Abstract

Islamic religious education is an important aspect in forming the character of Muslim individuals. Through Islamic religious education, a person can gain a deep understanding of Islamic teachings and the values contained therein. However, just having knowledge of Islamic teachings is not enough to form good character. It is important to internalize these values so that they can be applied in everyday life. Every human being living in the universe desires harmony. This harmony has been regulated in religion, where religion calls on its owners to always live in peace, help each other, be tolerant and full of compassion. The purpose of this research is to find out how to internalize Islamic religious education values through harmonized culture in daily and weekly programs at Nurusshibyan Paguyangan Middle School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with field research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the internalization of the values of Islamic religious education through a culture of harmonization in daily and weekly programs at Nurusshibyan Paguyangan Middle School include, istiqomah, responsibility, tawadlu (politeness), patience, mutual help, friendship and mutual cooperation contained in activities related to Allah SWT (hablumminallāh), relationships with humans (hablumminannās) and relationships with nature.

Abstract

In the modern era like today, technology is no longer a foreign thing. In all fields, many technologies are created to facilitate humans in carrying out their activities. Including in the world of education, various innovations and technologies are created to facilitate and advance education. The use of technology in educational financing management in schools is also growing rapidly along with advances in information technology. This article aims to explore how technology can be used in managing educational funds in schools through a library research approach. This study examines various literatures that discuss the application of technology in financial management and financing in educational institutions. The results of the study show that technology, such as digital-based financial management information systems, financial reporting applications, and electronic payment methods, have been shown to increase efficiency, accountability, and transparency in the management of educational funds. In addition, technology also facilitates the involvement of stakeholders, including the government, schools, and parents of students, in monitoring and supervising the allocation of funds. This article concludes that technology has great potential in improving the quality of educational financing management in schools. ABSTRAKPada era modern seperti sekarang ini, teknologi merupakan hal yang sudah tidak asing lagi. Dalam semua bidang, banyak teknologi tercipta untuk memudahkan manusia dalam menjalankan kegiatannya. Termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan, berbagai inovasi dan teknologi tercipta untuk memudahkan dan memajukan pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di sekolah juga berkembang pesat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana teknologi dapat digunakan dalam mengelola dana pendidikan di sekolah melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (studi pustaka). Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur yang membahas penerapan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pembiayaan di institusi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi, seperti sistem informasi manajemen keuangan berbasis digital, aplikasi pelaporan keuangan, dan metode pembayaran elektronik, telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Selain itu, teknologi juga memfasilitasi keterlibatan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, sekolah, dan orang tua siswa, dalam memantau dan mengawasi alokasi dana. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan ditentukan oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya adalah sumber daya manusia, untuk itu dalam mengelola SDM tersebut diperlukan manajemen yang baik. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) sebagai bagian dari manajemen umum juga memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Pendidik sebagai salah satu sumber daya manusia di lembaga pendidikan perlu di manage dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen sumber daya pendidik di TK Istiqomah Sambas Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, dimana peneliti mencoba memahami makna berbagai peristiwa dalam setting tertentu dengan sudut pandang peneliti sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang berarti penulis melakukan penelitian di lapangan untuk memperoleh data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari pelaku yang dapat diamati dan/atau informasi secara langsung dengan mengunjungi lokasi yang berada di TK Istiqomah Sambas Kabupaten Purbalingga. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Pendidik di TK Istiqomah Sambas Kabupaten Purbalingga sudah berhasil diterapkan. Indikator dinyatakan berhasil dalam manajemen sumber daya pendidik adalah terlaksananya fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang meliputi: 1) analisis kebutuhan sumber daya pendidik, 2) rekrutmen sumber daya pendidik, 3) pelatihan dan pengembangan pendidik, 4) penempatan pendidik, 5) monitoring pendidik, 6) evaluasi kerja pendidik, dan 7) reward dan punishment yang dijalankan oleh TK Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga. Sumber daya pendidik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di TK Istiqomah Sambas Kabupaten Purbalingga.

