Abstract

In the current era of rapid digital transformation, information systems play an essential role in enhancing the efficiency and operational effectiveness of any organization, which is the precise focus of this research conducted at the Central Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The study's objective was to design a website-based employee absence system to digitally streamline and facilitate the previously manual processes of submitting leave applications, permit requests, and resolving attendance issues. The core problems identified were significant delays in the administrative process and a heavy reliance on physical documents, leading to overall inefficiency and vulnerability. To address these critical challenges, the research utilized the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which strongly emphasizes speed of development and active user involvement across three main phases: requirements planning, system design, and prototype construction. The necessary data was gathered through direct field observation and informal interviews conducted with the Human Resource Development (HRD) department and employee representatives. The tangible outcome of this research is a functional web-based system prototype design that offers key features, including the ability to download application forms for leave requests, permit requests, and attendance problem forms digitally. This innovative system is expected to substantially increase the work effectiveness of the HRD team, drastically minimize the consumption of physical documents, and provide greater convenience and autonomy for all employees in accessing and obtaining the necessary administrative documents independently and promptly

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu sekolah menengah atas, SMP Vocational Al-Ma’mun terusmeningkatkan daya saing antara sekolah menengah pertama di tengah maraknyapersaingan dari sekolah menengah pertama sejenis di Depok. Keunggulan daya saingtidak hanya diperoleh melalui sumber daya manusia, keuangan dan manajemen yang kuattetapi juga juga dapat diperoleh melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif melalui pemanfaatan teknologiinformasi dan komunikasi, SMP Vocational Al-Ma’mun harus memiliki perancanganstrategis sistem informasi, sehingga sejalan dengan visi, misi dan tujuan. Penelitian inimenggunakan model Strategis SI/TI yang diprakarsai oleh Ward dan Pepperd. Analisisdilakukan dengan menggunakan alat PEST untuk analisis lingkungan eksternal, RantaiNilai untuk analisis lingkungan bisnis internal dan McFarlan Strategic Grid untuk analisislingkungan SI/TI internal. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi perencanaanstrategis sistem informasi di SMP Vocational Al-Ma’mun.

Abstract

The success of information systems projects in the digital transformation era is often hindered by unhealthy team dynamics, even when technical aspects have been optimally met. This study aims to analyze the synergy between inclusive communication strategies and digital leadership styles in building team health and sustainable performance. The research method employed is a qualitative literature study, integrating variables such as digital leadership, psychological safety, and knowledge management. The results indicate that digital leadership serves as a primary catalyst in creating a psychologically safe work environment, which in turn enhances the creative self-efficacy of team members. Synergy is effectively established when leaders adopt transparent communication channels through digital collaboration tools to mitigate role conflict and technostress within hybrid work environments. Furthermore, knowledge coordination is proven to strengthen team cohesiveness through the conversion of personal knowledge into strategic organizational assets. The study concludes that the integration of empathic communication and adaptive leadership is the fundamental basis for the cognitive, psychological, and operational health of the team. This research produces a managerial synergy framework to mitigate the risk of project failure caused by human factors in the digital era.

Abstract

Etika profesi teknologi informasi telah banyak dibahas dalam literatur global melalui standar yang dikembangkan oleh Association for Computing Machinery dan Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers yang menekankan prinsip tanggung jawab sosial, kejujuran, serta pencegahan bahaya. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya lebih banyak berfokus pada konteks negara maju dan kurang memperhatikan adaptasi standar etika pada negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) cenderung menekankan kompetensi kerja dibandingkan pembahasan etika secara mendalam sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakselarasan dalam praktik profesi teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis etika profesi teknologi informasi pada standar ACM–IEEE dan SKKNI untuk mengidentifikasi kesamaan, perbedaan, serta kesenjangan adaptasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) dengan pencarian literatur pada basis data Scopus, Google Scholar, dan ACM Digital Library. Dari pencarian awal diperoleh 100 artikel relevan. Setelah proses penyaringan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sebanyak 20 artikel dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesamaan pada prinsip tanggung jawab sosial, namun standar ACM–IEEE memberikan panduan lebih rinci terkait pencegahan bahaya dan privasi data dibandingkan SKKNI yang masih bersifat umum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi elemen etika global ke dalam SKKNI diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penerapan etika profesi teknologi informasi di Indonesia.
