried out state that digital marketing is at quite good criteria, service quality is at quite good criteria and customer satisfaction is also at quite good criteria. The T test results show that digital marketing partially influences customer satisfaction, service quality partially influences customer satisfaction. The F test results show that digital marketing and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. To get better customer satisfaction, Brits Hotel Karawang must pay more attention to digital marketing and service quality simultaneously. Because these two variables play an important role in customer satisfaction. This implication reflects the need for organizations to continue to adapt to technological trends and focus on developing these aspects to win competition in an increasingly digital market. Additionally, the findings of this research also underscore the importance of understanding customer perceptions and preferences in the context of digital marketing to improve their impact on overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan kenyataan bahwa Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Purwakarta memiliki peranan penting dimana Dinas Perhubungan ini merupakan Dinas yang menangani semua bidang transportasi secara umum. Sebagian dari upaya untuk meningkatkan pelanan kepada masyarakat, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Purwakarta adalah dengan meningkatkan pelayanan publik pada bidang jasa angkutan umum. Dari hasil penelitian, peran dari Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat memiliki tiga peran. Yaitu Dinas Perhubungan sebagai regulator yang bertugas untuk membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan angkutan umum, Dinas Perhubungan sebagai fasiliator yakni sebagai institusi yang menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang berkaitan dengan angkutan umum dan Dinas Perhubungan sebagai evaluator yang mengawasi setiap kebijakan dan sarana prasaranan yang disediakan. Di dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan, usaha tersebut membawa tanggapana positif dan negatif dari masyarakat yang diimbangi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi upaya tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the system and procedure for issuing payroll for State Civil Apparatuses with application-based payroll management, namely the Payroll Management Information System and Payroll Compensation Services for Assistants. By implementing payroll management based on an information system, of course, it will form the Indramayu Regency Regional Government organization to make a new breakthrough in the payroll system for State Civil Apparatuses, numbering thousands of which can be paid on time every month without any problems. The payroll information system prevents errors when calculating payroll expenditures, does not require a lot of human resources, and does not take a long time, achieves accurate staffing information and financial data by utilizing SIMGAJI, provides a database of human and financial resources for each state civil apparatus and faster presentation of performance reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through an integrated application as a basis for distributing the General Allocation Fund (DAU) to local governments, on the method that has been prepared by the central government for the monthly salary budget in the region. The process of issuing ASN salaries to the Regional Government of Indramayu Regency starts from the arrangement, input, process, to the result/output in the form of a list of ASN salaries which will be used as the basis for paying ASN salaries every month.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of strategies in realizing a family-friendly city in the Bogor City Government using research methods through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that there were four programs that were intensified by the Bogor City Government to improve the regional economy and create a family-friendly city, namely Bogor Lancar, Bogor Merenah, Bogor Kasohor, and Bogor Samawa. From these four programs, the Bogor City Government not only succeeded in creating a family-friendly city, but also led Bogor City to become a city with an economic growth rate above the national average. The result of the implementation of these four programs in a span of approximately four years is the increase in economic growth in Bogor City compared to the previous period, where the increase in economic growth occurred at 5.65%, which is certainly above the average value of national economic growth which only touched 5.31% and West Java economic growth which was only 5.45%. This achievement is obtained from increasing innovation and facilitating existing MSMEs so that they can contribute significantly to increasing regional economic growth.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan, digital, dan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pasir Kaliki, Kecamatan Rawamerta, Kabupaten Karawang. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi rendahnya pemahaman dalam pencatatan keuangan, minimnya penggunaan media digital untuk pemasaran, serta lemahnya karakter wirausaha.Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tiga tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan, meliputi literasi keuangan, literasi digital, dan penguatan karakter kewirausahaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap kemampuan mitra dalam membuat laporan keuangan sederhana, memanfaatkan media digital untuk promosi, serta perubahan sikap dan kedisiplinan dalam mengelola usaha. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 47% pada literasi keuangan, 50% pada literasi digital, dan 42% pada karakter kewirausahaan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bahwa literasi dan karakter wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM (Lusardi & Mitchell, 2014; Sari & Putra, 2022). Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha mitra serta memperkuat karakter kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai tanggung jawab dan inovasi.
