Abstract

Pengembangan backend merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting dalam mengembangkan web. Untuk menghubungkan interaksi antara browser client dan database, diperlukan application programming interface (API). Salah satu arsitektur yang umum digunakan dalam pengembangan backend adalah representational state transfer (REST). Untuk membangun REST API, digunakan platform Node.js dalam menjalankan Javascript pada backend server. REST API dan database management system untuk sistem reservasi PT Lizzie Parra Kreasi dirancang dan diimplementasikan dengan tujuan menunjang aplikasi client yang telah ada, agar proses manajemen data reservasi lebih efisien. Tahapan yang dilalui dalam penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data dan studi literatur, perancangan, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Proses perancangan dan implementasi REST API berhasil dijalankan dengan baik. Adapun pengujian yang dilakukan dengan black box testing, menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi setiap endpoint API berjalan sesuai dengan output yang diharapkan. Seluruh endpoint berjalan sesuai dengan output dan kode respons yang diharapkan, baik dengan metode HTTP GET, POST, PUT, ataupun DELETE.

Abstract

This research presents the development of a web-based counseling skills evaluation information system using the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) approach. The DSRM approach was utilized to design and develop an effective and efficient information system that meets the requirements of the counseling profession. The research discusses the six stages of DSRM, which include problem identification, solution design, construction, evaluation, communication, and reflection, and how they were used to develop the system. The evaluation stage involved conducting empirical studies to assess the system's effectiveness in supporting counseling skills evaluation. The article concludes that the DSRM approach was effective in developing a web-based counseling skills evaluation information system that meets the needs of the counseling profession. This web using PHP, MySQL and Youtube API. The testing software using blackbox and beta testing. the final results of the study show the level of success of the system in facilitating the process of assessing and evaluating basic counseling skills.

Abstract

Pengembangan potensi masyarakat pedesaan yang didasarkan pada pengembangan potensi alam, sosial, dan budaya lokal dapat menjadi potensi bagi masyarakat dalam bentuk pariwisata. Desa Santanamekar yang memiliki potensi air terjun seperti Batu Blek, Gado Bangkong, dan Curug Badak serta wilayah hutan yang ditanami puluhan hektar kopi dan kayu-kayuan dapat menjadi desa wisata. Namun menjadikan desa Santanamekar ini menjadi desa wisata yang dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat di luar wilayah Tasikmalaya tidak mudah, pemasaran di sektor pariwisata berbeda dengan pemasaran di sektor umum karena pemasaran pariwisata lebih menekankan pada penggambaran fasilitas yang ditawarkan oleh jasa destinasi secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan tren promosi digital, media sosial telah merambah ke semua aspek termasuk pariwisata. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial TikTok untuk mempromosikan tempat wisata secara kreatif. salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengenalkan desa wisata santanamekar ini adalah dengan membuat konten video pendek yang pengerjaannya menggunakan metode design thinking agar video yang dihasilkan dapat bekerja dengan efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar tentang sains data kepada pelaku UMKM agar mereka dapat memanfaatkannya dalam pengembangan bisnis mereka. Dalam pengabdian ini, dijelaskan langkah-langkah pelatihan sains data menggunakan Google Colab, mulai dari pengenalan dasar tentang sains data, pemrosesan data, eksplorasi data, hingga pembuatan model prediksi sederhana. Banyak manfaat dari penggunaan Google Colab dalam pelatihan sains data, seperti kemudahan akses dan penggunaan alat analisis data yang canggih. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya dapat memanfaatkan sains data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperoleh wawasan bisnis yang lebih baik. Diharapkan pelatihan sains data ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir merupakan proses yang kompleks dan memerlukan pengelolaan waktu yang efisien. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penjadwalan tersebut, penelitian ini membahas implementasi algoritma genetika dalam konteks aplikasi penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir berbasis web. Algoritma genetika digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan penentuan waktu dan urutan sidang dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kendala dan preferensi yang terkait. Pendekatan berbasis web memungkinkan akses yang mudah dan cepat bagi semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk mahasiswa, dosen, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil eksperimen dan evaluasi kinerja menunjukkan bahwa implementasi algoritma genetika mampu memberikan solusi penjadwalan yang lebih baik, menghasilkan penyebaran waktu sidang yang merata dan memenuhi batasan-batasan yang ada. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem penjadwalan yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses akademis dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: Usability testing of online animal adoption systems is important because it is not only related to the comfort and safety of users, but also to the welfare of the adopted animals. So far, usability testing of the animal adoption system on Eidos has not been carried out and there is a problem that there is confusion with the process flow in this animal adoption system. This usability testing uses the Heuristic Evaluation method and the System Usability Scale (SUS), which involves in-depth interviews to obtain results that are not only statistical assessments, but also deeper insights from the user's perspective. The results of the evaluation using Heuristic Evaluation obtained 59 problems, with an average severity rating of 3 or major, whose improvements have resulted in several draft design recommendations. The recommendation design has gone through final testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) which managed to achieve a score of 78, or categorized as good, along with some minor critical feedback for system improvement. Therefore, users as a whole feel very satisfied in using the online adoption system from the results of the existing recommendation design. The implications of the resulting recommendation design have been tested for usability by three UI/UX design experts and users directly so that they can be used as a basis for developing a better online animal adoption system.            Keywords: animal adoption system; heuristic; prototype; system usability scale; usability  Abstrak: Pengujian usability sistem adopsi hewan secara online penting untuk diperhatikan karena tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kenyamanan dan keamanan penggunanya saja, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan hewan yang diadopsi. Sejauh ini, pengujian usability dari sistem adopsi hewan pada Eidos masih belum dilakukan dan ditemukannya masalah bahwa adanya kebingungan dengan alur proses dalam sistem adopsi hewan ini. Pengujian usability ini menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation dan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang melibatkan in-depth interview untuk memperoleh hasil yang bukan hanya berupa penilaian statistik saja, melainkan juga wawasan yang lebih mendalam dari sudut pandang pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Heuristic Evaluation mendapatkan 59 permasalahan, dengan rata-rata perhitungan severity rating sebesar tiga atau major, yang perbaikannya telah menghasilkan beberapa rancangan desain rekomendasi. Adapun desain rekomendasi tersebut telah melalui pengujian akhir menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang berhasil meraih skor sebesar 78, atau terkategori good, disertai beberapa umpan balik kritis yang bersifat minor untuk peningkatan sistem. Dengan demikian, pengguna secara keseluruhan merasa sangat puas dalam menggunakan sistem adopsi online dari hasil desain rekomendasi yang ada. Implikasi desain rekomendasi yang dihasilkan telah teruji kegunaannya oleh sebanyak tiga ahli UI/UX design dan pengguna secara langsung sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan sistem adopsi hewan secara online yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: heuristik; kebergunaan; prototipe; sistem adopsi hewan; system usability scale