Abstract

Improving organizational quality is very dependent on effective human resource management. Strategic human resource management plays an important role in designing and implementing policies that support the achievement of an organization's goals. This research is based on the challenges faced by organizations in optimizing human resource potential to achieve superior performance. Human resource management includes a series of planned practices that aim to attract, develop, motivate and retain members who have qualifications according to the organization's needs. The aim of this research is to analyze how the implementation of human resource management strategies can improve organizational welfare, both in terms of operational efficiency and individual performance effectiveness. The benefits of implementing this strategy include increasing productivity, developing a positive work culture, and achieving long-term competitive advantage for the organization. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight for organizational managers in integrating human resource strategies to improve organizational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bunyi undang-undang bahwa setiap warga negara berhak mendapat pendidikan; setiap warga negara wajib mengikuti pendidikan dasar dan pemerintah wajib membiayainya; pemerintah mengusahakan dan menyelenggarakan satu sistem pendidikan nasional, yang meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan serta akhlak mulia dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, negara memprioritaskan anggaran pendidikan sekurang-kurangnya dua puluh persen dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) serta dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional. Fakta di lapangan bahwa porsi anggaran pendidikan sebesar dua puluh persen dari anggaran negara tersebut belum menyentuh seluruh sistem pendidikan di sekolah. SMP Negeri 2 Banyumas sebagai lembaga pendidikan di bawah pemerintah belum dapat memeratakan anggaran untuk pengembangan sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, satuan pendidikan menggali dana pendidikan melalui berbagai sumber. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menghimpun data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang valid dengan melakukan reduksi data. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa SMP Negeri 2 Banyumas menerima dana BOS dari pemerintah pusat yang didapatkan dalam tiga tahap dalam satu tahun.Penggalian dana dari pemerintah pusat bersifat aplikatif dan normatif karena sudah ada petunjuk teknis penggunaannya yaitu sesuai dengan juknis BOS. Dana tersebut dimaksimalkan untuk program delapan standar pendidikan. Sekolah juga menggali dana dari program KIP untuk siswa kurang mampu. Dana KIP disalurkan langsung ke rekening siswa. Dana KIP sangat membantu siswa yang kurang mampu dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Selain itu sekolah juga menggali dana APBD dengan mengajukan proposal kebutuhan ke pihak Dinas Pendidikan. Dana pengembangn sekolah juga digali dari dana masyarakat melalui komite dan sumbangan dari alumni.

