Abstract

Thematic Community Service Program, Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University is carried out with the aim that students are able to apply the fields of study that have been taken during the education period, so that they can train students' mentality naturally before going directly into the real world of work. Through this thematic KKN students are able to adapt directly to situations, circumstances, risks and students are required to be responsible for all activities that take place during the KKN period.

Abstract

The absence of optimizing the potential of the community of Alai Village, Lembak District, Muaro Enim Regency in the social field is the background for the KKN work program of the Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University to optimize community potential through marketing and improving human resources. Marketing strategy is the process of leading an organization/company to key market opportunities, increasing sales and generating desired profits. Marketing strategy is also an important tool for a company to win the competition. Business people tend to think that competitors are nothing more than threats, but in reality, competitors help companies improve their creativity and performance, innovate efficiently and effectively, and become world-class companies. Digital marketing is one of the most influential marketing media. In this case, by using digital marketing through social media, Alai Village SMEs can market their domestic industrial products. This study proposes a digital marketing strategy for MSME products using social media. The results of this survey show that the social media of choice are WhatsApp, Instagram and Shopee. These media are more efficient vehicles for spreading the news.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine if the independent variable of user experience affects the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty, which is mediated through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is a quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents based on Hair's Theory in the research population consisting of customers who use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application. Hypothesis testing demonstrates that user experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a sig. value 0.000<0.005 and a t value of 13.003. Furthermore, the user experience variable is recognized to have a positive and significant on customer loyalty with a sig. value 0.001<0.005 and a t value of 3.554. Then it was discovered that customer satisfaction had a positive and significant on the customer loyalty variable, with a sig. value 0.000<0.05 and a t value of 4.436. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction has been shown to significantly and positively mediate the influence of the link between user experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. the existing population is employees of the Banyuasin Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), totaling 56 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. So that will be used as samples in this study are all of the population taken, namely all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, totaling 56 people. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Banyuasin Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination, it can be concluded that there is 66.9% influence produced by the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Organisational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of leadership and work ethic on employee motivation at PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang. The object of this research is all employees of PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang as many as 40 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results of data analysis obtained Leadership and Work Ethic have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Based on the results of data analysis, there is an influence of leadership and work ethic on employee motivation at PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and the role of leadership on knowledge sharing at PT. Develop. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool in collecting basic data. This research was conducted at PT. Thriveni with a total of 54 respondents. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the investigation show that partially Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. The Role of Leadership has a positive effect on Knowledge Sharing. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Leadership Role have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

Pengembangan potensi desa melalui kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan pelatihan melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kemampuan menciptakan wirausaha rumah tangga hingga wirausaha desa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan mengintegrasikan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini memberikan keterampilan baru kepada peserta untuk membuat sabun cuci piring dengan menggunakan potensi alam yang banyak dijumpai di Desa Alai Selatan yaitu daun binahong, selain pembuatan sabun cuci piring peserta juga mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai pengemasan sabun cuci piring agar dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dari produk tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan peserta menganggap pelatihan ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa mengingat akses dan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan soft skill mereka selama ini sangat terbatas. Kedepannya diharapkan program pelatihan lainnya khususnya pelatihan desain grafis dapat dilaksanakan untuk menunjang keterampilan yang sudah dimiliki saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Halal Label and Brand Image on Wardah Product Purchasing Decisions (Case Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, UIGM Palembang). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample consists of 226 students who are calculated using the Slovin formula. And taking the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis through the support of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24 program. Based on the results of the t-test Halal Label (X1) and Brand Image (X2) have a respective significance level of 0.00 <0, 05, which means that the two variables influence the purchase decision. The calculation of the f test proves that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant level with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia.Salah satu perubahan signifikan yang dapat dilihat adalah bagaimana pemasaran hasil peternakan mengalami transformasi melalui penggunaan platform digital. Desa Tapus, Kecamatan Lembak,Kabupaten Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan yang dikenal memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah khususnya pada bidang Peternakan. Dengan latar belakang agraris dan lingkungan yang cocok, peternakan hewan seperti sapi dan ayam dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan di Desa Tapus. Meskipun Desa Tapus memiliki kekayaan hasil peternakan yang melimpah, praktik pemasaran yang masih mengandalkan jalur konvensional, seperti pasar lokal, menimbulkan beberapa kendala yang dapat membatasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan akses pasar yang lebih luas. Maka dengan diadakannya pelaksanaan KKN-Tematik Universitas Indo Global Mandiri ini, kami sebagai MahasiswaFakultas Ekonomi bertujuan untuk melakukan monitoring Digital Marketing melalui Sosialisasi Pemasaran Hasil Peternakan Secara Digital. Agar Masyarakat Desa Tapus dapat mengenal lebih jauhtentang Digital Marketing untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan mencapai pasar sasaran yang lebih luas. Lalu kami sebagai mahasiswa berharap dapat membantu Masyarakat Desa Tapus khususnya Peternak dalam memasarkan hasil produknya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of millennial investors' simplification behavior (heuristic) on the formation of technical anomalies in the capital market and the role of these anomalies on investment performance. The method of the data analysis used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the WarpPLS analysis tool. The Variance Accounted For (VAF) method was added in this study as an additional test to explore whether technical anomalies can mediate the effect of heuristics on investment performance. The results proved that the heuristic behavior (availability, representativeness, and hindsight) of millennial investors is one of the factors causing technical anomalies in the capital market, except for the availability heuristic. The limitations of this study were the first measurement items/items used were minimal, amounting to two to four items for each construct. Second, this study could not detail how millennial investors behaved when selling or buying shares. This study is essential as investors can understand their investment behavior and they can make better decisions. Further, providing information regarding the behavior of millennial investors to the government because the millennial generation is an essential key in encouraging them to be at the forefront of the Indonesian economy. The implication is that the government can develop strategies and policies to increase the involvement of the millennial generation in investing in the capital market. Keywords: Investor Behavior, Millennial Investors, Anomalies, Heuristics, Capital Market Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran perilaku penyederhanaan (heuristik) investor milenial terhadap terbentuknya teknikal anomali di pasar modal dan peran anomali tersebut terhadap kinerja investasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan alat analisis WarpPLS. Metode Variance Accounted For (VAF) juga ditambahkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai ujian tambahan untuk mengeksplorasi apakah teknikal anomali mampu memediasi pengaruh antara heuristik terhadap kinerja investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku heuristik (availability, representativeness, dan hindsight) investor milenial terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya teknikal anomali di pasar modal, kecuali availability heuristik. Keterbatasan penelitian ini pertama item pengukuran/item yang digunakan sangat terbatas berjumlah dua hingga empat item untuk masing-masing konstruk. Kedua, penelitian ini tidak mampu menangkap secara detail bagaimana perilaku investor milenial secara terpisah saat menjual atau membeli saham. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan agar investor dapat memahami perilaku investasi mereka sehingga mampu mengambil keputusan lebih baik. Kedua, memberikan informasi terkait perilaku investor milenial ke pemerintahan karena generasi milenial menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong mereka menjadi garda terdepan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Implikasinya pemerintah dapat menyusun strategi dan kebijakan dalam peningkatan keterlibatan generasi milenial dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal.