Abstract

The current Seafood by Aruna website functions solely as a landing page to promote products, with actual sales still conducted through a marketplace. This reliance on a marketplace limits the brand's control over personalization, customer value, shopping experience, and brand identity due to strict platform policies and standards. Additionally, shifts in consumer behavior in the digital era indicate a desire for a more personalized, sustainable shopping experience that meets specific needs, including accurate product information and quality assurance. To address these challenges, this research aims to design an online shopping feature for the Seafood by Aruna website using the Design Thinking method. This approach is applied to understand user needs and address various pain points faced by consumers when shopping for seafood online. The research found that users require accurate delivery, reliable product information, and assurances of product freshness. Testing of the designed features using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 90.12, categorized as "Best Imaginable." This score reflects that the developed features meet user expectations, thanks to the effective application of the Design Thinking method. The implications of this research suggest that developing a dedicated e-commerce platform enables Aruna to better control all aspects of the shopping experience, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and strengthen its position in the e-commerce market. However, further development is needed to adapt the features to changing consumer behavior and market trends.

Abstract

The implementation of blockchain technology in E-commerce has become an increasingly important topic in recent years. Blockchain can bring big changes in the E-commerce industry, especially in increasing customer security and trust in online transactions. In this article, it is explained how blockchain technology can be used in E-commerce, such as in increasing the security of online transactions, product tracking, use of smart contracts, and digital identities. Nonetheless, the implementation of blockchain technology also has challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome, such as the considerable cost and time involved in system development and integration, as well as regulatory and legal issues related to the use of cryptocurrencies and digital identities. Therefore, the implementation of blockchain technology in E-commerce requires careful strategy and planning to maximize the benefits that this technology can provide.

Abstract

Kripjungan MSMEs faces challenges in effectively utilizing Instagram as a digital marketing tool, with content that is often irrelevant, unappealing, and inconsistent with the brand identity, leading to reduced engagement and limited business growth potential. This study aims to evaluate and provide recommendations to improve the quality of Kripjungan's Instagram content using the eight pillars of content marketing from Kingsnorth. The evaluation results indicate that the content frequently does not align with audience interests, lacks variety, and is insufficiently informative or engaging to enhance user engagement or be widely shared. The recommendations include aligning content with audience preferences, enhancing credibility through more comprehensive information, employing varied visuals, and maintaining consistency with the brand identity to strengthen relationships with the audience and support the growth of Kripjungan's business.

Abstract

Currently, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) make payment transactions at the cashier still manually. This creates many obstacles and problems, for example the management of transaction data is not carried out properly. With the rapid development of MSMEs today, business actors are required to be able to think as creatively as possible in running their business. One of the factors so that MSME businesses can develop and have strong competitiveness is good transaction management and business information. It takes a technology-based computing and informatics to reduce the problems in the MSME business actors. One of them is by utilizing cloud computing technology. Cloud computing is present as a technology that is able to solve the problem of efficiency and flexibility. This research will utilize the firebase realtime database as a product of cloud computing technology to answer the problems of MSME business actors. Problems, especially in payment transactions at the cashier to further improve customer convenience. Based on the results of research and testing of software on the android platform that has been discussed, the results of the research have been able to design a payment transaction application system for MSMEs by utilizing cloud computing and android-based realtime firebase. The suggestions for software development are to improve features and other data needed such as making more detailed financial reports.