Abstract

This study aims to manage education financing in developing quality at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang Banyumas. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, namely data processing, data presentation, and initial conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Sources of education financing come from student tuition fees, alumni, and BOS funds, (2) the procedure for managing the education financing revenue budget has been made in the form of a revenue budget achievement program. These programs are based on a predetermined time period, namely: Short-term and medium-term financing revenue budget management; (3) the use of the education financing budget is adjusted to the initial management that has been made and agreed upon together based on existing guidelines or benchmarks; (4) accountability for education financing at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang is in accordance with management and is implemented at the end of the year. The person responsible for the use of the financing budget is the treasurer as the financial coordinator; and (5) and supervision of education financing is assigned to a special team tasked with supervising and controlling finances. The team involved in budget supervision is the community as parents of students, public relations, stakeholders, and Didasmen. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan dalam pengembangan mutu di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif, yaitu proses data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan awal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Sumber-sumber pembiayaan pendidikan bersumber dari SPP siswa ,alumni,dan dana BOS , (2) prosedur Manajemen anggaran pendapatan pembiayaan pendidikan sudah dibuat dalam bentuk program pencapaian anggaran pendapatan. Program-program tersebut berdasarkan jangka waktu yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu: Manajemen anggaran pendapatan pembiayaan jangka pendek dan menengah; (3) penggunaan anggaran belanja pembiayaan pendidikan disesuaikan dengan manajemen awal yang telah dibuat dan disepakati bersama dengan berdasarkan panduan atau patokan yang ada; (4) pertanggungjawaban pembiayaan pendidikanm SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang sudah sesuai dengan manajemen dan dilaksanakan pada akhir tahun. Pelaku penanggungjawab penggunaan anggaran pembiayaan di tersebut adalah bendahara selaku koordinator keuangan; dan (5) dan pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan ditugaskan pada tim khusus yang bertugas mengawasi dan mengotrol keuangan. Tim yang terlibat dalam pengawas anggaran adalah masyarakat selaku orang tua santri, humas, stakeholders , dan Didasmen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kepribadian guru pendidikan Islam dalam kitab “Irsyadul Muallimin” Karya K.H. Taufiqul Hakim. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu literatur review dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasar artikel atau buku yang sesuai topik. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis dengan penyajian secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai-nilai kepribadian guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam kitab Irsyadul Muallimin yaitu guru memiliki kepribadian menyenangkan dengan indikator proaktif, cerdas, empati, bijaksana, kreatif dan inovatif, selalu belajar, humoris, bersahabat, mengetahui kebutuhan siswa, adil, sederhana, komunikatif, sabar, rendah hati, penyayang, tegas, mengayomi, disiplin, menghargai siswa, ikhlas, berpikir positif, pemaaf, dan demokratis.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply describe and analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, specifically focusing on the Strengthening Project of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) which is integrated with the value of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin at State Islamic Junior High School 1 Banyumas (Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Banyumas). The Independent Curriculum was introduced as a post-COVID-19 educational reform effort, emphasizing the development of student character and competence through project-based learning. Within the context of a madrasah, this is realized through P5RA, which harmoniously integrates Islamic and national values. MTsN 1 Banyumas was selected as the research location because it is one of the pilot projects for implementing the Independent Curriculum. This study uses descriptive qualitative field research, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening project proceeded smoothly and successfully through a number of projects. The project implementation was carried out in a series of stages: 1) preparing the madrasah ecosystem by actively involving students in madrasah activities and fostering student capacity through training and workshops; 2) planning P5 which consists of forming a project implementation team, identifying the madrasah's readiness, determining the thematic dimensions and time allocation, and creating project modules; 3) implementing P5 which covers introduction, contextualization, action, reflection and follow-up, and a final celebration of the results; 4) processing assessment and reporting P5 outcomes including data collection, data processing, and preparing project report cards; and 5) P5 evaluation and follow-up in the form of character strengthening, continuing good practices, project sustainability, and establishing cooperation with external partners. Through P5, it is effective in fostering the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile in students, including belief in God Almighty and noble character, global diversity (Kebhinekaan Global), communal work (Gotong Royong), independence, critical reasoning, and creativity.   Kata Kunci: Independent Curriculum, Strengthening Project of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), State Islamic Junior High School

Abstract

Islamic educational philosophy plays a central role in shaping the character of Islamic boarding school students amid the complex challenges of the modern era, such as globalization, technological advances, and moral crises. This article aims to examine how basic concepts in Islamic educational philosophy can be used as a foundation for shaping the character of Islamic boarding school students to be noble, competitive, and relevant to the times. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach and descriptive-analytical analysis. Data was collected from classical and contemporary literature discussing Islamic educational philosophy, the values of tawhid, akhlak, and the integration of religious knowledge and science. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education based on philosophy emphasizes three main aspects: tauhid as a spiritual foundation, akhlak as a moral foundation, and knowledge as a means of social transformation. Additionally, Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions hold a strategic position in instilling these values through role modeling, habit formation, and a supportive environment. This study emphasizes the need for a holistic and adaptive educational approach so that pesantren education can produce students who are not only religious but also responsive to global challenges. This article contributes theoretically to the development of a character education model based on Islamic philosophy, while also advocating for the revitalization of the pesantren education system to remain contextual and transformative.
