State High School 99 Jakarta is an educational institution that has a role in providing quality teaching, knowledge, and education for students. In the current digital era, knowledge is something that must be managed by an agency, especially an educational institution. In implementing this, an implementation of information technology is needed, namely the online-based Knowledge Management System software. In the education sector, a Hepldesk application helps a lot in improving performance and expertise. The purpose of this helpdesk application is to help facilitate the work problems of the school technician. In addition, the helpdesk application makes it easier for students to report damaged school facilities, so that the technician will immediately make repairs as soon as possible. The method used in building the helpdesk application is by using the Waterfall Model and designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. With the construction of this helpdesk application using a knowledge management system approach, it is hoped that it can be a tool to help manage damage reports as well as the perfect solution to solve the problem. damage according to the existing knowledge base.

This research discusses the design of Knowledge Management System at SMA XYZ. This Knowledge Management seeks to improve the learning process at this time where at this time teaching and learning activities are carried out online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in designing the Knowledge Management System at SMA XYZ uses the Knowledge Management System Life method, because this method is a method that can be used to support the analysis process, identify knowledge resources, design verification and validation of Knowledge Management Systems, implement Knowledge Management Systems and evaluate systems. developed. With the rapid development of technology and information systems, every organization should register information systems on their mandatory agenda, including schools. SMAN 2 Sekayu is one of the favorite high schools in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, but this school does not yet have an information system to manage their business processes. This study aims to carry out strategic planning of information systems that can be used as a reference in developing information systems that manage school business processes. By using the Ward & Peppard approach, the data collection methods used include literature study, observation, and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis methods used include PEST, Value Chain, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are recommendations for information system applications that are mapped using the McFarland Strategic Grid which can be used as a reference for SMAN 2 Sekayu in developing their information system.

Pada perkembangan information technology (IT) saat ini yang begitu pesat mengubah semua transaksi jual beli offline ke arah transaksi jual beli online. E-Marketplace dapat dijadikan solusi dalam mempromosikan dan memasarkan produknya dalam skala yang lebih luas. Toko Limurfisa menjalankan bisnisnya dengan membuat dan menjual baju. Penelitian ini akan merancang bangun sebuah sistem Electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) pada toko baju Limurfisa dengan tujuan untuk merancang sistem yang tepat untuk memudahkan dalam mengambil kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan supplier dan pendistribusian baju kepada customer agar tidak terjadi penumpukan stok dan memudahkan dalam mencari pelanggan baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Develeopment (RAD). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah electronic supply chain yang memudahkan dalam mengambil kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan supplier dan pendistribusian baju kepada customer.

Toko Bangunan Sejahtera Pamulang merupakan toko yang menjual bahan-bahan bangunan yang beralamatkan di di Jl. Siliwangi No.1c, Pamulang Bar., Kec. Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan barang dengan menerapakan konssepSupply Chain Managemen (SCM) di Toko Bangunan Sejahtera Pamulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dalaan pengembangan sistemnya. Sistem Informasi ini diharapakan dapat membantu mempermudan proses-proses yang ada di Toko Bangunan Sejahtera Pamulang.

Bogor Kardus merupakan usaha kecil yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan kardus, kardus yang mereka jual bervariasi dari ukuran maupun bahan dan dapat dipesan secara offline dan online. Bogor Kardus merupakan usaha kecil yang cukup maju jika dibandingkan dengan usaha sejenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Identifikasi gambaran umum proses pemenuhan pesanan Bogor Kardus (2) Manajemen rantai pasok pemenuhan pesanan di Bogor Kardus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Bogor. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis yang diharapkan adalah mengetahui sistem produksi yang digunakan, konsep manufaktur yang digunakan, cara pembelian, dan tahapan pemenuhan pesanan pada usaha Bogor Kardus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Bogor Kardus memiliki produk yang siap dibeli dan menyediakan jasa untuk memproduksi kardus yang dibuat khusus sesuai permintaan konsumen. Sistem produksi yang digunakan pada cara yang pertama adalah make-to-stock dan sistem produksi yang digunakan pada cara kedua adalah make-to-order dengan konsep proses manufaktur just-in-time (JIT). Kedua cara pembelian tersebut dapat dilakukan secara online melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia, seperti website e-commerce, marketplace, dan sosial media, maupun secara offline (2) Bogor Kardus memiliki tiga macam proses rantai pasokan yang terdiri dari aliran produk, informasi, dan keuangan dalam pola aliran rantai pasokannya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Video Conference Zoom dan Google Meet sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) oleh mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Metode System Usability Scale (SUS) digunakan sebagai alat pengukuran kepuasan pengguna pada suatu produk. Sebuah metode penelitian yang memiliki 10 instrumen pernyataan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk google form terhadap responden. Sebanyak 70 responden berhasil terkumpul dari berbagai macam fakultas yang kemudian diolah dan diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan dan penilaian skor SUS menggunakan microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usability aplikasi Video Conference di atas rata-rata, dengan rincian penilaian berdasarkan aspek acceptability ratings berada pada tingkatan “acceptable”, aspek grade scale berada pada skala “C”, dan aspek adjective ratings berada pada kategori “good”. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut kedua aplikasi Video Conference dapat diterima dan digunakan dengan baik sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan dalam berbagai kegiatan virtual oleh mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Kata kunci: Knowledge Sharing, Kepuasan Pengguna, Aplikasi Video Conference, SUS
