Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Earnings Per Share, and Dividend Policy on Stock Returns in publicly listed companies on the IDX. Companies that are the focus of research are manufacturing companies. The data in the study includes the company's financial statements for three years in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling method with certain criteria so as to get as many as 55 manufacturing companies from the many manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, with partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing, and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the research that has been done, the authors obtain results that show that there is a positive influence of EVA, MVA, EPS, and Dividend Policy on Stock Return. This happens because these manufacturing companies are able to create good performance so that investors can invest in the company with full confidence in both the security of their investment and the expected profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, company growth, profitability on firm value in publicly traded companies (listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period). This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 28 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test. The results showed that partially showed that partially showed that leverage and profitability had no significant effect on firm value, while firm growth had a significant effect on firm value. The variables of leverage, firm growth and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. So the model used is in accordance with the goodness fit model, with an effect of 38.6%. While the remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model, this is evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kualitas audit terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan manajemen laba sebagai variabel dependen. Manajemen laba diukur dengan menggunakan Discretionary Accruals (DA) yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Modified Jones Model. Variabel independen yang diteliti antara lain Motivasi Bonus, Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013–2017. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Laba, sedangkan Motivasi bonus tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran Manajemen Laba. Kata Kunci: motivasi bonus, motivasi kontrak hutang , motivasi politik , kualitas audit dan manajemen laba.

Abstract

 Accounting memang tidak bisa dipungkiri merupakan suatu seni pembukuan, dimana seni pencatatan sehingga menghasilkan laporaan keuangan yang bisa digunakan oleh perusahaan ataupun instansi lainnya, jadi memang tidak bisa dielakkan bahwa pembukuan merupakan seni pencatatan yang menghasilkan suatu aktivitas jasa. Tujuan Kegiatan Mengoptimalkan Pendidikan seni pembukuan melalui seni siar agar tersampaikan dengan jelas, Mengoptimatkan radio sebagai ajang dalam penyampaian Pendidikan yang aman dan murah, Mengoptimalkan youtube sebagai sarana penyampaian seni pembukuan, Mengoptimalkan steaming dan interaksi via telepon dalam tanya jawab secara langsung. Kita berikan pengertian apa itu seni pembukuan melalui seni siar di 3 radio yang aktif di Klaten yaitu RWK FM, RSPD FM, CANDISEWU FM, sesuai dengan jadwal masing-masing yang sudah dipetakan, dan gambar diatas menunjukkan pada saat lakukan seni siar di RWK FM. Tempat Penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian di siarkan dibeberapa radio yang berada di Klaten, diantaranya RWK FM, CANDI SEWU FM, RSPD FM selama 6 bulan dan di akhir pengabdian diadakan langsung live streaming youtube pada hari Senin, 13 September 2021, jam 20.00 sampai dengan 23.30 WIB dan juga dihadiri 30 monitor radio karena pandemic covid, maka ada pembatasan yang hadir juga tetap terapkan prokes, dimana disiarkan dari Omah Wayang yang beralamat Jl. Abstract

Melikan Village, Wedi District, Klaten Regency is an area that is 90% working as traditional pottery craftsmen with one of the rare ceramic-making techniques in the world, namely the tilt rotation technique. This technique turned out to be a feature that distinguished it from the art of printing pottery and ceramics from other regions with a plain brown, blackish color being its hallmark. The products of this craft have been exported to Switzerland and other countries. The purpose of this community service activity includes improving creative skills and innovating in making pottery and glaze crafts. The method applied in this community service activity is through lectures (counseling), mentoring, and the practice of making pottery with glaze. The existence of this community service activity is able to encourage craftsmen to produce pottery that has been coated with glaze so that it can improve the quality of pottery/ceramics so that it is more marketable in the modern market as it is today.

Abstract

Abstract The marketing of pottery is getting better because the successors of these SMEs are no longer stuttering technology, they have made sales through various social media, there are even young pottery entrepreneurs who have been able and concentrated on selling their pottery abroad, although the standard of pottery for export must meet the requirements and high standards, so it requires painstakingness as well as caution in its manufacture. The problems experienced by partners are 1) Melikan Village has the potential to develop pottery products, moreover pottery is one of Klaten's brand images (precisely Melikan Wedi village), how to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) Pottery in Melikan Village, Wedi District, still has potential and still exists, for that it needs to be supported how pottery marketing can be improved so as to accelerate growth, 3) how to make Melikan Wedi pottery SMEs able to compete with competitors. The objectives of this assistance and coaching are 1) to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) to accelerate growth, 3) to be able to compete with competitors. The methods applied to overcome partner problems are a) providing educational provision of mentoring, coaching training so that Melikan pottery SMIs are able to analyse their marketing, b) organising mentoring, training on better marketing methods to produce more effective marketing, c) providing training to pottery human resources in order to strengthen the human resources of Melikan pottery SMIs to be able to compete with other pottery competitors. The targets and outcomes achieved in this mentoring and coaching programme are to provide an identity as a pottery craftsman who is able to compete and continue to grow into a solid pottery SMI, provide direction and guidance to focus on pottery marketing analysis programmes and coaching of stakeholders as well as the effectiveness of pottery marketing. Abstract

Abstract Interpersonal communication can be called interpersonal communication. Interpersonal effectiveness is determined by how the message is conveyed. Positive attitude refers to at least two aspects of interpersonal communication. First, interpersonal communication is fostered if people have a positive attitude towards themselves. Second, positive feelings for the communication situation are essential for effective interaction. Communication quality is establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships through communication. Communication is effective when the sender receives and understands the message as intended, followed up with voluntary action by the recipient. It can improve the quality of interpersonal relationships, and there are no obstacles to it. This service is carried out to help several UAD's fair participants (counselees) get an overview of how the communication process effectively achieves its goals. This activity is carried out through individual counseling guidance methods with a team of psychologists at Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta, with an evaluation of filling out a checklist sheet after counseling. Abstract

Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi sangat penting dalam penentuan harga jual produk pada beberapa UKM. Sebagian besar UKM menentukan harga jual tidak berdasaarkan perhitunagn Hara Pokok Produksi yang sesuai kaidah akuntansi, terutama dalam penvatatan penyusutan Aktiva Tetap. Usaha Sepatu Mojo yang menjadi mitra kami adalah salah satu UKM yang belum menghitung harga pokok produksi secara tepat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman, pelatihan dan pendampingan penghitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dalam menentukan harga Jual. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui zoom dan pendampingan ke lokasi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan ini menunjukakn hasil pemahaman yang baik dimana hasil jawaban kuesioner pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan, hasil lainnya mitra sudah mampu menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi dan mampu mencatat dalam jurnal dan menentukan harga jual sesuai kaidah akuntansi, serta menyusun Laporan Rugi Laba, dan berhasil mengimplementasikan dalam usaha sepatu mereka

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of audit tenure, company size and audit quality on audit report lag in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling, so that 12 companies were used as research samples for 5 (five) years of observation, with a total sample of 60 samples obtained. Data analysis techniques using eviews version 9. The results obtained show that (1), audit tenure, firm size and audit quality simultaneously have a significant effect on audit report lag, (2) audit tenure have a significant effect on audit report lag,( 3) company size has no effect on audit report lag, and (4) audit quality has a significant effect on audit report lag.
